{"title":"DESIGNING A FEMALE ELEGANCE MODEL BASED ON THE IDEAS OF MAGGI RUFF","authors":"E. It helps not only to present it favorably, but at the same time to develop your own individual style. Among the significant components of style is elegance, which contributes to the uniqueness of the personality and its memorization in the environment. In this regard, the aim of the study was an attempt to construct a model of elegance, the analysis of which is built using the phenomenological and systemic approaches. A fairly complete phenomenological description of elegance in the first half of the twentieth century was carried out by the French fashion designer Maggi Ruff. The appeal to the systems approach of R. Barthes helped to create a theoretical construction of elegance, which became the novelty of the undertaken research. The elegance model is based on image (formal aspect) and fashion code (content aspect). In turn, the image of elegance is procedural: it includes the idea of an elegant image-design, realized in the image-embodiment, and the visibility of the latter contributes to the formation of the image-perception both by the person himself and by the people around him. The image of elegance corresponds to the aesthetic standards of the cultural and historical era, and its understanding is made possible thanks to the stories-descriptions using the fashion code. It includes semantic units with a rather abstract character and their metaphorical description (rhetoric). Among the semantic units of elegance, one can distinguish beauty, femininity, taste, life experience and improvisation, which manifest themselves already at the level of an image-concept, as well as chic, quality, well-groomed, additional details (accessories, aroma), clearly presented in the image-embodiment. The above affects the image-perception and its description. Today, there are certain transformations in the understanding of elegance. The intellectual component, harmony and taste gradually begin to disappear in it, and simulations and semantic units unacceptable for elegance (ugliness, absurdity, grotesque, lack of quality, simulative chic, lies) come to the fore. However, in the modern scientific world, researchers are increasingly confronted with the fact that they incorrectly isolate a problem, or do not see the main one among several problems. Therefore, to determine the content of the problem, you need to know what the problem is. Otherwise, it may happen that a problem can be called a question or a task. The article discusses the methodological basis of any study, which is based on problem situations that cause the researcher a psychological state of uncertainty, contradiction, and intellectual tension. This is what creates the promise for the assimilation of new knowledge, for research discoveries that create a field for the development of mental abilities, search and intellectual activity, and a philosophical style of thinking. An important role in this process of knowledge is performed by heuristic and research methods. On the other hand, the article argues that the study of any scientific discipline, including philosophy, cannot be reduced to the assimilation of a set of “ready” knowledge, but involves the formation of students’ philosophical culture of problem-oriented thinking, the unit of which is “problematization”. {"title":"THE CONNECTION BETWEEN TRANSCENDENTAL LOGIC AND EGOLOGY: HISTORICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT","authors":"Y. The relevance of egological research is to form the foundation for disparate cognitive sciences. On the basis of the historical and philosophical approach, the idea of transcendental logic is considered and it is concluded that it is essentially correlated with the analysis of consciousness. Transcendental logic takes into account the pure content of human thinking, which is not reduced to an empirical composition. Results. 1. The question of the dual nature of logic was first raised by the ancient Stoics, who included in it a section devoted to the analysis of impressions and the formulation of criteria for knowledge. 2. The idea of transcendental logic is presented in its expanded form in the works of Kant, who divided it into analytics and dialectics. In the analytical section, Kant is confronted with a paradox — with the division of the pure I into two parts: active subject and passive object. The identity of these parts does not give any knowledge of how the pure I exist in itself. As a result of the transcendental analysis, a distinction is introduced between the pure and the empirical subject. 3. Hegel’s critical reinterpretation of the idea of transcendental logic leads to a new division, in which it corresponds to an objective logic that takes into account the content of knowledge and its origin. 4. The connection between logic and egology was found in Husserl’s later works, most systematically in “Formal and Transcendental Logic”. Transcendental logic is a subjectively oriented study that clarifies the constitutive activity of pure consciousness. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that the pure I as a subject of egology contains and produces objective logical formations. Formal logic is concerned with inference and proof, being a demonstrative rather than descriptive discipline. This lack of formal logic can only be eliminated by transcendental logic, which directly addresses the experience of pure consciousness. It should be used to study the subjective structures that underlie theoretical reason. {"title":"META-SUBJECTIVE NATURE OF COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE: ONTOLOGICAL ANALYSIS","authors":"А. I. The relevance lies in the need to analyze the nature and status of CI, causes, mechanisms and consequences of its formation. The aim of the article is to critically analyze the main approaches to CI, to reveal its essence and subjective status. The research uses such methods as analysis and synthesis, general logical and systemic methods, methods of dialectics and synergetics. It is shown that unlike a purely technocratic approach, which mixes CI with the concepts of artificial intelligence (AI), neural networks, big data, etc., it can be understood in a purely humanistic way as an integral net of human minds. In view of the key role in it of the higher and actually human manifestations of consciousness (not only purely rational, but also non-rational), we can talk about the fundamental unartification of CI, the impossibility of