Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan miniatur bagi warga binaan di RUTAN Kelas IIB Rembang 2) mendeskripsikan kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan miniatur di RUTAN Kelas IIB Rembang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Lokasi penelitian di RUTAN Kelas IIB Rembang. Informan terdiri dari 1 pembina dan 3 warga binaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Triangulasi Sumber dan metode. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini : (1) Materi yang digunakan harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek, dan diskusi. Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah sumatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah pengrajin batik dan kepala desa, sebagai informan adalah pembatik, dan tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah proses pembangunan dari perencanaan telah adanya aktivitas membatik. Pelaksanaan terciptanya interaksi antara pengrajin dan pembatik yang terjalin hubungan patron-klien. Wujud partisipasi bersumber dari masyarakat lokal dan sistem sosial di luar masyarakat. Faktor pendukung berupa daya dukung fisik, sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi. Faktor penghambat berupa tidak semua warga setempat bisa membatik. Dampak secara fisik adanya peningkatan infrastruktur, dan dampak nonfisik terdapatnya peningkatan yang terdiri dari segi pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Kata kunci : pembangunan masyarakat; desa wisata; budaya; batik The Implementation of the Development of Batik Tourism Village in Babagan Lasem Sub-District Rembang Regency Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of rural batik tourism development focusing on; process of development, their participation, the supporting factors and obstacles, and the impact. This is a descriptive qualitative approach research. The research subjects were batik craftsmen and the head of the village, the informants were batik makers, and community leaders. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The validation used triangulation techniques of sources, methods and theory. The data were analyzed through some stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results are the development process of batik village planning activities. Interaction between craftsmen and batik makers established patron-client relations. The participation of local communities is realized and social system outside the community. The support factors are in the form of physical capability, social, cultural, and economic capacity. The obstacles are not all the society members are batik makers. The physical impacts are the improvement of infrastructure buildings, and the non-physical impact can be seen from education, economic, social and cultural improvement. Alasannya hanya 20,4 % tenaga pendidik alumni Diklat yang langsung mampu menerapkan hasil pelatihannya. Di sisi lain, banyak Gugus PAUD yang belum optimal dimanfaatkan sebagai wadah pembinaan pendidik PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan flow model . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gugus PAUD memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan pembinaan Paska Pelatihan dengan menggunakan model pembinaan Lesson Study karena memiliki potensi yang relevan dengan penyelenggaraan lesson study , yaitu : terstruktur dan terorganisir, pembinaan terus menerus dari pihak yang berwenang, kebersamaan, pendekatan partisipatif, kemampuan bermitra dan penumbuhan komunitas belajar. Dalam pelaksanaannya perlu memperhatikan factor pendorong dan penghambat pembinaan di Gugus PAUD. Kata kunci : potensi gugus PAUD, lesson study , pembinaan pasca pelatihan Potential Gugus PAUD for Coaching Post Training Early Childhood Educators by Using Lesson Study Abstract This study aims to explore opportunities for increased competence post training early childhood educators with using lesson study through the existing institution , namely Gugus PAUD. The reason only 20.4% of educators alumnus of training that is directly able to apply their training. On the other hand, many Gugus PAUD that has not been optimally utilized as a forum for coaching early childhood educators. