Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah PKBM-PKBM di Kota Mataram yang ditentukan secara purposif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni Pengelola PKBM, Tutor, dan Penilik PNF Kota Mataram. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa (1) inovasi program PNF yang dikembangkan oleh PKBM-PKBM di Kota Mataram cukup variatif dan berbasis pada kebutuhan riil masyarakat dengan fokus inovasi program pada dimensi pelayanan, peningkatan kapasitas, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. (2) Strategi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan inovasi program PNF pada PKBM di Kota Mataram antara lain yaitu startegi partisipatif, strategi persuasif, dan strategi pemetaan sosial yang dimana penggunaan strategi tersebut sejauh ini telah optimal dalam mengembangkan program PNF yang inovatif di masing-masing PKBM tersebut.  Kata Kunci : strategi pengembangan, inovasi, program PNF. Development strategy of non-formal education program innovation as best practices for community learning center  Abstract This research aimed to; (1) map innovation of NFE program which was developed by CLC’s at Mataram city; and (2) analyse strategy which was used in developing innovation of PNF program that could become best practice for CLC’s at Mataram city. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Analysis unit in this research was all CLC’s at Mataram city which determined as purposive. Data sources in this research namely CLC’s management, tutor, ad owner of NFE Mataram city. Technique of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis was conducted with using interactive analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verivication or conclusion. Tehnique of data validity with using sources of triangulation and discussion with friends. The result of research in describing that (1) innovation of NFE program which developed by all CLC’s Mataram city was quite variety and based on community real needed with focusing on innovation program on serving dimension, improving capacity, and public welfare. Penelitian menggunakan metode Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), pengumpulan data melalui,  wawancara, pengamatan langsung, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan secara purposive sampling yaitu ketua, pengurus dan anggota Kopontren. Lokasi penelitian di Yayasan Pendidikan Agama Islam (YPAI) Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Dukuh W aluh , Banyumas dan El Bayan 1 Majenang, Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Pengurus Kopontren memiliki tekad dan semangat yang tinggi untuk membenahi kepengurusan, keanggotaan dan mengembangkan unit usaha sebagai pendidikan sosial serta ekonomi bagi kemandirian santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun lokasi penelitian dipilih dilaksanakan di PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) proses pembelajaran model pembelajaran mandiri pada program kecakapan hidup perempuan, meliputi kegiatan  perencanaan  mencakup kegiatan menentukan tujuan, menetukan instruktur, mengalokasikan waktu, merekrut peserta, menyusun kurikulum, menyusun materi, menentukan sumber belajar, menyiapkan saran dan prasarana, menyusun pembiayaan, kegiatan  pelaksanaan  mencakup kegiatan pengelolaan kelas dan peserta didik, pengelolaan instruktur, mennetukan metode dan media pembelajaran; kegiatan evaluasi mencakup evaluasi hasil belajar dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. (2) penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri pada program kecakapan hidup perempuan, mencakup kegiatan pemberian motivasi, penyampian materi, pengaplikasian materi dan refleksi hasil belajar (3) hasil penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri pada program kecakapan hidup perempuan meliputi pengetahuan, afektif dan psikomotorik. IMPLEMENTATION OF  SELF DIRECTED  LEARNING MODEL LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION PROGRAM WOMEN IN  BINA CIPTA  UJUNGBERUNG CLC Abstract This study aims to assess about implementation of models of independent learning life skills education program in the CLC women Bina Cipta Ujungberung. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the research been conducted at CLC Bina Cipta Ujungberung Bandung, The results of this study are: (1 ) learning model of independent learning in life skills programs women, includes planning includes activities set goals, determine the instructor, allocate time, recruiting participants, develop curricula, organizing material, to determine the source of learning, to prepare suggestions and improvements, arrange financing, implementation activities include classroom management activities and learners, instructors management, menentukan methods and learning media; evaluation activities include evaluation of learning outcomes and learning process evaluation. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus, menggunakan metode kualitatif . Unit penelitian meliputi pendidik, orang tua, dan pengelola. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga kegiatan utama, yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan kredibilitas melalui pemeriksaan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses komunikasi antara orang tua dan pendidik di PAUD Happy Bear lebih cenderung menggunakan pola keterbukaan yang memungkinkan seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk saling bertukar informasi. Kegiatan program dilaksanakan dan dikomunikasikan melalui pertemuan yang melibatkan orang tua. Efektivitas komunikasi yang ada ditunjukan adanya perubahan yang makin baik dalam ketercapaian dan keberhasilan program kelompok bermain. Kata Kunci : efektivitas, komunikasi, keberhasilan program The effectiveness of parents and teachers communication to the success of playgroup program  Abstract This study was aimed to investigate the communication prosess and the effectiveness of communication between parents and teachers at PAUD Happy Bear, Magelang. This reseach was a case study, it used qualitative method. The reseach units included teachers, parents, and organizers. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis technique is done with three main activities, namely data reduction, data display, and inference making. The data trustworthiness was assessed by the credibility technique through careful observation, source triangulation, and technique triangulation. The results show that the process of communication between parents and educators in PAUD Happy Bear is more likely used the pattern of openness that allows all interested parties to exchange information. Program activities is implemented and communicated through meetings and involving parents. The effectiveness of existing communication patterns indicate changes that are getting better in the achievement and success of the playgroup program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive terdiri dari delapan guru dengan satu kepala sekolah dan tujuh guru kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) program pendidikan multikultural terdiri atas program utama yang terstruktur dalam kurikulum dan program pendukung  di luar kurikulum yang berupa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Nilai pendidikan multikulturalnya berupa nilai demokratis, nilai humanis dan nilai pluralisme. (2) proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontribusi dengan menggunakan model multikultural etnik. Evaluasi dilakukan ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung antara guru dan siswa serta evaluasi mingguan yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat antara kepala sekolah dan guru  sehingga keberhasilan pendidikan multikultural terwujud karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru. Kata Kunci : pendidikan multikultural, taman kanak-kanak. Multicultural education in TK Mutiara Persada Soragan Yogyakarta Abstract This research aims to several the programs and learning processes of multicultural education at TK Mutiara Persada Sorogan Yogyakarta.This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive type. The subject was established by using the purposive technique, consisting of eight teachers with one headmaster and seven classroom teachers. The technique of data collection was observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show: (1) multicultural education programs consists of primary program structured and the supporting programs are activities outside the curriculum whose implementation is in the form of extraculiculer activities. The value of multicultural education is in the form of democracy, humanism value, pluralism value; (2) the process of teaching used the contribution approach by using ethnic multicultural model. The evaluation is done at the time the process of learning is taking place between teachers and students and weekly evaluation implemented every Friday between the headmaster and teachers, the success of multicultural education is realized because of the good cooperation between the headmaster and teachers. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), dan analisis dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan serta verifikasi data . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pembelajaran partisipatif model keterampilan fungsional berwirausaha Kejar Paket C yang diikuti 20 orang warga belajar berjalan dengan baik. Proses pembelajaran partisipatif keterampilan berwirausaha melibatkan warga belajar dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap kewirausahaan. Pembelajaran partisipatif keterampilan berwirausaha Kejar Paket C telah memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi keluarganya. Participatory Learning with Enterpreneurial Skills for the Economic Empowerment of Kejar Paket C Learners Abstract This study is aimed at analyzing the data of empirical conditions, process, and the impact of participat ory learning with enterpreneurial functional skills model for economical empowerment of  Kejar Paket C learners. The study was conducted qualitatively with a case study method. The data collection techniques involved observation, interview and document analysis. The data were obtained through data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification .  The results of this study showed that the condition of participat ory learning with enterpreneurial functional skills model followed by twenty learners of Kejar Paket C run properly. The participatory learning process of entrepreneurial skills engaged the learners in the planning, implementation, and assessment to improve the ir entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and attitude s . P articipat ory learning of entrepreneurial skills at Kejar Packet C has an impact on enhancing the learners’ enterpreneurial knowledge, attitudes and skills to increase their economic independence. Keterampilan motorik halus anak terlihat dalam keterampilan jari-jemari membuat bentuk dari  playdough , kemiripan bentuk  playdough  dengan obyek aslinya, dan ketepatan waktu dalam penyelesaian bentuk yang dibuat dari  playdough . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bermain  playdough  dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus pada anak usia dini 4-5 tahun di TK Tunas Gading. Proses peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus melalui Kegiatan bermain  playdough  dilakukan selama tiga siklus. Perubahan atau modifikasi bermain  playdough  yaitu menyusun aktivitas bermain  playdough  sesuai dengan tema yang sedang berlangsung di TK Tunas Gading, variasi bentuk dan warna bahan dari  playdough , dan pembelajaran secara kelompok. Peserta didik lebih aktif dan antusias selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran, mandiri dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan pelaksanakan pembelajaran lebih menarik. Bermain  playdough  sebagai ide kreatif yang tepat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak, dan peningkatan keterampilan diri dalam mengelola kelas dengan membuat anak-anak lebih fokus dan aktif melakukan latihan-latihan koordinasi antara mata dan tangan ketika membuat berbagai bentuk dari bahan  playdough . The skills will be seen in the fingers skills in shaping the playdough.The similarity of the object with the genuine object,and the timing when they shape the playdough. This research is a collaborative classroom action research by using Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. This research consisted of  3 cycles each of, which cycle of 3 meetings.  The results showed that the activity of playdough playing can improve fine motor skills in early childhood 4-5 years in  Tunas Gading kindergarten . The process of improving fine motor skills through play playdough activities conducted during three cycles. Changes or modifications to play playdough which is preparing to play playdough activity in accordance with the ongoing theme in  Tunas Gading kindergarten , variations in shape and color of the material from playdough, and learning in groups. Learners are more active and enthusiastic during the learning process, independent in completing tasks, and implement learning more interesting. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPPO, yang terdiri dari context, input, process, product, dan outcome . Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengelola, tutor, peserta didik di Dusun Ngori, Desa Kedawung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui  reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Perencanaan program meliputi dua hal. Pertama context yaitu: (a) analisis kebutuhan peserta didik dan potensi wilayah, (b) tujuan program untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi aksarawan baru dengan memanfaatkan potensi wilayah, dan (c) waktu pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan profesi peserta didik. Kedua input yaitu: (a) sarana dan prasarana program, (b) anggaran dana yang berasal dari dana APBN, dan (c) latar belakang pendidikan tutor adalah SMA hingga perguruan tinggi. (2) Pelaksanaan program yaitu process yang meliputi: (a) peserta didik sangat antusias mengikuti pembelajaran, (b) strategi pembelajaran menggunakan prinsip pendidikan orang dewasa, dan (c) sumber belajar menggunakan modul dan buku bacaan. (3) Hasil program yaitu product : (a) peserta didik mengalami peningkatan kompetensi berwirausaha, (b) pemasaran dilakukan melalui inkubator bisnis, dan (c) harga jual ditentukan berdasarkan analisis pasar dan kebutuhan konsumen. (4) Dampak program yaitu outcome : (a) terbangunnya sikap wirausaha, (b) peningkatan status sosial ekonomi, (c) berkurangnya angka pengangguran, dan (d) hasil produksi yang mampu bersaing dan diterima oleh masyarakat. (2) tanggung jawab orang tua dalam menyediakan fasilitas pendidikan bagi anak. (3) orientasi nilai yang dijadikan dasar oleh orang tua dalam pendidikan anak. (4) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepedulian orang tua dalam pendidikan anak untuk menyelesaikan wajib belajar 9 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis perbandingan tetap yaitu analisis domain, analisis taksonomi dan analisis tema, pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, sedangkan untuk mencapai kredibilitas data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) perhatian orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak sangat rendah, karena dipengaruhi oleh persepsi bahwa sekolah hanya untuk sekadar mengajarkan membaca, menulis dan berhitung. (2) orang tua tidak menyediakan fasilitas pendidikan di rumah sebagai penunjang proses belajar yang didapat di sekolah. (3) tingginya angka anak putus sekolah diakibatkan oleh nilai yang dianut oleh orang tua yang menganggap sekolah bukan jaminan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. (4) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepedulian Orang tua adalah tidak merespon secara positif program wajib belajar 9 tahun, dan minat dan motivasi belajar anak yang justru bersumber dari lingkungan keluarga itu sendiri. The purpose of to describe about: (1) parental attention to the importance of education in social life. (2) the responsibility of parents to provide educational facilities for children. (3) the orientation value basis by parents in children's education. (4) factors that influence the awareness of parents in the education of children to complete nine years of compulsory education. This study employed descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using comparative analysis remains the domain analysis, taxonomic analysis and theme analysis, deduction and verification, in order to achieve credibility observational data using persistence and triangulation. Improvement of Early Reading Competence Using Video Compact Disc Media on 5-6 Year-Old  Abstract This research aims to improve early reading competence using VCD media on the pupils of TK Kudup Sari Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman. The pupil reading competence can be shown by mentioning symbols of vocal and consonant letters, connecting pictures and words, reading pictures that have simple words and reading their own names.This is a collaborative classroom action research applying a model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart. It consists of two phases and each phase contains three meetings. Data were taken by observation and documentation. The subjects of the research are 26 pupils as the Group B of TK Kudup Sari. Analysing data was done using qualitative description.