identifying it with artificial intelligence (AI). As a synergy of a large number of human intelligences, it will apparently acquire emergent properties, expressed in the manifold increased intelligibility of its activity (if intelligence is understood as a sum of abilities aimed at successful adaptation and problem solving/decision-making). Special emergentism will be possessed by its goal-setting, which may not completely coincide with the partial goals of individuals. Being the unity of the latters, it, nevertheless, will not dissolve them and their personal consciousnesses in itself as a totality, since it will function according to distributed network principles and assume a system of «subject-subject» connections. In an optimistic scenario, CI is able to translate the development of civilization into a new, controlled format, resolving global problems which are beyond the ability of local actors. Although the elements of control and coercion from CI are quite possible, it won’t turn into force that becomes objectifying for individuals because it will consist of them. The people themselves, their diverse groups and communities remain subjects and the CI will become subject that is just more intelligently potent and fractal in its nature, a meta-subject.","PeriodicalId":315085,"journal":{"name":"Intelligence. The formal contradiction between crafts and modernization can be removed if we consider the historical experience of crafts. With their genetic link to trade masters and their workshops, small- and medium-sized enterprises can be drivers of innovation through conservational, ecological, and socially neutral productive processes. The article attempts to outline the theoretical and methodological basis of a social topology of crafts as a new sphere in the philosophy of history and trades. Drawing on ancient, western European and Russian philosophy, the authors show that the social topology of trades can be seen as an alternative theoretical and methodological basis when researching the history of crafts, the development of their form and their deployment in space and time. The timeliness and relevance of this theoretical discussion is defined by the need to answer the conceptual challenges of the space-time of post-industrial development, to open a new historical retrospective on crafts and to realize the current and future sustainable development of trades. A topological research agenda, where the historical personality is seen as a socio-bodily being with a place in the space-time it itself produces, is founded on the key concepts of corporeality and location and interconnectedness within the socio-ontological context. In the framework of social phenomenology and ontology, the schema of flexible networks of small manufacturers takes the following form: «trade fraternities — workshops — practices — the self-organization and self-administration of fraternities». At the same time road capacity is a key feature of this complex according to which the planning and organization of transport process are carried out. The refore, the study of issues of cost-effective increase of the road throughput is an urgent task. One of the reason for reducing road network throughput are large number of road traffic accidents which are contribute to increase likelihood of traffic jams. The main way to solve identified problem is to reduce time of the consequence liquidation of the road traffic accidents due to the optimization of each of the stages of this work. In particular, one of such stages is response and arrival of the city service crew to the place of accident. The purpose of this research is to high light key features and substantiate application possibilities of search methods of optimal city service crew placement on the road network area. The article presents the results of our own researches based on literature analysis and process modeling of the consequence liquidation of the road traffic accidents. These researches have substantiated the application of the Hakimi method in solving the problem of searching optimal placements of the city service crew. The authors formulated and introduced a number of restrictive conditions for solving the formulated problem. Polyakov","doi":"10.25198/2077-7175-2021-4-102","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25198/2077-7175-2021-4-102","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the actual and, perhaps, even painful topic of political violence considered through the prism of contemporary anarchist thought and, in particular, through the understanding of violence in the theory of postanarchism. The aim is to fixate with using the historical-philosophical descriptive approach the intensification of conflict discourse in contemporary radical political philosophy, as well as a specific postanarchist articulation of such type of violence, which would imply going beyond the logic of a standard encounter of opposing political forces. Such articulation in works of the leading theorist of post-anarchism S. Newman is accompanied by the reception of the conceptual apparatus of the German thinker W. Benjamin. The resulting thesis of this work can be considered as the conjugation of the increasing politicization of life with the tendency to think of politics and the political in terms of antagonism, war and, ultimately, violence. In other words, if the political is thought in this way, it can be assumed that the growing politicization of practically all aspects of life is fraught with similar impulses. In the context of the above, the consideration of postanarchism seems not only adequate as an example of reflecting current trends in political philosophy, but also from the point of view of novelty, because the postanarchist theory as such is rather poorly covered in the Russian academia. From this, firstly, the practical significance follows, because the article gives a notion of the little-studied phenomenon of Western political thought, which correlates with the realities of contemporary politics. Secondly, this work sets a number of vectors for further research concerning both the relationship between the theory and practice of contemporary protest movements and the reaction of state institutions to them. In addition, further work on the problematization of the theory of post-anarchism itself, which is not distinguished by uniqueness and homogeneity due to its own methods and approaches (anti-essentialism, deconstructivism, micro-political analysis, etc.), can also become perspective.
