Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the integrated learning tools guided inquiry learning model material growth and development of the body meets the valid criteria to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes. 本研究的目的是开发一种具有有效标准的植物生长发育材料的指导性研究性学习模式的学习工具,以便在学习过程中使用它们来提高学生的认知学习成果。研究中开发的学习工具是课程计划、LKPD和学习成果测试。在本研究中使用的方法是研究和开发的类型。数据收集技术使用验证表、观察表、自我评估表和学生学习成果测试。数据分析采用描述性定量分析。数据分析结果显示,学习实施计划、LKPD和学习结果测试(THB)的专家效度均达到有效和非常有效的标准。基于研究结果,可以得出综合学习工具引导的探究性学习模式的物质生长与发展符合提高学生认知学习成果的有效标准。Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar Kognitif, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Pengembangan Perangkat, Validitas。
