The policy of online learning carried out from home has been implemented in Early Childhood Education. The implementation of technological innovation needs to be applied to transform knowledge. The development of learning technology using Augmented Reality (A.R.) is the realization of needs actually by the media in early childhood learning materials. This research method uses a qualitative strand to explore in-depth information related to children's perceptions of initial data. Meanwhile, the quantitative strand data collection was used to measure the results of the widely implemented A.R. learning product trials dominant by strengthening quantitative data. The product development approach with exploratory sequential mix methods is a guideline for researching plural data collection. In developing A.R. learning media, it was found that 78.28% of learning media needs were related to learning motivation to use these technological devices. The development of A.R. media for early childhood leads to the theme of the surrounding environment that was previously designed through a storyboard. Implementation and evaluation of A.R. learning media for early childhood shows that using media is 83.7% from cognitive outcomes that support online learning. Cognitive abilities foster children's imagination in realizing ideas into expressions in exploring behavior in the environment during the learning period at home. Research findings from the application of children's learning technology can connect meaningful contextual sources and respond with enthusiasm. The meaning of learning media for early childhood is an effort to bring children's psychology closer during \"Learning to Home\" learning which creates situations and conditions with technology and digitalization in education in the era of disruption that can change the existing system order.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125243951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research questions that will be answered are: (a) How successful is the use of assertive training? (b) What are the objectives to be achieved in the application of assertive training? (c) What levels of education are the targets for the application of assertive training? The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR method is used to identify, assess, and interpret all findings on a research topic to answer predefined research questions. The SLR method has three steps, namely planning, conducting, and reporting. Sources of data in this study were collected from Garuda Digital Reference and Google Scholar. The articles reviewed were 20 articles. The article selection process is determined by compiling the criteria used, namely (1) articles published between 2013-2021; (2) the implementation of assertive training is limited to the world of education, especially the type of formal education. The results showed that the success rate of assertive training was quite high in students. The goal to be achieved by this assertive training technique is to change maladaptive behavior into adaptive behavior. The level of education that uses assertive training is from junior high school to high school. The results of this study can be used as a reference and consideration by future researchers to develop other research on assertive training.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134122831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research is motivated by the problems faced by teachers and deaf individuals in learning, especially in terms of communication so that misconceptions occur between teachers and deaf students. With the assistive technology in the form of a Web Captioner that functions as a verbal language translator, it is easier for the deaf to understand what the teacher is saying in learning. The question is whether the higher the intention to use the Web Captioner can increase the academic self-efficacy of deaf individuals. This research is a correlational study using two variables, namely the intention to use the Web Captioner as the independent variable and academic self-efficacy as the dependent variable. The subjects for this study amounted to more than 30 deaf children. The data collection method used the intention scale of using Web Captioner and the academic self-efficacy scale compiled by the researcher. Data were analyzed using correlational statistical analysis. Testing using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test then obtained that rcount of 0.334 which is greater than the value of rtable of 0.279. The conclusion obtained from the research results is that there is a significant relationship between the intense use of Web Captioners and the academic self-efficacy of deaf individuals, then the Web Captioner is proven to increase the academic self-efficacy of deaf students.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134465151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study was to identify TEK materials needed by teachers and primary school students as teaching materials presented through comic media. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect quantitative and qualitative data. The participants consisted of 21 teachers and 102 primary school students in Tawangmangu. The results show that all TEK materials are considered important and needed by almost all teachers because they contain positive educational values, have relevance to the themes and sub-themes of primary school materials, have relevance to all subjects, and some teachers are not native Tawangmangu foreigners with local TEK. The most interesting TEK material for students is folkltales about the origin of corn and vegetables. The teacher and students stated that the TEK material in all comics (volumes 1-4) was presented in a clear and interesting manner. They also support the development of the comic because it can work as a medium of learning and entertainment while participating in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132166225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
