Hospitals should start thinking strategies to be taken, especially for International Standard Hospital. The aim of the research is to determine and evaluate the effectiveness of shifting business strategy conducted by BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua Bali Hospital in encountering metaverse era. Qualitative and quantitative data is used in this research by using techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants as many as 8 people, the Chief Executive Officer, top management representatives, and operational representatives. For triangulation informants were represented by the Chief of Management, the Chief of Operating, and two patients. The used of analysis technique in this research is qualitative analysis. 作为受疫情影响最大的行业,医疗服务业应该做好迎接元宇宙时代的准备。医院应该开始思考应该采取的策略,尤其是国际标准医院。本研究的目的是确定和评估BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua Bali医院在遭遇元宇宙时代时进行的商业战略转变的有效性。在本研究中,通过访谈、观察和文献资料收集数据的技术,使用了定性和定量数据。调研线人多达8人,包括首席执行官、最高管理层代表和运营代表。对于三角测量,线人由管理主任、手术主任和两名患者代表。分析技术在本研究中的应用是定性分析。研究结果表明,商业战略的转变最初发生在(1)主要市场从外国游客转向国内游客、当地居民和外籍人士,(2)数字化服务创新的存在,以及(3)新产品Crisalix虚拟美学和减肥手术的出现。
