Follow conquering the nations that have not been touched by Islamic teachings. Its influence is most likely to reach Bangka whose motives could have an impact on the Muslim Community of multicultural Pangkalpinang City, also known as the Malay Muslim community that has a common sense with the Sumatran Muslim community in general (Palembang, Bengkulu, Padang, Riau to Aceh). \u0000Malay Islamic societies are more dominant and can coexist with more Chinese societies after Christianity, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism, attracting them because they can show the phenomenon of peaceful and mutual respectful peoples. Of course, this is important to be explored and can be used as a pilot icon for especially for conflict-laden areas. The initial data compiled by the researchers is that there is a positive indication that behind the harmony and peace of religion, especially for the ummah of Islam, it can be assumed that the general character of Pangkalpinang has its own characteristic, the influence of tarekat teachings, in general, can be expected to follow the attitudes and behavior of Muslim community in Bangka city , as well as the influence of Khalifah Naqsyabandiyah's teachings in particular is synonymous with the teachings of self-awareness and repentance from taking care of the religion and the beliefs of others. \u0000Their religious cultures are framed by the spiritual values of Sufism that are strong in their respective religions, as for the followers of Islam and the Islamic religion, they believe the supernatural powers that grow from the pure tasawuf of Islam which is then known as Sufism. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tasawuf dan sufisme telah berhasil menyumbangkan andilnya yang tidak sedikit terhadap perluasan Islam. Ikut menaklukkan bangsa-bangsa yang selama ini belum tersentuh ajaran Islam. Pengaruhnya tentu sangat mungkin sampai ke Bangka yang motifnya bisa berdampak pada Masyarakat Muslim Kota Pangkalpinang yang multikultural juga dikenal sebagai masyarakat Islam Melayu yang memiliki matarantai dengan masyarakat Islam Sumatra secara umum (Palembang, Bengkulu, Padang, Riau hingga Aceh). \u0000Masyarakat Islam Melayu lebih dominan dan dapat hidup berdampingan dengan masyarakat Cina yang lebih banyak setelah ummat Islam, demikian Kristen, Hindu dan Budha, menariknya karena dapat menunjukkan fenomena masyarakat yang hidup damai dan saling menghormati satu sama lain. But science can also be a punishment for humans. In other words, science has positive and negative values for humans. Efforts need to be made to minimize the negative side of science and increase its benefits, so that science is present as a blessing for the universe. Science that is rahmatan lil ‘alamin is a science that can implement the values of rahmatan lil ‘alamen thus bringing humanity to a life that is prosperous, safe, peaceful and egalitarian. Such science is expected to bring harmony to life. Not only brings prosperity to humans, but also to all beings on earth. \u0000Efforts to present the science of rahmatan lil ‘alamien are carried out with science learning integrated with rahmatan lil ‘aalmaien Islamic values. Science learning that rahmatan lil ‘alamin has several characteristics, among others: presenting a non-pragmatic intention in learning science, linking faith to God with natural phenomena, science learning is contextual, science learning is associated with values, culture and beliefs. \u0000The implementation rahmatan lil ‘aalamin science learning  requires the hard work of all parties considering the current reality of science learning still oriented towards the West. This is due to the lack of concrete examples of learning models and alternative science books. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Sains dan teknologi memberi manfaat yang besar bagi umat manusia. Namun sains juga bisa menjadi azab bagi manusia. Dengan kata lain, sains mempunyai nilai positif dan negatif bagi manusia. Perlu dilakukan ikhtiar untuk meminimalisasi sisi negatif sains dan memperbesar manfaatnya, sehingga sains hadir sebagai rahmat bagi semesta. Sains yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin merupakan sains yang bisa mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai rahmatan lil ‘alamien sehingga membawa umat manusia pada kehidupan yang sejahtera, aman, damai dan  egaliter. Sains yang demikian diharapkan akan memunculkan harmoni kehidupan. Bukan hanya memunculkan kesejahteraan bagi manusia, melainkan juga bagi seluruh makhluk di muka bumi. \u0000Upaya menghadirkan sains yang rahmatan lil ‘aalamien dilakukan dengan pembelajaran sains terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai islam rahmatan lil ‘aalmaien. Pembelajaran sains yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin mempunyai beberapa karakteristik antara lain: menghadorkan niat yang tidak pragmatis dalam mempelajari sains, mengaitkan keimanan kepada Tuhan dengan fenoma alam, pembelajaran sains bersifat  kontekstual, pembelalajaran sains dikaitkan dengan nilai, budaya dan keyakinan. \u0000Implementasi pembelajaran sains yang rahmatan lil ‘aalamin memerlukan kerja keras semua pihak mengingat realitas saat ini pembelajaran sains masih berkiblat ke Barat. Islam has a genuine concept of human rights, which has been formulated even since the 7th century AD, namely since the emergence of Islam brought by the Prophet Muhammd, SAW which was later declared as human rights in Islam. All the contents of the Islamic version of the declaration are formulated based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The actual effect of human rights in Islam, what humans have is not the rights they have brought from birth, as they arise in the notion of human rights in the Western world, but prescriptions that are given to humans, obtained or derived from sources interpreted as divine commands which includes rights and obligations. Therefore, what is called HAM is basically a human obligation to God, or God's rights to humans. In addition to owning a unique doctrine that is unique to Islamic human rights, of course it has values and essences that are similar to modern human rights which are now defeated, and even have values that are also present in the modern democratic system. universal values that support democracy, namely human rights, also have a central and essential place in Islamic teachings. The two categories are: First, leadership management seen from the aspect of leadership style. Second, leadership management is seen from the aspects they lead. The implementation of the first aspect which became the main actor was the Principal while in the second aspect the main actor was the deputy principals, teachers, staff and students of MAN I Tanjung