A mixed-methods approach was used to collect and analyze data from undergraduate students in diverse majors at an Islamic university in Kendari. The study found that students in certain majors require more specific counseling, such as information on job market trends and technical skills development. Additionally, the study suggests that career counseling services can be tailored to meet the specific needs of students in diverse majors by providing specialized workshops and networking events, as well as spiritual counseling and guidance. Providing a combination of in-person and online resources can also be highly beneficial for students' career development. Based on theoretical studies and previous research, three factors are predicted to influence academic stress: academic self-efficacy, life satisfaction, and happiness. This study analyzes the correlation of academic self-efficacy, life satisfaction, and happiness with first-year university students' academic stress. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods and path analysis. The participants in this research were 720 first-year university students in Indonesia. The research instruments used were the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale, Life Satisfaction Scale, Happiness Scale, and Academic Stress Scale. Research data was collected online and then analyzed using the partial-least squares-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) technique. The results of this study show that life satisfaction and happiness are negatively and significantly correlated with first-year university students' academic stress. Furthermore, this research shows that happiness is the most determinant factor for academic stress, so it acts as a mediator in the correlation of academic self-efficacy and life satisfaction with first-year university students' academic stress. Elicitation studies have indicated that vocational high school students experience difficulties in making career decisions. The internship program is designed to enhance students' emotional intelligence and goal commitment, thereby preventing career decision-making difficulties. This research aims to investigate the mediating effect of goal commitment in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career decision-making difficulties. This quantitative correlational research was conducted in a vocational high school in Bogor with a total of 173 participants using a self-report questionnaire of CDDQ, TEIQue-SF, and HWK Scale. Mediation analysis was processed using Hayes PROCESS. Results showed that goal commitment plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career decision-making difficulties (c’ = -0.19, p < 0.001; c = -0.25, p < 0.001). The authors conducted a narrative literature review. The conceptualization of policy, with a specific focus on educational and public policies, was provided. The article also discussed the roles and concerns of educational and public policies in facilitating career transitioning for these students. The study contributes to an increased understanding of the educational and policy implications of supporting students with visual impairments during career transitioning. The collaboration of career counsellors and policy actors is deemed necessary in order to effectively tackle the challenges associated with facilitating successful career transitioning for these students.\u0000Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kebijakan pendidikan dan publik yang berkaitan dengan transisi karier di siswa tunanetra. Penulis melakukan tinjau-an literatur naratif. Konseptualisasi kebijakan, dengan fokus khusus pada kebijakan pendidikan dan publik, juga diberikan. Artikel tersebut juga membahas peran dan keprihatinan kebijakan pendidikan dan publik dalam memfasilitasi transisi karier bagi para siswa. The Future Expectation Scale of Adolescents (FESA) can measure future expectations of education and student career. This study aims to adapt the scale of the FESA work and education domain to the Indonesian language and culture. The adaptation in this study follows the six-stage category of the International Commission Test. Development of adaptation items using a forward-backward translation design involving six experts. The comparability of language and content validity assessments involved nine experts. Pilot study for item evaluation involving 15 students from the target population. The quantitative testing was administered to 297 state college students. Results of the comparability assessment of language indicate that the adapted item has a similar structure and meaning. The content validity assessment demonstrates that the adapted item is already relevant, essential, and clear for measuring educational and work expectations. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) reveals that this adaptation scale has good construct validity, as indicated by the value of a good fit model that meets the criteria. Reliability based on construct reliability and internal consistency is also good. Thus, the FESA work and education domain scale version for Indonesia is valid and reliable to measure the youth's future expectations of education and work, especially among Indonesian college students. Abstrak: Kesuksesan pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan positif pelajar terhadap masa depan pendidikan dan pekerjaannya. Skala the Future Expectation Scale of Adolescent (FESA) dapat mengukur harapan masa depan pendidikan dan pekerjaan pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengadaptasi skala FESA work and education domain ke dalam bahasa dan budaya Indonesia. Adaptasi dalam penelitian ini mengikuti proses 6 tahap dari International Commission