Waktu tunggu dari mulai saat pasien datang pertama ke IGD dan dilakukan triase sampai dengan penempatan di ruang rawat inap disebut sebagai Length Of Stay (LOS). Length Of Stay (LOS) kondisi menahan pasien yang ada di UGD atau unit penempatan sementara sampai diputuskannya rawat inap atau dipindahkan ke unit lain, direkomendasikan agar tidak lebih dari 4 jam untuk kepentingan keselamatan pasien dan kualitas pelayanan Tujuan Penelitian : untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan Length Of Stay (LOS) pasien rawat inap di IGD RSUD Cibinong. Metode penelitian : penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode retrospektif dengan pendekatan analitik, menggunakan disain cross sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Cibinong yang akan dirawat inap dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan (Maret, April, Mei) Tahun 2021. Sampel penelitian menggunakan Metode Systematic Random sampling setiap kelipatan 15 dari nomor register pasien di IGD diambil dan digunakan sebagai sampel Hasil penelitian : Lama waktu tunggu pasien rawat (Length Of Stay) di IGD RSUD Cibinong dengan dengan waktu < 6 jam didapatkan berjumlah 49 orang (54.4%), waktu ≥ 6 jam didapatkan 41 orang (45.6%). Terdapat satu variabel tingkat kegawatan memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan Length Of Stay (LOS) diperoleh nilai P (P Value 0.043) dimana P Value < 0.05. Kesimpulan : Enam variabel independent penelitian setelah dilakukan uji statistik regresi logistik tidak ada yang berhubungan bermakna dengan variabel dependent, tetapi mampu memprediksi ada dua variabel yaitu tingkat kegawatan dan kasus penyakit yang berpeluang untuk terjadinya hubungan dengan Length Of stay (LOS) dengan kontribusi Nagelkerke R square 0.128 = 12.8 %. Meskipun akses rumah sakit, bidan, dan klinik bersalin telah tersebar luas, namun angka kematian ibu hamil masih belum turun secara signifikan. Tren penurunan jumlah pasien di RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa tidak lepas dari pengaruh masa pandemi Covid-19 sampai saat ini masih belum berakhir. Bauran pemasaran meliputi 7P yaitu produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses dan bangunan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan karakteristik pasien terhadap minat untuk menggunakan jasa persalinan di RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa pada pasien Antenatal Care (ANC). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif dengan design cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa pada bulan Juli - Agustus 2021. Instrumen dipergunakan yaitu berupa kuisioner yang meliputi pertanyaan tertutup dan pertanyaan skala respon dengan pasien memilih jawaban yang disediakan (memberi checklist). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 93% subyek penelitian berusia 20-35 tahun dimana 56,1% dari subyek penelitian merupakan lulusan pendidikan tinggi. Selain itu, 56,1% subyek penelitian tidak memiliki penghasilan dengan 56,1% subyek penelitian mengaku tidak memiliki pekerjaan. Berdasarkan paritas, subyek penelitian didominasi primigravida (45,6%). Selain itu, dari penelitian ini juga didapatkan proporsi terbesar bauran yang kurang baik dari bauran pemasaran produk (56,1%), harga (54,4%), promosi (59,6%), tempat (57,9%), orang (54,4%), proses (61,4%), dan bukti fisik (52,6%) dengan 54,4% subyek tidak berminat melahirkan di RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Dari analisis bivariat didapatkan hasil tidak didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik subyek dengan minat melahirkan, namun didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara bauran pemasaran produk, harga, orang, tempat, proses, promosi, dan bukti fisik terhadap minat melahirkan. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat dengan pemodelan regresi logistik terlihat bahwa variabel yang secara signifikan berhubungan dengan minat melahirkan adalah faktor bauran pemasaran orang. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara bauran pemasaran produk, harga, orang, tempat, proses, promosi, dan bukti fisik terhadap minat melahirkan dengan faktor bauran pemasaran orang sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat melahirkan di RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. PLS-SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data empiris yang diperoleh melalui simple random sampling. Didapatkan 80 responden yang memenuhi syarat melalui kuesioner yang telah didistribusikan secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa enam dari delapan variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja, serta variabel mediasi psychological empowerment mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif yang signifikan pada burnout. Pengaruh langsung pada psychological empowerment ditemukan paling kuat dari opportunity to develop human capital dan adequate and fair compensation. Ditemukan dampak negatif dari psychological empowerment terhadap burnout, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori kualitas kehidupan kerja dapat meningkatkan pemberdayaan psikologis di antara perawat, sekaligus menunjukkan aplikasi yang baru terhadap pemberdayaan psikologis perawat. Model penelitian ini memiliki moderate predictive accuracy dan medium predictive relevance, sehingga dapat dikembangkan dalam penelitian lebih lanjut. