In an effort to improve the quality of dentists and services to the wider community, each Faculty of Dentistry must have a Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM). Operation-based costing is an accounting information system that describes the various activities carried out within an entity and collects costs associated with goods based on activities undertaken to produce, operate and distribute or assist the product concerned. To determine and realize dental and oral-service costs using the ABC method at the radiology unit of dental and oral hospital Unimus. This research is a qualitative descriptive case study design with an open-ended method in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the chairman and management of dental hospital Unimus. All healthcare professionals especially nurses are at risk of experiencing health problems either physically or psychologically. One of which is burnout syndrome. This research aimed to identify burnout syndrome among nurses. The research applied a descriptive analytics design with a cross-sectional approach. The samples were 134 nurses in a hospital in Magelang regency who obtained from purposive sampling. The data were gathered through Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Then, the data were analyzed through mean value distribution. The results showed that nurses' burnout syndrome was in a low category. However the number of visit is still low: 2.34% by students, while by staff and lecturers: 32.32%. Patients satisfaction could influence this condition. The study aim was to analyse clinic utilisation by academic community, and to know patients satisfaction. This study was a descriptive research with a survey approach. The population was academic community of Bandung Islamic University having a medical treatment at the clinic. The samples were students (172 people), staff (51 people) and lecturers (61 people) with inclusive criteria: active students, and permanent staff and lecturers, and exclusive conditions for students on leave and for staff and lecturers on going study and on leave. This study was conducted between January 2020 and December 2020. The result showing clinic utilisation  51.74% by students, 84.31% by staff, and 67.21% by lecturers was good enough. Students (51%), staff (74.4%) and lecturers (68.3) had high satisfaction level. Hospitals should start thinking strategies to be taken, especially for International Standard Hospital. The aim of the research is to determine and evaluate the effectiveness of shifting business strategy conducted by BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua Bali Hospital in encountering metaverse era. Qualitative and quantitative data is used in this research by using techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants as many as 8 people, the Chief Executive Officer, top management representatives, and operational representatives. For triangulation informants were represented by the Chief of Management,  the Chief of Operating, and two patients. The used of analysis technique in this research is qualitative analysis. The utilization of clinical pathways has been widely used and researched. However, limited qualitative research has analyzed the phenomena and challenges for implementing the clinical pathway in Indonesia. This study aims to explore a depth perspective about the challenges in the implementation of the clinical pathway. The results of this study offer alternatives that can complement existing studies and encourage improvement in the use of clinical pathways in Indonesia. This study uses a single case study qualitative approach and descriptive method to describe the challenges of implementing clinical pathways in private hospitals. Its function as a health care provider by creating satisfaction through health services with the best quality, in its implementation will synergize with clinical risk management one of the surgical services. Purpose and Method: The purpose of research is to analyze the implementation of clinical risk management surgery in supporting the quality of hospital services, This research was conducted at Arifin Achmad Riau, with a qualitative approach to rapid assessment procedure research design through observation, in-depth interview and triangulation analysis. The number of informants as many as 8 people following the rules purposively. Results: Informed consent has been understood and filled in according to regulations, although there are sometimes unreadable and incomplete writings, but generally good with the marked lack of prosecution. Surgical Safety Checklist is good. Preoperative and postoperative diagnosis discrepancy recording and reporting sourced from the operating report sheet has been done well and understands what is meant in accordance with regulations. This model involves training variables as supporting variables. This research is relevant to be applied in hospitals, from several 350 employees, selected 100 employees as samples by sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The study was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS3 software. The results showed that change management had a significant positive effect on organizational communication. Training has a significant positive impact on organizational communication. Organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Change management has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Organizational communication proved to be a partial mediation of the development of exercise on employee performance. Salah satu unit pelayanan di rumah sakit yang sering terabaikan adalah pelayanan di aplikasi online. Pasien pada jaman sekarang tentunya ingin mendapatkan pelayanan dengan cara yang praktis dan berkualitas. Terutama pada masa pandemi Covid 19 dimana layanan tatap muka dibatasi dan banyak kegiatan dilakukan secara online. Sejauh ini penelitian terkait faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh pada kepuasan konsumen pada pelayanan tersebut masih jarang ditemukan. Untuk mengisi kekosongan tersebut disusun model penelitian yang dimodifikasi dari penelitian terdahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh dari professional knowledge, physician rank, treatment effect, physician image, response speed, service commitment, service attitude, communication efforts terhadap cognitive trust dan affective trust serta dampaknya pada willingness to choose. PLS-SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data empiris yang diperoleh dengan purposive sampling Didapatkan 273 responden yang memenuhi syarat melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa professional knowledge dan treatment effect tidak terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif pada cognitive trust. Service attitude dan communication efforts, tidak terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif pada afective trust. Physician rank, physician image, dan response speed terbukti signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif pada cognitive trust. Service commitment terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai dampak positif pada affective trust. Cognitive trust dan affective trust terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai dampak positif pada willingness to choose. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menkonfirmasi teori Kepercayaan pasien terhadap pelayanan dokter dalam melakukan konsultasi kesehatan online baik secara kognitif maupun afektif mempunyai dampak yang nyata pada willingness to choose konsultasi kesehatan online. Model penelitian ini memiliki memiliki moderate predictive accuracy serta medium predictive relevance sehingga dapat dikembangkan dalam penelitian lebih lanjut. Produktifitas dan kinerja perawat harus terjaga dengan baik selama pandemic dengan menjalankan asuhan keperawatan, yang meliputi bidang promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Rumah sakit, sebagai institusi kesehatan harus berusaha menjaga kinerja perawat yang dipengaruhi oleh factor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kondisi atau keadaan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kecemasan, stress terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang isolasi Covid 19 Gedung Anggrek RSUP Fatmawati 2020.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden berdasarkan formula dari Taro Yamane. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling.Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji korelasi variabel stress terhadap kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai Asymp. Sig 0,002 < 0,05. Kecemasan terhadap kinerja memiiki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai Asymp. Sig 0,001 < 0,05. Pengaruh stress dan kecemasan secara simultan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai Asymp. Sig 0,007 < 0,05 yang berarti signifikan antara stress dan kecemasan terhadap kinerja.Diskusi: variabel stress dan kecemasan memliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Website rumah sakit berkembang untuk menjadi salah satu media komunikasi antara rumah sakit dengan pasien dan calon pasien. Artikel ini berfokus pada analisis elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi efektivitas website rumah sakit pada pelayanan kesehatan. Penyusunan artikel dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi website rumah sakit di beberapa negara.