Test. Pengembangan item adaptasi menggunakan forward-backward translation design yang melibatkan 6 ahli. Penilaian comparability of language dan content validity melibatkan 9 ahli. Uji keterbacaan melalui pilot study yang melibatkan 15 mahasiswa yang sesuai target populasi. Uji kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap 297 mahasiswa dari perguruan negeri. Hasil penilaian comparability of language menunjukkan bahwa item adaptasi memiliki kesetaraan struktur bahasa dan makna. Penilaian content validity menunjukkan bahwa item adaptasi sudah relevan, penting dan jelas untuk mengukur harapan pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) membuktikan bahwa skala adaptasi ini memiliki validitas konstruk yang baik, ditunjukkan dari nilai good fit model yang memenuhi kriteria. Reliabilitas berdasarkan construct reliability dan internal konsistensi juga tergolong baik. Although it has begun to become a concern for researchers in Indonesia, the development of the quarter-life crisis scale has never been created. Some researchers have adapted the constructs developed by foreign researchers, which are not necessarily suitable for applicated in Indonesia. The development of this scale goes through 5 stages: conceptualization of the test; test construction; test trial; item analysis; and test revision. The test trial was filled by 181 early adults in Indonesia from Pekanbaru, Malang, Medan, Padang, Batam, Madura, Lombok, Pangkalan Kerinci, Solo, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bogor, and Yogyakarta. The results showed that there are 26 valid and consistent items that can be used to measure the early adult quarter-life crisis in Indonesia, which is indicated by the validity of the rcount greater than rtable and the Cronbach Alpha value of 0.854. Abstrak: Saat ini, quarter life crisis sudah mulai menjadi perhatian bagi para peneliti di Indonesia, namun pengembangan skala quarter life crisis ini belum pernah diciptakan. Beberapa peneliti melakukan adaptasi dari konstruk yang dikembangkan peneliti luar negeri yang tentunya belum sesuai tepat digunakan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan skala quarter life crisis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur quarter life crisis dewasa awal di Indonesia. Pengembangan skala ini melalui lima tahap, yaitu: konseptualisasi tes; konstruksi uji; uji coba tes; analisis butir; dan revisi tes. Uji coba dilakukan pada 181 individu dewasa awal di Indonesia yang berasal dari Pekanbaru, Malang, Medan, Padang, Batam, Madura, Lombok, Pangkalan Kerinci, Solo, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bogor dan Yogyakarta. This study aimed to develop a logically validated case study based on counseling behavior e-module so that it can be applied to guidance and counseling students at Universitas Negeri Malang. The research and development design used in this study is the ADDIE model. The data in this study are divided into quantitative and qualitative data based on the acceptability aspect of the e-module. The subjects in this study were counseling experts, media, language, and prospective users. The product test results from the counseling expert validator have a validity index of 1 in the category \"very high\" media experts show a validity of 0.93 \"very high\"; linguists score 0.90 in the category \"very high\", and potential users category 3.55. So it is determined that the product being developed meets the product acceptance criteria from various predetermined aspects.\u0000Abstrak: Salah satu matakuliah yang wajib ditempuh sebagai syarat kelulusan mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling fakultas ilmu pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang adalah praktikum konseling berhavior. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan e-modul konseling behavior berbasis case study yang tervalidasi secara logik sehingga dapat diterapkan kepada mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling Universitas Negeri Malang. Rancangan penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE. Data dalam penelitian ini dibedakan menjadi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif berdasarkan aspek keberterimaan e-modul. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu ahli bimbingan dan konseling, media, bahasa, dan calon pengguna. Hasil uji produk dari validator ahli bimbingan dan konseling memiliki indeks validitas 1 kategori “sangat tinggi”, ahli media menunjukkan validitas 0,93 “sangat tinggi”, ahli bahasa sebesar 0,90 kategori “sangat tinggi”, dan calon pengguna kategori 3,55. This research and development study was completed in a number of stages, including (1) preliminary study, (2) product design, (3) product development following the design, (4) limited tryout, and (5) product revision. For the limited tryout, we conducted a number of tryouts. In the first limited tryout, we involved the experts (from the guidance and counseling field, career guidance and counseling field, and Indonesian language), followed by an individual tryout involving nine students and three counselors, then a small group tryout with 15 students. The primary data were collected using a questionnaire. Further, the data from the experts were analyzed using content analysis, and the experimental data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis of the tryout data suggested that the developed career pocketbook is feasible to be used as a guidance and counseling media, primarily to enhance elementary school students’ career comprehension. Further, this career pocketbook can be suggested as the media for students’ career guidance and counseling.