This quantitative study using comparative method involving 414 students consisting of 226 male students and 188 female students as sample. The sample selection used Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument was the Self-regulated Learning Scale. To identify the differences in self-regulated learning of male and female students, Independent Sample Test were used. The results showed that there were significant differences between self-regulated learning of male and female students at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta. And, self-regulated learning of female student was higher than male students. The particular study recommended the need for counseling services to improve student self-regulated learning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan self-regulated learning siswa laki-laki dan perempuan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode komparatif ini melibatkan 414 siswa yang terdiri dari 226 siswa laki-laki dan 188 siswa perempuan sebagai sampel. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling . Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Skala Self-regulated Learning . Analisis Independent Sample Test digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan self-regulated learning siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara self-regulated learning siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan di SMK Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, dimana self-regulated learning siswa perempuan lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlu adanya layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan self-regulated learning siswa. The research used quasi-experimental design (pretest, posttest, and follow-up). Group counseling was conducted for five meetings, and follow-up was performed two weeks after the treatment. Research subjects were seven students. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the subjects, that is based on inclusion criteria and level of academic anxiety which is obtained from academic anxiety scale (rxy = 0.536-0.823, coefficient alpha = 0.963). The results showed that group counseling with cognitive behavior therapy approach using passive music therapy technique was significantly effective to reduce the students’ academic anxiety in pretest vs. posttest and pretest vs follow-up, but in posttest vs. follow-up there was a slight increase in academic anxiety. Passive music therapy which is integrated into group counseling with cognitive behavior counseling approach, it is not only able to solve the individual problems but also able to help individuals to analyze their thoughts and behaviors through passive music activities with guided imagery. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan konseling kelompok pendekatan cognitive behavior therapy ( CBT ) dengan teknik passive music therapy dalam mereduksi academic anxiety mahasiswa penyusun skripsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental ( pretest, posttest , dan follow-up ). Konseling kelompok dilaksanakan selama lima pertemuan, dan follow-up dilakukan dua minggu setelah treatment . Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tujuh mahasiswa. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu didasarkan pada kriteria inklusi dan tingkat academic anxiety yang diperoleh dari academic anxiety scale (rxy = 0.536-0.823, coefficient alpha = 0.963). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok pendekatan CBT dengan teknik passive music therapy secara signifikan efektif untuk mereduksi academic anxiety mahasiswa pada saat pretest vs posttest dan pretest vs follow-up , namun pada saat posttest vs follow-up terjadi sedikit peningkatan academic anxiety . Passive music therapy yang diintegrasikan dalam konseling kelompok pendekatan CBT tidak hanya dapat mengatasi masalah individu, tetapi juga dapat membantu individu menganalisis pikiran dan perilaku mereka sendiri, melalui aktivitas musik pasif dengan guided imagery . The high number of juvenile delinquency is the result of a lack of ability to control emotions in an acceptable way, causing the individual to easily engage the group's influence to perform negative behavior, including bullying behavior. From the above explanation, we interested to examine more deeply how the emotional maturity in adolescents bully in Junior High School 9 Banda Aceh. This study was done through quantitave method by using using the Emotional Maturity scale developed by Katkovsky and Gorlow. The results showed that most of the students had emotional maturity belonging to the low category with the percentage of 80.65%. To that end, parents and teachers have a very important role, in which they must be consistent in educating, being open and dialogical, not authoritarian, or imposing a will to the adolescents. Abstrak : Dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini begitu banyak pemberitaan di media massa terkait kekerasan yang terjadi di sekolah, termasuk perilaku bullying. Tingginya angka kenakalan remaja merupakan akibat dari kurangnya kemampuan dalam mengendalikan emosi dengan cara yang dapat diterima norma, sehingga menyebabkan individu mudah terbawa pengaruh kelompok untuk melakukan perilaku tertentu, terutama perilaku negatif (perilaku bullying). Dari penjelasan di atas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana gambaran kematangan emosi pada remaja pelaku bullying di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 9 Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif melalui skala Kematangan Emosi yang dikembangkan oleh Katkovsky dan Gorlow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki kematangan emosi yang tergolong pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 80.65%. Untuk itu, orang tua dan guru mempunyai peran yang sangat penting, dimana mereka harus konsisten dalam mendidik, bersikap terbuka serta dialogis, tidak otoriter, atau memaksakan kehendak. Product test results show that cybercounseling reality website is gratefully theoretically and practically and also effectively to improve Vocational High School students’ self-disclosure. Abstrak : Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan website dan panduan cybercounseling realita untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan diri siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang berterima secara teoretis dan praktis. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan langkah: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk, dan uji produk. The acceptability is assessed in the terms of format or design, as well as the material content and practice. The developmental procedures adapted from Borg and Gall model, namely: (1) stage I preliminary study and planning, (2) stage II product development, (3) stage III product trial, (4) stage IV product revision, and (5) final product. The product was a Self-Assessment Training Module as a Career Stage Planning of Students in Senior High School and its guidebook. The results of product trials showed that the developed product had a “very good” acceptability score. In conclusion, the product is accepted both theoretically and practically. The acceptability of the product give implications that the using of Self-Assessment Training Module can help the students to recognize, assess, and understand themselves, and then they can plan their careers appropriately. The module can help the school counselor to guide students in self-assessment as the initial stage of career planning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini secara umum adalah menghasilkan modul untuk siswa, dan panduan modul untuk konselor yang berterima secara teoretis dan praktis. Keberterimaan dilihat dari segi format atau desain bentuknya, serta dari segi isi materi dan latihannya. Prosedur pengembangannya mengadaptasi model Borg and Gall, yaitu: (1) tahap I studi pendahuluan dan perencanaan, (2) tahap II pengembangan produk, (3) tahap III uji coba produk, (4) tahap IV revisi produk, dan (5) produk akhir. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah Modul Latihan Self-Assessment sebagai Rangkaian Tahap Perencanaan Karier Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan panduannya. Hasil uji coba produk menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memiliki nilai keberterimaan “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk dapat berterima secara teoretis dan praktis. Keberterimaan tersebut membawa implikasi pada penggunaan Modul Latihan Self-Assessment yang dapat membantu siswa untuk mengenali, menilai, dan memahami dirinya sehingga dapat merencanakan karier secara tepat. Adapun panduan modul dapat membantu konselor untuk membimbing siswa melakukan latihan self-assessment sebagai tahap awal perencanaan karier.
