This model involves training variables as supporting variables. This research is relevant to be applied in hospitals, from several 350 employees, selected 100 employees as samples by sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The study was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS3 software. The results showed that change management had a significant positive effect on organizational communication. Training has a significant positive impact on organizational communication. Organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Change management has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Organizational communication proved to be a partial mediation of the development of exercise on employee performance. 摘要
