Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics with one group pre-test and post-test designs based on indicators of creative thinking and student response. The results showed that the learning tools met the criteria of being effective. The effectiveness is seen in the positive response results of students, namely 89% and the results of the creative thinking test on the fluency indicator reaching 85%, the flexibility indicator reaching 80%, the original indicator reaching 68% and the elaboration indicator reaching 70%. The purpose of this study was to inventory the types of tubers that have the potential as an alternative carbohydrate source in Amarasi Selatan District, Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is an exploratory method, which is done by exploring and observing directly the types of tubers found in the research location and conducting interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. Based on research that has been carried out in Amarasi Selatan District, Kupang Regency regarding the Inventory of tuber species that have the potential as an alternative carbohydrate source, it can be concluded that there are 7 types of tuber plants with 5 varieties, namely Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) with 2 namely, Darul hidayah and Adira 1 varieties, sweet potato (ipomoea batatas) with 3 varieties, namely cilembu variety, muara takus variety and antin 2 variety, taro sweet potato (Colocasia esculenta), porang sweet potato (Amorphophallus Muelleri), Gembili sweet potato (Dioscorea esculenta). ), sweet potato (Dioscorea bulbifera), sweet potato (Canna Discolor). The learning tools developed in the research are lesson plans, LKPD and learning outcomes tests. The method used in this research is the type of Research and Development. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, observation sheets, self-assessment sheets and student learning outcomes tests. Data analy-sis used descriptive quantitative. The results of data analysis showed that the expert validity of the Learning Implementation Plan, LKPD, and Learning Outcome Test (THB) met the valid and very valid criteria. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the integrated learning tools guided inquiry learning model material growth and development of the body meets the valid criteria to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes.