\u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan career pocketbook sebagai media layanan informasi karier untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karier siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan tahapan: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) merencanakan penelitian, (3) pengembangan desain, (4) ujicoba lapangan terbatas, dan (5) revisi desain. Subjek ujicoba lapangan terbatas terdiri dari: subjek uji ahli (ahli media bimbingan dan konseling, ahli bimbingan dan konseling karier, ahli bahasa Indonesia); subjek uji coba perorangan terdiri dari sembilan orang siswa dan tiga orang konselor sekolah; dan subjek uji kelompok kecil dengan menggunakan metode quasi experiment berjumlah 15 siswa. Teknik utama pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data validasi ahli dianalisis secara kualitatif (analisis isi), dan data eksperimen dianalisis secara kuantitatif (uji Wilcoxon). Hasil analisis data uji coba lapangan terbatas menunjukkan bahwa career pocketbook layak digunakan sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karier siswa sekolah dasar. This concept has also aided numerous groups of people, including the academician. As Metaverse offers various means to innovate, it is projected to change human lives and patterns of interaction. However, Metaverse also presents a number of negative impacts on mental health, even greater than the impacts of online games. This literature review aims to examine the impacts of the Metaverse on adolescents. Then, it develops the relevant preventive strategy through school guidance and counseling programs. This study is motivated by the lack of research related to the impact of Metaverse on adolescents’ mental health and intervention strategies. By applying the PRISMA steps, the study was conducted on scientific articles published from 2017 to 2022 extracted using Publish or Perish software. From the data collection process, we garnered and analyzed 25 relevant articles from ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Sage Journals, Google Scholar, WoS, ProQuest, Taylor & Francis Group, Emerald Insight, DOAJ, and Garuda. Our analysis results showed that Metaverse potentially has negative impacts on adolescents, especially on non-cognitive aspects, such as social skills, empathy, self-esteem, self-control, and self-regulated learning. In addition, a basic guidance and counseling strategy using various approaches and techniques is required, particularly group guidance using information technology and social media to develop youth literacy about mental health in this metaverse era.\u0000Abstrak: Metaverse yang merupakan perpaduan inovasi teknologi media sosial, game, dan virtual reality, adalah konsep baru yang menarik perhatian berbagai kalangan. Konsep ini juga telah membantu banyak kalangan, termasuk akademisi. Metaverse yang menawarkan berbagai cara untuk berinovasi, juga diproyeksikan akan mengubah kehidupan manusia dan pola interaksi. Namun, Metaverse juga menghadirkan sejumlah dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental, bahkan lebih besar dari dampak game online. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak Metaverse pada remaja kemudian mengembangkan strategi pencegahan yang relevan melalui program bimbingan dan konseling sekolah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya penelitian terkait dampak Metaverse terhadap kesehatan mental remaja dan strategi intervensi. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah PRISMA, penelitian dilakukan terhadap artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2017 hingga 2022 yang diekstrak menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish. This research covers the concept of tolerance theory and aspects that contribute to tolerance. The study was carried out using a cross-sectional survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were high school students in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 300 high school, vocational high school, and Madrasah Aliyah students in the city of Bandung. Data collection was completed using tolerance instruments, and data analysis used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that the greatest contributing aspect to the tolerance of senior high school students in Bandung was the aspect of peace. Meanwhile, the lowest contribution was observed in the aspect of equality. The peace aspect consists of indicators of caring, fearlessness, and love. The results of this study can be used as material and consideration for further research to develop a model or program of guidance and counseling services empirically designed to develop tolerance.\u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi analisis faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap toleransi pada siswa sekolah lanjutan tingkat atas (SLTA). Ruang lingkup penelitian ini mencakup konsep teori toleransi dan aspek yang memberikan kontribusi pada toleransi. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode cross-sectional survey dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah siswa SLTA di Kota Bandung. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling. Adapun Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 300 siswa sekolah menengah atas, sekolah menengah kejuruan dan madrasah aliyah di Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen toleransi. Analisis data menggunakan confirmatory factor analysys (CFA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aspek yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar pada toleransi siswa SLTA di Kota Bandung ialah aspek kedamaian. Sedangkan aspek yang memberikan kontribusi terendah ialah aspek kesetaraan. Aspek kedamaian terdiri dari indikator kepedulian, ketidaktakutan, dan cinta.
