Bryanik","doi":"10.25198/2077-7175-2021-4-10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25198/2077-7175-2021-4-10","url":null,"abstract":"The relevance of the study of the mechanism of evolution is determined by the fact that the understanding of scientific laws is changing in modern science. From the microworld to the megaworld, the historical nature of the processes occurring in them is recognized, which should be reflected in the interpretation of laws. The author sets out to reveal the prerequisites of the idea of self-organization, which is a distinctive feature of evolutionary processes in the synergetic picture of the world of post-non-classical science. The idea of self-organization grows out of the concepts of evolution developed in the classical and non-classical periods of the development of modern science. The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the concepts of the evolution of these periods. The dominant approach in the modern philosophy of science is the history of science, so the author is guided by the methodology of historical and scientific research, when comparative analysis is implemented through finding out the similarities and differences of the stages of interest. The article substantiates the thesis that at this stage the concept of evolutionism is based on the recognition of the time parameter either in the form of an infinite sequence of events embodied in the present («external time»), or in the form of the principle of historicity («internal time»). The classical concept of evolution was a hypothesis. In non-classical science, the concept of evolution receives a scientific — empirical and theoretical — justification. To specify the principle of evolution in this period, the material from astrophysics, biology and historical science is given. The novelty of the obtained results is connected with the recognition of the hypothetical nature of the idea of evolution in the non-major non-rationalist branch of descriptive natural science of classical stage, the acquisition of scientific justification by it (the idea of evolution) at the non-classical stage, as well as with the transition from the concept of «external» to «internal» time. «Internal» time is the essence of the new concept of historicism, where evolution is interpreted as self-organization. A new concept of evolution and a new type of scientific laws set the prospect for further research. The main purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of the self-employed form of the Russia and Kazakhstan population adaptation, as well as the identification of factors affecting self-employment. The methods of normative, comparative, statistical, correlation and regression analysis were used. It is determined that self-employment by a combination of such characteristics as risk, independence, income, tax payment is a form of the adaptation entrepreneurial model, which is more typical for developing economies or unstable periods. It is revealed that the cross-country comparative analysis has certain limitations due to different regulatory approaches to the allocation of the self-employed category. Comparative studies require taking into account the contextual component, and they also need to be supplemented with the study of factors affecting self-employment. The study novelty is to identify demographic and economic factors affecting self-employment, the assessment of which on the example of the Kazakhstan regions was the regression analysis task. The information base was the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Kazakhstan Republic data. The study was conducted in the R software environment. The assessment results showed that the choice of self-employed form is directly influenced by age, gender, place of residence, unemployment, the opposite — labor costs, stability conditions. These conclusions should be taken into account when forming state support measures. The prospects for further research are largely determined by the level of statistical and other information about self-employed citizens. In this regard, it seems promising for Kazakhstan to continue research with an emphasis on certain categories of the self-employed, analysis of the influence of various factors. For Russia today, the use of sociological surveys is preferable, and the formation of a statistical base over time will allow for a more in-depth analysis of the influence factors.","PeriodicalId":315085,"journal":{"name":"Intelligence. It the context of the digitalization of culture, in modern philosophy, interest is shifting to the study of technologies and their impact on human life and behavior. Also, the problem of studying the essence of man, his nature and spirituality fades into the background. The aim of the research is to study the processes of transformation of human understanding in the context of human-technology interaction in digital culture, the direct impact of these processes on human perception and behavior. The author analyzes the processes of digitalization of culture. During analyzing the processes of digitalization of culture, the author relied on modern foreign theoretical and applied research, as well as on the hermeneutic method. This research is interdisciplinary, because it combines data from the fields of philosophy, neurophysiology and psychology. The researching is accompanying such factors as: the transformation of a person into a resource for making technological decisions, pseudo-economic