This research method used a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. This study's subjects consisted of seven elementary school teachers and 116 public elementary school students in Tuban Regency. Besides, the research instruments employed were questionnaires and telephone interviews. This study's results revealed that teachers were not fully aware of STEAM-based augmented reality learning media. The types of media needed by students and teachers are those that can represent material in-depth and are interactive, such as videos and animations. In addition, each process is explained in detail and clear media so that students can understand the material and apply it. Therefore, the development of STEAM-based interactive multimedia in natural science learning is very much needed in elementary schools, especially in implementing 21st-century learning. Based on the research results and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) teachers did not fully know about Augmented Reality media and the STEAM approach, 2) teachers had a good perception of STEAM-based Augmented Reality media, and 3) teachers hope there is a natural science learning media, which can represent material in-depth and interactively, such as videos and animations, where each process is explained in detailed and clear media so that students can understand the material and apply it. For this reason, the development of STEAM-based interactive AR multimedia in natural science learning is very much needed in elementary schools.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127637532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study discusses how technology can be used in the implementation of the educational dance method for prospective elementary school teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, using observation, document studies, interviews, and field notes as data collection. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques. The descriptive method is used to describe the process and results of the implementation of online dance education. The results of the study indicate that technology can assist the practice of teaching dance education for prospective elementary school teachers, but it is not enough to help them in making dance accompaniment music and visualize group dance compositions. Based on the results of this study, skills in using technology will affect the success of online dance education learning. Based on these findings, prospective elementary school teachers need to be equipped with special competencies in applying technology that can be used to create dance music.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131706730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Learning disabilities can cause problems in individuals both in learning and in specific skills such as listening, writing, reading, speaking, reasoning, and calculations in mathematics. Learning disabilities can appear in individual difficulties in writing, speaking, coordinating, or focusing. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between students and learning disabilities and their psychological impact. The Institution's accommodation for students has an essential role in providing accommodation for students with learning disabilities, such as recording lectures, providing a more extended time limit for students with learning disabilities, transition programs, and alternative evaluation forms. It is important to know a child with a learning disability as early as possible because this can help students obtain appropriate materials and learning methods. This systematic review identified ten studies meeting the criteria. We found four articles with the crossover effect of the psychology factor of learning disability, articles with the direct effect of learning disability. Findings revealed that individuals with learning disabilities experience some psychological factors anxiety, low self-esteem, negative self-image.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125103054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Restructuring the Indonesian national education system can be started by relocating character as the most important dimension of national education. Schools are the most strategic places in shaping the character of students, because in schools character education can be programmed well, both through curricular programs and extracurricular programs. However, the moral crisis in the world of education is increasingly showing a decline due to the destruction of the character structure of the nation's generation so that it shows the importance of character education for someone who must be done as early as possible. The use of technology for learning purposes is considered important in this era of globalization. The implementation of the educational process is very much helped by the media, including in the cultivation of character education. Through technology-assisted learning media, character values should be grown, not only being an important factor in conveying subject matter information but also containing moral messages for students. This study used a qualitative approach with case study methods, and data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study reveal that elementary school teachers in Langsa City have shown sufficient understanding of the use of technology in the implementation of strengthening character education in schools.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130255913","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was a correlational study. The research subjects are all administrative staff of the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral study programs in the teacher training and study program of UNS with a total of 30 people. The data is collected by using tests, observations, and interviews. Based on the research, it was found that the administrative staff of the study program have not received training to increase the competencies needed in providing administrative services for students with disabilities. This has an impact on the difficulties experienced by study program administration staff in providing services to students with disabilities, especially students with hearing impairment. Administrative staff often have difficulty in communicating with them. The conclusion is that there is a positive relationship between the competence of administrative staff and the quality of friendly services for students with disabilities. It means that administrative staff with good competence in providing special services will also lead to an increase in the quality of administrative services that are friendly to students with disabilities.","PeriodicalId":312912,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114082886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