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of interview, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using flow model . The results showed that the Gugus PAUD has the opportunity to develop coaching after the training using coaching model Lesson Study as it has potential relevance for the implementation of lesson study, namely: structured and organized, coaching continuously from the authorities, togetherness, participatory approach, the ability to partner and growth of a learning community. In the execution should also pay attention to supporting factors and inhibiting factors in Gugus PAUD development. Dari informasi yang diperoleh pada tahap pengumpulan data, selanjutnya peneliti mendesain produk yang berupa desain model wisata belajar, menyusun panduan kegiatan, panduan pendampingan, pelaksanaan dan refleksi. Adapun komponen dalam desain model ini terdiri dari; (1) calon peserta, (2) memilih peserta, (3) Bentuk Kegiatan Wisata Belajar (penyambutan, bina suasana, tour to zoo, zona alam, pojok kreatif, permainan, dan refleksi), (4) Materi Kegiatan sesuai jenis kegiatannya, (5) media, (6) bahan Ajar, (7) penilaian, (8) sosialisasi program, (9) pelaksanaan program, (10) evaluasi program dan (11) pendampingan, Model ini dilengkapi dengan panduan kegiatan, panduan pembelajaran, dan panduan materi wisata belajar Kata Kunci : desain model, wisata belajar, laboratorium luar kampus Design of Study-Tour Model in Gembira Loka Zoo Yogyakarta as an Outdoor Laboratory Abstract The paper is aimed at describing the design of study-tour model in Gembira Loka Zoo Yogyakarta. This initial-phase research comprised the design of study-tour model in Gembira Loka Zoo which refered to action reseach. On the basis of the information gained from the data collection, the researchers designed the product in the form of study-tour model, arranged the guides of activities, accompaniment, implementation, and reflection. In order to support the success of study-tour, a guide which could be used as a reference in the learning activity is needed. The components of the model design consisted of (1) candidates of participant, (2) participants selection, (3) study-tour activity (welcoming, atmosphere building, zoo tour, nature zone, creativity corner, games, and reflections), (4) activity materials suitable to the types of the activity, (5) media, (6) learning material, (7) assessment, (8) program socialization, (9) program implementation, (10) program evaluation, and (11) accompaniment. Hambatan komunikasi dan kognitif yang mayoritas dimiliki oleh anak Cerebral Palsy (CP) tetap harus dioptimalkan dengan menggunakan komunikasi alternatif dan tambahan ( Augmentative and Alternative Communication/AAC) . Untuk itu, perlu dikembangkan media komunikasi tersebut dan kemampuan menggunakan oleh anak Cerebral Palsy diperlukan keterlibatan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan dengan tindakan partisipasi antara peneliti dan orang tua melalui mendampingi orang tua agar supaya orang tua mampu membuat media, serta mengimplementasikan bagi anaknya yang Cerebral Palsy . Partisipasi orang tua digali dengan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 95% dari orang tua membutuhkan anaknya dapat dengan AAC, demikian juga kebutuhan ( need ) asesmen masih pada kebutuhan level awal komunikasi. Kondisi itu berimplikasi mengembangkan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan keluarga. AAC yang dipilih lebih ke arah miniatur benda asli dan kartu gambar. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi AAC Cerebral Palsy (CP) Parental Involvement in the Needs Assessment of Cerebral Palsy Children Communication Development Abstract The study aims to explore the actions and expectations can be done by parents of children with Cerebral Palsy, particularly in developing communication skills. Barriers to communication and cognitive majority owned by the child's Cerebral Palsy (CP) remains to be optimized by using alternative and additional communication (augmentative and Alternative Communication / AAC). For it is necessary to develop the communications media and the ability to use the Cerebral Palsy children need parental involvement. Therefore, the research carried out with the participation of action between researchers and parents through assisting the parents so that parents can make the media, as well as implements for Cerebral Palsy children. Participation of parents dug with questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results showed that 95% of parents in need of child can be with AAC, so does the need (need) assessment is still at the initial level of communication needs. The condition is implicated develop communication needed for daily life in the family environment. AAC selected more towards miniaturized original objects and picture cards. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, (1) tahap pemberdayaan TKI yang terdapat dalam film Minggu Pagi di Victoria Park adalah tahap penyadaran dan tahap pengkapasitasan. (2) permasalahan TKI yang ditemukan dalam film Minggu Pagi di Victoria Park berdasarkan faktor penyebabnya yaitu: (a) faktor ekonomi yaitu: terlilit hutang piutang, penahanan dokumen, menjadi PSK, mengalami penganiayaan dan pemerasan, (b) faktor budaya yaitu: gaji tidak dibayar, kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan bahasa setempat faktor, sulit memperoleh pekerjaan jika masuk daftar cekal, (c) faktor psikologis yaitu: TKI gagal berangkat, TKI bunuh diri, percobaan bunuh diri, putus hubungan komunikasi dengan keluarga, menjadi lesbian (3) Rencana pengembangan program PLS untuk para TKI berdasarkan hasil analisis content film, yaitu: (a) bekerja sama dengan Disnakertrans dan BNP2TKI mengadakan sosialisasi kapada para TKI pra penempatan, selama penempatan, purna penempatan, (b) bekerjasama dengan BLK TKI untuk menjadikan film Minggu Pagi di Victoria Park sebagai media pembelajaran untuk calon TKI. This research has been done with a method of qualitative research with a critical discourse analysis (Critical Discourse Analysis) approach, taking subject of “Minggu Pagi di Victoria Park” movie. The research found, (1) Phase empowerment of workers who are in the film Minggu Pagi di Victoria Park are: stage awareness and capacity building stage. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) “Madre” menceritakan tentang seorang pemuda yang mengelola kembali toko roti milik kakeknya yang telah bangkrut, sedangkan “Filosofi Kopi” menceritakan tentang dua sahabat yang merintis usaha kedai kopi dengan berbagai inovasi baru (2) unsur kewirausahaan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan kewirausahaan, sikap, karakteristik, dan perilaku wirausaha, kreasi dan inovasi serta kepemimpinan. Kata Kunci : kewirausahaan, perbandingan, novel dan film Comparative Analysis of Entrepreneurship in the Novel and Film “Madre” and “Filosofi Kopi” Abstract This research aims to determine: (1) Madre’s and Filosofi Kopi’s description, (2) entrepreneurial elements, (3) the different entrepreneurial elements between novel and film”Madre” and “Filosofi Kopi”, (4) the developing of non formal education’s program related to entrepreneurship mentioned in the story of “Madre” and “Filosofi Kopi”. The approach used in this study was qualitative content analysis. The research findings reveals that (1) Madre is stroty about a young man who reopen his grandfather’s bakery, besides Filosofi Kopi is stroty about two bestfriends are starting up their new bussiness of coffee shop (2) entrepreneurial elements in novel and film “Madre” and “Filosofi Kopi” were entrepreneurial activity, the attitude, characteristics, and behaviors of entrepreneur, creativity and innovation, also leadership, (3) the different entrepreneurial elements between novel and film “Madre” wass the leadership, while between novel and film “Filosofi Kopi” was the creativity and innovation, (4) the developed entrepreneurship program related to story of “Madre” and “Filosofi Kopi” were training of making bread and processing coffee bean seeds. Langkah dalam analisis datanya sebagai berikut: (a) Menyimak narasi dalam transkip, (b) Melacak data yang penting, (c) Merumuskan makna, (d) Mengelompokkan makna dalam tema-tema, (e) Memadukan semua kelompok tema dalam sebuah penjelasan yang mengungkap pandangan partisipan terhadap fenomena, (f) Mengidentifikasi struktur pokok tema, dan (g) member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perubahan masyarakat terjadi dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan pendidikan masyarakat Desa Bejiharjo, (2) dampak yang timbul adalah adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan kualitas sumber daya manusianya, namun dalam aspek sosial muncul berbagai potensi konflik, serta meningkatnya kriminalitas dan pergaulan bebas, dan (3) faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan masyarakat berasal dari dalam dan luar masyarakat. Kata Kunci : perubahan masyarakat, desa wisata Community Changes in Bejiharjo Tourist Village in Year 2010-2015 Abstract This research aims to explain: (1) the community changes that occur in Bejiharjo tourist village, (2) the impact from the tourism activities in Bejiharjo tourist village, and (3) the factors that affect the community changes in Bejiharjo tourist village. The research is based on qualitative phenomenology method. The steps of data analyzing are: (a) reviewing narration on transcript, (b) tracking the important data, (c) formulating meaning, (d) grouping meaning in themes, (e) blending all groups of the themes in an explanation that reveals view of participants to phenomena, (f) identifying basic structure theme, and (g) member check. The research results show that (1) community changes can be seen from economic, social, culture, and education changes in Bejiharjo village, (2) the impact from community change is improvement of social welfare and the quality of human resources, but in social aspect arise various potential conflicts, and (3) factors that infuence the community change come from inside and outside. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Homeschooling Primagama mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik dengan menggunakan tes psikologi melalui psikolog, sedangkan Homeschooling ANSA melalui wawancara oleh pihak homeschooling . (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Homeschooling Primagama lebih bersifat semi formal dan terstruktur, sedangkan Homeschooling ANSA lebih bersifat informal. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran di Homeschooling Primagama terdiri dari aspek kognitif yang dievaluasi oleh tutor/guru, aspek afektif dievaluasi oleh psikolog, sedangkan di Homeschooling ANSA aspek kognitif dan afektif dievaluasi oleh tutor/guru. (4) Faktor pendorong peserta didik dalam belajar di Homeschooling Primagama yaitu motivasi dalam diri peserta didik dan orangtua, sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu sakit-sakitan, pengaruh gadget, dan online game, sedangkan di Homeschooling ANSA, faktor pendorongnya yaitu untuk meraih cita-cita dan membanggakan orangtua, sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu ketika peserta didik banyak kegiatan di luar dan masih kurang lengkapnya fasilitas belajar yang tersedia di homeschooling . Kata Kunci: pengelolaan pembelajaran, homeschooling A Comparative Study of the Teaching Management in Primagama and Anugrah Bangsa Homeschools Abstract The aims of this study are to describe and compare the teaching management of homeschooling in aspects including: (1) lesson planning, (2) the teaching implementation, (3) teaching evaluation, and (4) the supporting and inhibiting factors of homeschooling. This research was a comparative study, using the descriptive qualitative approach. It was conducted in Primagama and ANSA Homeschools. The results of this study are as follows. (1) Primagama Homeschool identifies learner needs through psychological tests by psychologists, while Homeschool ANSA does it through interviews by the homeschool (2) The implementation of the teaching in Primagama Homeschool is semi formal and structured, while at ANSA Homeschool it is more informal. (3) The evaluation of teaching in Primagama Homeschool consists of cognitive aspects which are evaluated by the teacher, and the are evaluated by a psychologist. At ANSA Homeschool the cognitive and affective aspects are evaluated by the teacher. (4) The supporting factors for learners in learning at Primagama Homeschool include in students and parents, while the inhibiting factors include being sickly, the influence of gadgets, and online games. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan mengkaji dokumen terkait perubahan iklim. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterlibatan awal perempuan dan organisasi perempuan dalam rangka mensukseskan aksi mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim di desa pagerwangi. Pola keterlibatan perempuan dimulai dari awal peningkatan kesadaran akan ancaman perubahan iklim dan keterlibatan dalam proses pendidikan masyarakat antar perempuan untuk ikut serta terlibat. Dan akhirnya, keterlibatan perempuan dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan dari menghadapi perubahan iklim. Kata Kunci: keterlibatan perempuan, pengelolaan lingkungan, perubahan iklim Climate Change and Action to Face the Impact: Based on Women’s Participation in Pagerwangi Village Abstract This study aimed to analyze the pattern of women participation in order to support environmental management efforts to address climate change. This study used a qualitative approach, by conducting in-depth interviews and reviewing documents related to climate change. The research findings show that their early involvement of women and women's organizations in order to succeed mitigation actions and adaptation to climate change in the village pagerwangi. The pattern of women's involvement from the beginning of an increasing awareness of the threat of climate change and community involvement in the educational process among women to participate and be involved. And finally, women's involvement is needed to achieve the goal of addressing climate change.