positivism, the formation of a model of a schizoid personality, the dominance of neuroscientific explanations in the field of human nature. The author describes a neurobiological model for explaining human behavior, which considers a person in terms of determinism. The result of this model is a deterministic understanding of consciousness. These circumstances allow us to conclude about the delayed effects of the digitalization of culture, one of the essential in which is the ignorance of a person and his spirituality. The author concludes that a significant consequence of the digitalization of culture is a new anthropological turn in the understanding of man and his spirituality. This anthropological turn testifies to the need to return to man and his spirituality, the basis for the study of which will be the creation of a new direction in modern Russian philosophical anthropology, which is of an interdisciplinary nature. Puzakov","doi":"10.25198/2077-7175-2021-1-87","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25198/2077-7175-2021-1-87","url":null,"abstract":"Units of modern cars require an uninterrupted supply of electricity of the required quality, therefore, the prompt determination of the technical condition of the power supply system (SE) is an urgent task. During the operation of the car, there is a dynamic redistribution of electricity consumed for the needs of consumers between the car generator and the storage battery (AKB). The efficiency of the balance of electricity on board the car is influenced not only by the power of consumers, the mode of movement of the car, weather and climatic factors, but also by the technical condition of the generator and battery, however, insufficient attention has been paid to this. It has been established that the currents of the generator, the field winding and the battery, as well as the voltage of the on-board network, can serve as indicators of the technical condition of the vehicle’s ESS. The purpose of the article is to develop typical loading modes of a vehicle’s solar cell and a technique for their modeling in laboratory conditions. The leading method for solving this problem is fixing the ESS parameters using an analog data recorder with variations in the load current and the generator rotor speed. In the course of the experiment, the loading modes were changed in the order of increasing the generator rotor speed. The nature of the change in the parameters of the solar cell in the case of a working generator and a charged battery has been determined. The efficiency of the solar cell can be indirectly estimated by the ratio of the areas limited by the charging and discharging currents of the battery of the dynamic characteristic curve. With a load current of 10 A, the energy supplied by the battery generator exceeds the energy consumed for the work of consumers. When the load current increases to 15 A, the energy balance shifts towards the discharge part. The experimentally established dependences of the change in the parameters of the solar cell with variations in the load and speed modes of operation can be considered a scientific novelty. The practical significance of the research carried out is to increase the reliability of diagnosing SE based on the analysis of indicators of its technical condition. Further research will be aimed at determining changes in the parameters of the vehicle’s ESS in the process of occurrence and development of generator and battery malfunctions.","PeriodicalId":315085,"journal":{"name":"Intelligence. The relevance of the study is due to the need to study the laws of processes and phenomena leading to disruption of the normal functioning of the connecting rod bearings of automobile engines in operation and causing sudden costly failures. The goal is to ensure the reliability of automobile engines by minimizing in operation the influence of factors contributing to the occurrence of such a dangerous failure as cranking the connecting rod bearings. Methodical apparatus – field observations micrometry and experimental test The main results – factors and a mechanism for cranking the connecting rod bearings are described. According to the results of field observations and bench tests, it was established that during engine operation there is a shape change of the bearings as a result of a mismatch between the real operating modes of the connecting rod bearings and the design modes of hydrodynamic lubrication. The critical and necessary oil pressure for reliable lubrication of the connecting rod bearings in operation is determined; modes of operation of the KAMAZ engine were identi -fied, at which oil starvation of its connecting rod bearings may occur, as well as modes of stable operation of the entire lubrication system. Scientific which make it possible to determine safe functioning parameters of the lubricating system. Practical significance: the results of the study are implemented in KAMAZ PJSC on KAMAZ engines by in creasing the performance of the oil pump and the nominal pressure in the lubrication system, optimizing the pas sage sections of the channels and their location. Directions for further research and recommendations: theoretical interest and a mathematical description of the process of supplying oil to connecting rod bearings in the mode of repeated pulsations and draining from them, as well as assessing the survivability of connecting rod bearings.","PeriodicalId":315085,"journal":{"name":"Intelligence.
