Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model penelitian CIPP. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perencanaan program pelatihan wajib dan gladi lapang merupakan hasil identifikasi BPBD Sleman dan kebutuhan masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi,  pelaksanaan program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang ini berjalan dengan baik dan melibatkan narasumber yang memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya serta motivasi dan antusias peserta yang cukup tinggi, dan hasil pelaksanaan program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang ditunjukkan dengan perubahan sikap peserta yang meliputi kemampuan konseptual, teknis, dan sosial. Dampak dari program ini menunjukkan dampak positif yaitu peserta dapat melakukan tindakan pengurangan risiko secara mandiri dan berkelompok, memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki untuk menerapkan rencana kesiapsiagaan di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Kata kunci : evaluasi program pelatihan, wajib latih, masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi An Evaluation of the Obliged Training and Field Practice Program for the Community Around Disaster Prone Areas of Merapi Abstract This study aims to investigate plan, implementation, and result of the obliged training and field practice program for the people in the village of Argomulyo Cangkringan Sleman. This was an evaluation study employing the CIPP. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results are as follows planning program obliged training and field practice program is the identification of BPBD Sleman and the needs of the community disaster prone area Merapi, the implementation of the programs obliged training and field practice program goes well involving the source of information that has competence as well as motivation and enthusiasm of the participants which is quite high, and the result of a training program obliged training and field practice program is indicated by a change in attitude of the participants that includes the conceptual, technical and and social ability. The training programs obliged training and field practice program have an impact that is positive participants can perform the act of risk reduction independently and in groups, utilizing the knowledge possessed to apply the plan of preparedness in the neighborhood of her residence. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Empat Level Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan menggunakan Penilaian ber-Acuan Patokan (PAP) dan Penilaian ber-Acuan Norma (PAN) masuk kategori “puas”. (2) pemahaman peserta pada materi standar isi pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar proses pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar penilaian pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”. (3) implementasi perilaku peserta pascapelatihan terkait materi standar isi, proses, dan penilaian pembelajaran paket C berdasarkan persepsi tutor dan peserta didik menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “mengimplementasikan”; (4) peningkatan kompetensi peserta disebabkan oleh pelatihan menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “mengalami peningkatan”. Kata Kunci: evaluasi, pelatihan, in-house training , pembelajaran paket C In-house training program evaluation of packet C learning in sanggar kegiatan belajar of Central Java Province Abstract This study aimed to describe an evaluation results level of: (1) satisfaction; (2) material understanding; (3) behavior implementation; and (4) the improvement of participants’ competence. The type of this study was evaluation research using Four Levels of Kirkpatrick model. The result of this study indicates the following. (1) the participants’ satisfaction toward the implementation of training using Standard Referenced Assessment (PAP) and Normative Referenced Assessment (PAN) was included in the category of “satisfied”. 2) the participants’ understanding of content standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; the participants’ understanding of process standard material learning using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; (3) the participants’ understanding of assessment standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”. (3) the implementation of participants’ behavior after training of content, process, and assessment standard material based on tutor’s and student’s perception using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “implementing”. (4) participants’ competence improvement resulting from the training using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “improving”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 21 anak. Sedangkan objeknya adalah media daur ulang. Teknik pengambilan data diambil dengan lembar observasi dan catatan lapangan. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembaran observasi kreativitas anak dan aktivitas guru selama proses pembelajaran. Terjadi peningkatan kreativitas anak secara keseluruhan pada pratindakan dengan rerata 28,81 dengan presentase 19,05%. Rerata pada siklus I adalah 83,85 dengan persentase sebesar 73,73%, sedangkan rerata pada siklus II adalah 135,17 dengan persentase sebesar 87,97%. Sementara itu, aktivitas kegiatan guru mengalami peningkatan dengan rerata sebesar 72,22 pada siklus I dan 94,44 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian media barang bekas dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas anak dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : aspek kreativitas, barang bekas, anak TK kelompok B Improving Children’s Creativity Through Recycling Media in TK Bima City Abstract This study aims to improve the learning process of children in kindergartens as well as to enhance the creativity of children through the use of recycling media in TK N Pembina Bima City. This study is a classroom action-research which consisted of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 21 children. While the objects were recycling media. The data collection techniques were observation and field notes while the instruments used were observation sheets of children’s creativity and teacher’s activities during the learning process. There is an overal improvement in children’s creativity after the treatment with a mean of 28.81 and a precentage of 19.05%. The mean of cycle I is 83.85 with a precentage of 73.73% while the mean of cycle II is 135.17 with a percentage of 87.97%. Meanwhile, teacher’s activities increase with a mean of 72.22 in cycle I and 94.44 in cycle II. Thus, recycling media improve children’s activity in the learning process. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penilaian otentik dan evaluasi datanya menggunakan data formatif dan data sumatif. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh anak TK Fastrack Funschool kelas A Program Nusantara sebanyak 15 anak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi check list dan lembar observasi rating scale . Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif eksploratif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi formatif maupun sumatif keterampilan membaca permulaan anak kelas A Program Nusantara berdasarkan indikator mampu menyebutkan nama karakter huruf, mampu menyebutkan bunyi huruf, mampu mencocokkan huruf besar dan kecil, mampu menyebutkan tulisan sederhana dengan simbol yang melambangkannya, secara umum bisa dikategorikan “berkem-bang sangat baik” karena 93,33% dari jumlah keseluruhan anak dalam kelas tersebut memiliki persentase pencapaian penguasaan materi antara 75% - 100%. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui bahwa metode pembelajaran membaca permulaan yang diterapkan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak  memiliki antusiasme dan keaktifan yang dikategorikan “berkembang sesuai harapan” dalam mengikuti pembelajaran membaca permulaan. Kata kunci: evaluasi, membaca permulaan, taman kanak-kanak An Evaluation of the Teaching of First Reading Skills in Kindergarten Fastrack  Funschool Class A Nusantara Program Yogyakarta Abstract This study aims to reveal the results of the evaluation of teaching process of first reading skills in Kindergarten Fastrack Funschool class A Nusantara Program from the effectiveness of the implementation and results of child's first reading skill achievement. This study used the approach of authentic assessment and evaluation of data using the data formative and the data summative. The subject were 15 students of Kindergarten Class A Nusantara Program. The data were collected using a check list observation sheet and rating scale observation sheet and analyzed using the quantitative explorative statistics with percentage.The results show that the results of formative and summative evaluation of first reading skills of grade A students of  Nusantara Program ability based on four indicators, in general it can be categorized as \"developing very well\" because 93.33% of the children in the class have a percentage attainment of mastery of the material between 75% - 100%. Through this study, it is also noted that the teaching method indicate that students have the enthusiasm and liveliness that can be categorized as \" developing according to expectations \" in following the teaching process of first reading. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 11 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas anak pada siklus III yakni ada 7 anak pada kriteria BSB. Artinya tujuh anak tersebut mampu menyelesaikan tugasnya tepat waktu membuat bangunan dengan cukup rapi, menggunakan lebih dari 6 ragam bentuk dan ukuran balok, mengungkapkan ide sebelum bermain balok maupun play dough , menceritakan bangunannya secara detail, membuat bangunan dengan ide dan cara sendiri. Mampu membuat lebih dari 7 bentuk dari adonan tepung dengan ide dan cara sendiri, menggunakan 5-6 cetakan kue beragam, menghiasinya dengan hiasan kue dan menceritakan semua hasil karyanya. Sedangkan minat belajar anak ada 7 anak pada kriteria BSB. Artinya tujuh anak tersebut menyukai kegiatan bermain balok dan play dough , melakukannya dengan cukup senang, bersemangat dan aktif, memperhatikan penjelasan dan mendengar perintah, arahan dari guru, mencari tahu kegiatan belajar, dan masuk kelas atas keinginan sendiri dan mandiri serta mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran sampai selesai. Kata Kunci: kreativitas, minat belajar, usia 3-4 tahun, permainan konstrukif, bermain balok, play dough (bermain adonan) . Developing 3-4 Year Old Children’s Creativity and Learning Interests Through Constructive Play Abstract The purpose of this reasearch is to develop creativity and interest in learning of children aged 3-4 years through constructive play using blocks and dough in kindergarten Izzul Islam Maraqitta'limat Wanasaba. This was classroom action research with the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. This research was conducted to improve the learning process with multiple treatments in the cycle. The sources of data were 11 children. The results show that have is an increase in creativity a child in the third cycle there are seven children in BSB. It means seventh children are able to complete the task on time to make a pretty neat building with to using more than 6 shapes and sizes of blocks, expressing ideas that will be built before the play and telling the building blocks in detail and making the building with their own ideas and ways. They make more than 7 forms with their own ideas and ways, using a variety of cookie cutters 5-6, decorating it with ornaments shape cake. Children are able to tell all of their work and expressing ideas before playing dough activities. While the children’s interest in learning increases; there are seven children in BSB. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif . Model eva-luasi yang digunakan adalah CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan: (1) program Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini (PPAUD) di Kabupaten Kulon Progo telah mampu meningkatkan akses layan-an PAUD yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan APK dari 34,3% di tahun 2006 meningkat menjadi 93,6% di tahun 2013. (2) program Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini (PPAUD) di Kabupaten Kulon Progo telah mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan PAUD. Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program, CIPP, PAUD An Evaluation of Early Childhood Education and Development Program (ECED) in Kulon Progo Regency Abstract This study aimed to (1) determine the effectiveness of the Early Childhood Education and Development Program (ECED) to the increase in access to early childhood education services in Kulon Progo, (2) determine the effectiveness of the Early Childhood Education and Development Program (ECED) to improve the quality of early childhood education services in Kulon Progo. This research is a qualitative evaluation study. That approach used in the research is CIPP model evaluation program develop by Stufflebeam. The results of the study revealed that: (1) The Early Childhood Education and Development Program (ECED) in Kulon Progo Regency has been able to improve access to early childhood education services as evidenced by an increase of 34.3% APK in 2006 increased to 93.6% in 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (kolaboratif) yang terdiri dari tiga siklus & enam pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak kelas B2 yang berjumlah 19 anak terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 11 anak perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen menggunakan lembar observasi Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) anak dan lembar observasi kegiatan guru selama kegiatan pembelajaran. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif  kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan proses sains anak secara keseluruhan pada siklus I sebesar 59,38%, siklus II sebesar 66,12% dan siklus III sebesar 78,82% dengan keterampilan proses sains masing-masing indikator KPS selama tiga siklus sebagai berikut: (1) KPS Membuat dugaan adalah 53,84%, 60,53%, 73,55%, (2) KPS mengamati adalah 65,02%, 71,71%, 85%, (3) KPS mengklasifikasi adalah 64,25%, 69,08%, 84,01%, dan (4) KPS mengkomunikasikan sebesar 54,39%, 63,08%, 72,70%. Aktivitas kegiatan guru mengalami peningkatan sebesar 36,84% dan 47,37% siklus I, 63,16% dan 73,68% siklus II, 89,47% dan 94,74% siklus III. Kata kunci : keterampilan proses sains, percobaan sederhana, anak usia 5-6 tahun Improving KPS Through the Simple Experiment for the 5-6 Year-Old Students in TK-IT Albina Ternate Abstract This research is aimed to find out the improvement of the science skill through the simple experiment for the 5-6 year-old students in TK IT Albina, Ternate. This research was a Classroom Action Research (collaborative) consisted of three cycles with six meetings. The subjects of the research were the students of Class B2 in TK IT Albina Ternate which were 19 students consisting of 8 boys and 11 girls. The data collection techniques were by observing and making field notes. The instruments of the research used the students Science Process Skills (SPS) observation sheets and teacher observation sheets during the process of studying. The data then were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this research indicats the improvement of science process skill entirely in the Cycle I is 59.38 %, in Cycle II is 66.12%, and in Cycle III is 78.82% with each SPS indicator as (1) SPS made judgment is 53.84%, 60.53%, 73.55%, (2) SPS observing is 65.02%, 71.71%, and 85%, (3) SPS classifiying is 64.25%, 69.08%, 84.01%, and (4) SPS communicating is 54.39%, 63.08%, 72.70%. In Cycle I The teacher’s activities improve from 36.84% to 47.37%, in Cycle II much as 63,16% and 73.68%, and in cycle III is 89.47%. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan dilakukan di Labschool Rumah Citta yang merupa-kan PAUD penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Labschool Rumah Citta adalah PAUD dengan model pendidikan inklusif yang memfasilitasi anak-anak dari berbagai latar belakang sosial, budaya, ekonomi, agama, ras, dan kemampuan, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. (2) Kurikulum Labschool Rumah Citta merupakan kuri-kulum yang disusun secara mandiri berdasarkan tahapan perkembangan anak, mengacu pada aspek-aspek perkembangan anak, serta memiliki beberapa kekhasan: inklusif, berpusat pada anak, mengembangkan kecerdasan jamak, pendidikan nilai, ramah lingkungan hidup, meng-hormati kearifan lokal, mandiri, dan keadilan gender. (3) Labschool Rumah Citta mengguna-kan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi dan berpusat pada anak/siswa ( student-centered approach ), serta menerapkan metoda pembelajaran yang mendorong kesiapan anak untuk memasuki SD, yang meliputi: main peran, praktek langsung, diskusi, kerja sama, peme-cahan masalah, ataupun kunjungan. (4) Kurikulum