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design—data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed a significant relationship between reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness with patient satisfaction with a value (ρ value = 0.000 <0.05). From the study results, it was concluded that from the aspect of reliability, assurance, physical evidence, attention, and responsiveness of officers in providing services and education to patients at the BLUD of Bombana District General Hospital, it could affect the level of patient satisfaction. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis penerapan manajemen risiko terhadap pencegahan penularan infeksi COVID-19 pada dokter dan perawat di RS X dengan cara menganalisis elemen penting dalam penerapannya serta melihat hubungan elemen tersebut terhadap penilaian penerapan manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif paralel konvergen yang diolah secara univariat dan bivariat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan penyebaran kuesioner daring. Hasil: Rumah sakit telah melakukan upaya demi tercapainya lingkungan kerja yang aman, seperti pembuatan area khusus COVID, penyediaan APD yang cukup, serta pengaturan durasi shift. Didapatkan korelasi signifikan (p-value <0.05) elemen yang diteliti dengan penilaian penerapan manajemen risiko, dengan nilai uji Spearman tertinggi 0.607 pada elemen komunikasi dan information. Kesimpulan: Elemen-elemen yang diteliti memiliiki hubungan terhadap penilaian penerapan manajemen risiko di RS X. Telah dilakukan berbagai upaya untuk melindungi dokter dan perawat dengan penerapan manajemen risiko yang sudah berjalan cukup baik, terlihat dari menurunnya angka terinfeksi pada pemeriksaan rutin. Namun terdapat banyak faktor penyulit yang muncul di era pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut manajemen rumah sakit untuk lebih adaptif dalam mengelola tenaga perawat di rumah sakit.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji anteseden dari satisfaction yaitu healthcare planning, healthcare organizing, healthcare staffing, healthcare leading, dan healthcare controlling terhadap nurse loyalty di rumah sakit dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19. Data empiris yang di analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari rumah sakit XYZ. Sampel diperoleh menggunakan probability sampling yang memperoleh 204 data responden melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Analisis dari data yang dikumpulkan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa healthcare staffing, healthcare leading, dan healthcare controlling memilki pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada nurse satisfaction. Pengaruh langsung pada nurse satisfaction yang terkuat adalah healthcare staffing. Dampak positif dari nurse satisfaction terhadap nurse loyalty juga terbukti signifikan. Dengan demikian, teori kepuasan pegawai dalam pelayanan kesehatan dapat dikonfirmasi oleh penelitian ini. Model penelitian ini memiliki moderate predictive accuracy serta medium predictive relevance sehingga masih dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Awareness of the importance of hand hygiene in health workers is needed in efforts to prevent nosocomial infections. The hand hygiene compliance rate obtained at One of Private Hospital in Yogyakarta is 80%. Awareness of the importance of the implementation of hand hygiene does not yet exist or has not emerged in the nurse itself, while it is very important in addition to protecting himself from the transmission of infection and can reduce the risk and spread of nosocomial infections in the hospital. This study uses an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling, with the number of samples studied as many as 89 people. The research data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The p-value of 0.040 (p 0.05) indicates that there is a relationship between knowledge and nurse compliance in the implementation of hand hygiene. A p-value of 1.00 (p 0.05) indicates that there is no relationship between attitude and nurse compliance in the implementation of hand hygiene. The purpose of this article was to map the instruments used in measuring patient safety culture in healthcare organizations. The method used integrated literature review from various sources of research articles published from 2015 to 2020. The article included if it was available in full text and open access as well as articles described the instruments of patient safety culture or measurement of patient safety culture using one of the instruments of measurement of patient safety culture. The results of the literature review unravel the findings of three instruments such as HSOPSC (Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture), MaPSaF (Manchester Patient Safety Assessment Framework) and SAQ (Safety Attitudes Questionnaire). Inadequate compensation, no career development, and dissatisfaction can increase turnover intention. Increasing professional nurses' resilience is better than recruiting new nurses from an economic perspective. The research analyzed the effect of compensation and carrier development on job satisfaction and the impact on nurses' turnover intention in a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative research design with the cross-sectional approach was used. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The samples consisted of 47 nurses who made a self-reported by filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Square. The study found that compensation and career development had direct and significant effects on Turnover Intention.
