To overcome this limitation, we demonstrate dynamic gigapixel imaging via synthetic aperture microscopy. Integration of low magnification high numerical aperture condenser lenses enable submicron resolution live imaging over an extended field of view. Based on holographic measurements, image reconstruction is realized in real time enabling truly live imaging.