inklusi, yang ramah terhadap semua anak dan metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada anak, efektif untuk mendorong kesiapan anak dalam memasuki SD. Kata kunci: PAUD inklusif, kesiapan sekolah anak The Effectiveness of Inclusive Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) on School Readiness of Child to Enter Primary School Abstract This research aims to reveal the effectiveness of the inclusive ECCD on the level of child readiness to enter primary school. This research was conducted qualitive approach. The object was Labschool Rumah Citta, the ECCD that implemented inclusive learning. The results of the study are as follows. (1) Labschool Rumah Citta is and ECCD applying the inclusive education model, and ready to facilitate children from different social backgrounds, cultures, economy, religions, races, and capabilities, including the children with  special needs. (2) The curriculum of Labschool Rumah Citta is compiled independently based on child development aspect, and has several peculiarities: inclusive, centered on children, developing multiple intelligence, values education, eco-friendly living, respect of local wisdom, independence, and gender. (3) Labschool Rumah Citta uses the student-centered approach and applies the methods of learning which encourage child's readiness to enter primary school, including: role play, direct practice, discussions, teamwork, problem solving, and visits. (4) The inclusive curriculum, which is child friendy and the learning methods that are suitable, with the characteristics of early childhood, is effective in encouraging children to enter primary school. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu rumah tangga peserta pelatihan eceng gondok UKM Luthfi Craft di Desa Murtigading Piring II, Sanden Bantul. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup berbentuk skala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan penguasaan keterampilan dan motivasi kerja terhadap tingkat pendapatan ibu rumah tangga peserta pelatihan eceng gondok usaha kecil dan menengah Luthfi Craft di Desa Murtigading Piring II, Sanden, Bantul. Besarnya kontribusi penguasaan keterampilan dan motivasi kerja sebesar 30,4% dan 22,6% dan kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap tingkat pendapatan ibu rumah tangga peserta pelatihan eceng gondok UKM Luthfi Craft di Desa Murtigading Piring II Sanden, Bantul sebesar 48,3%. Kata Kunci : Penguasaan keterampilan, motivasi kerja, tingkat pendapatan Mastery Skills and Motivation to Work on the Level of Income Housewife in the Village Murtigading Bantul Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) contribution mastery of skills, (2) the contribution of motivation, and (3) the contribution of the mastery of the skills and motivation to work on the level of income trainee housewife hyacinth small and medium enterprises in the village Lutfi Craft Murtigading Plate II , Sanden, Bantul. This study uses a quantitative approach is correlational. The study population was a housewife trainee hyacinth UKM Lutfi Craft Village Murtigading Plate II, Sanden, Bantul. Collecting data using closed-form questionnaire scale. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant contribution to the mastery of the skills and motivation to work on the level of income trainee housewife hyacinth small and medium enterprises in the village Lutfi Craft Murtigading Plate II, Sanden, Bantul. The amount of the contribution of the mastery of skills and motivation of 30,4% and 22,6%, and both variables together to contribute to the household income levels mother trainee hyacinth UKM Lutfi Craft Village Murtigading Plate II Sanden, Bantul by 48,3%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kolabolator dalam penelitian adalah guru kelas B, sebagai pelaksana tindakan, peneliti sebagai observer dan guru pendamping sebagai pembantu observer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Observasi meliputi proses pembelajaran sosial emosional dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Catatan lapangan digunakan untuk melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang berbentuk foto. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia dini dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode bermain peran. Peningkatan tersebut sebesar 76%. Kata Kunci : metode bermain peran (role playing), kecerdasan interpersonal, anak usia dini. The Implementation of Role Playing Method to Improve Interpersonal Intelligence of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Barunawati Abstract The study aims to increase interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Barunawati Ternate City and how much the increase in interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years using role playing methods. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects in this study are students in kindergarten group B Barunawati Ternate City amounting to 25 people. The collaborators in this research were the B-grade teachers acting as the executor, while the researcher was an observer and as a teacher assistant in the observation. The data were collected through observation, notes field and documentation. Observations included the process of learning social emotional and childrens interpersonal intelligence. Field notes were used to see the problems faced during the learning. Documentation used to obtain data in the form of photos. The data analysis techniques used simple descriptive statistics. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study shows that early childhood interpersonal intelligence can be improved through the role playing methods. The increase in the amout of 76%.
