Training has a significant positive impact on organizational communication. Organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Change management has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Organizational communication proved to be a partial mediation of the development of exercise on employee performance. Abstract
