This study aims to determine the interactive quiz media using the Kahoot application on student learning outcomes on the material of the human excretory system in Class XI MIPA SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya Academic Year 2021/2022. The research method uses a quasi-experimental research design with Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were all class XI MIPA SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya, as many as four classes totalling 141 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the sample used class XI MIPA 2 as the experimental class and XI MIPA 3 as the control class with several students 71 people. The instrument used in this study was to measure student learning outcomes through a multiple-choice test of 30 questions referring to indicators C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5. The data analysis technique used is the independent t-test. The results showed a significant effect of the interactive quiz method using the Kahoot application on student learning outcomes with a significance value (of 0.002). Antibodies against O antigens can provide protection against infection and vaccines have been developed by conjugating O antigens to carrier proteins to enhance immunogenicity. This study aims to produce O antigen from Escherichia coli and analyze the in vivo test results in poultry using ELISA technique. The methods used in this study were E. coli Bacterial Culture, O Antigen Purification, SDS PAGE, Inoculation on Experimental Animals, Rapid Plate Agglutination Test, and ELISA. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the O antigen of Escherichia coli injected into chickens can induce the formation of specific antibodies against E. coli in the blood. It encompasses plant species, multi-aspect utilization, processing methods and how to use, and their medical benefits to heal diseases. This descriptive exploratory study was conducted in May 2019 in six villages, namely Panama Village, Meluwiting Village, Loyobohor Village, Leudanung Village, Balauring Village, and Wairiang Village. These six villages were categorized into three groups: 1) modern village, 2) developing village, and 3) traditional village. Seventy-eight respondents, comprising local villagers, traditional healers, and adat leaders/elders, were selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. This study was performed in four stages, viz. 1) survey of research locations and selection of respondents, 2) semi-structured interviews, 3) plant documentation, and 4) plant inventory. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively using percentages, averages, and content analysis. Using a mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) approach, the authors aimed at identifying the effect of the EDP learning model implemented on Science Education undergraduate students, Manado State University. Our proposed learning model developed students’ creative thinking and communication skills in one class with 20 participants who enrolled in a course in General Biology I. Data collection techniques were used to assess creative thinking and communication skills, using written test data and observation data, respectively. The effectiveness of the EDP learning model is confirmed by calculating the average overall score of students' creative thinking assessment of 88,44% with an excellent category. Similarly, the results of student collaboration skills showed a score of 82,19% also with an excellent category. Hal ini karena kurangnya guru dalam model dan pendekatan serta media atau sumber belajar yang tepat. PBL dengan STEM merupakan model dan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual yaitu siswa membangun pengetahuan berbasisi pada kondisi dilingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui penerapan PBL melalui pendekatan STEM dalam pembelajaran Biologi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), mengikuti tahapannya adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisi data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara analisia kuantitatif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan PBL melalui STEM dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Selatan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan yaitu prasiklus yaitu siswa yang memperoleh ketuntasan belajar 17 orang atau 47.22% dan belum tuntas belajar 19 orang siswa atau 52.78%. Siklus I mengalami peningkatan yaitu siswa yang tuntas 23 orang dengan persentase 63.89% dan belum tuntas 13 orang atau 36.11%. Siklus II meningkat menjadi 34 orang atau 94.44 % telah tuntas dan 2 orang atau 5.56 % tidak tuntas belajar. The type of research carried out is a type of development research using the development and validation method, which was modified by Sugiyono (2020). This method explains how researchers can measure valid learning tools. Learning tools that are suitable for use have gone through the assessment stage by expert validators, learning tools that have been validated are Lesson plan, student worksheet and Authentic Assessment Instruments by expert validators and user validators. The results showed that the quality of the product produced based on the assessment of the aspects of the validity of the Lesson plan met the very valid criteria with an average value of the validator of 98.33%, the student worksheet met the very valid criteria with the average value of the validator of 95.45% and the Authentic Instrument Assessment meet the very valid criteria with an average value of 96.25% from the validator. This study aims to conduct a literature review study related to the use / application of web-based learning media in biology subjects. The research method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection in this study by reviewing similar research articles as many as 12 national journal articles obtained from the google scholar database and also indexed by SINTA. Based on this research, it was found that the use of web-based learning media is feasible to be used in the learning process with an average presentation result of more than 80%, which was obtained by conducting three tests, namely, individual, small-scale, and large-scale tests, and validation test results with an average of 79%-88%.