Pandan \u0000The leadership style implemented in MAN I Tanjung Pandan is dominated by two leadership styles, namely democratic and charismatic leadership styles. However, from the two styles, the most dominant one carried out daily is the style of democratic leadershipIn other words, the leadership style is flexible based on the interests that must be implemented. Sometimes it uses a paternalistic management style and sometimes also uses open management. This is in accordance with Hasibuan stating that the management style can be divided into first management father (Paternalistic management), both closed management (closed management), third open management (open management), fourth democratic management (democratic management). \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Berdasarkan hasil Observasi dan wawancara  peneliti implementasi manajemen kepemimipinan di MAN I Tanjung Pandan dapat dikategorikan dalam dua hal. Adapun kedua kategori itu yaitu: Pertama, manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilihat dari aspek gaya memeimipinnya. Kedua, manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilihat dari aspek yang dipimpinnya. Implementasi pada aspek pertama yang menjadi aktor utamanya adalah Kepala Sekolahsedangkan pada aspek kedua yang menjadi aktor utamanya adalah para wakil kepala sekolah, para guru, para staf dan para siswa MAN I Tanjung Pandan. \u0000Gaya kepemimipinan yang dilaksanakan di MAN I Tanjung Pandan didominasi oleh dua gaya kepemimipinan yaitu gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kharismatis. Namun demikian dari kedua gaya tersebut yang paling dominan dilaksnakan sehari-hari adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. \u0000Dengan kata lain, gaya kepemimipinannya fleksibel berdasarkan kepentingan yang harus dilaksanakan. This research discussed boarding school education system based on the point of view of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid. This research design by using library research as the instrument with a descriptive analysis of historical approach and pedagogical comparative. The primary source of the data is the work by KH. Abdurrahman Wahid, such as Menggerakkan Tradisi; Esai-Esai Pesantren, BungaRampai Pesantren: Kumpulan KaryaTulis Abdurrahman Wahid, “Pesantren as a subkultur, in M. Dawam Rahardjo (ed), Pesantren dan perubahan, Islam kosmopolitan, Islamku Islam Anda Islam Kita, as primary sources. \u0000                This paper concludes that the thinking of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid about boarding school education system is essential in responding to the changes by keep referring to the boarding schools subcultures. It can be seen from some of KH Abdurrahman Wahid’s thoughts, such as, first, the aim of boarding school education is dynamic does not only mean to tafaqqu fi al-din, but also to gain knowledge on religious sciences and others. So that students have extensive knowledge, religious knowledge, and general knowledge and skills. Second, the educational program of boarding school education is adaptively by maintaining integrated the curriculum of Islamic sciences and others by simplifying the boarding school curriculum and adjusting it into the development of sciences and technology. Third, the process of boarding school education is innovative by maintaining learning methods sorogan and wetonanthe main characters of boarding school education; however, efforts to the perfect educational system at boarding school must be continually made, especially those related to methods of teaching and implementation of materials in the boarding school. \u0000Besides promoting the important findings above, this dissertation recommends to manager and development of boarding school education system to be more competitive, relevant to the needs of society, and able to answer the demands of the times in accordance with the potential and distinctiveness Islamic boarding schools. \u0000Abstrak \u0000                Disertasi ini dilatarbalakangi pada terjadinya tuntutan perubahan terhadap institusi pendidikan pesantren yang menjadi debat akademik tentang tradisi dan modernisasi sistem pendidikan pesantren yang dikemukakan para tokoh-tokoh pendi dikan Islam yang banyak memunculkan tantangan bagi pesantren. In this case all religious leaders each agreed to foster their people to live in harmony and peace. Of course this direction is in accordance with the teachings of the respective books. Second, the strategy of educating their people to get along with other fellow religions. They try their best so that every people always respect and respect other religions, they cannot force the will of their religion, they must not mutilate each other and also not harm other religious people. This is also stated in the scriptures in each religion. Third, the strategy of educating the people to get along well with the government. all religious teachings order that they always have good relations and respect for their government. This is because all realize that we live in the same country, namely the Indonesian state in one power and government. So respecting, respecting and fulfilling government rules is a must. For now, it seems like the traditional term for pesantren is no longer relevant enough. The pace of movement in the era of renewal marked by the rapid development of technology has demanded pesantren to make adjustments. However, on the one hand, when viewed from the direction of change, the reform efforts pursued by pesantren are not to erase the old tradition, but merely to add something new so that the old tradition and conditions can be maintained while accepting the presence of a new one. On the other hand, the reform efforts undertaken by pesantren have implications for the fact that the typical values of the pesantren are fading away. \u0000Abstrak \u0000 Pesantren seringkali diasosiasikan dengan keterbelakangan dan tradisional dalam segala hal: fasilitas, teknologi, metode pembelajaran, dan bahkan kurikulumnya. Untuk saat ini, sepertinya istilah tradisional untuk pesantren, sudah tidak lagi cukup relevan. Laju gerak pembaharuan zaman yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah menuntut pesantren untuk melakukan penyesuaian diri. Kendatipun demikian, di satu sisi, jika dilihat dari arah perubahan, upaya pembaharuan yang ditempuh pesantren tidaklah untuk menghapus tradisi yang lama, tetapi sekadar menambah dengan sesuatu yang baru sehingga tradisi maupun kondisi yang lama bisa dipertahankan sambil menerima kehadiran yang baru. According to Ibn Khaldun, Sufism comes from authentic Islamic law. The seeds originally came from the first generation of Muslims as the path of truth and guidance. Sufi approaches based on their consistency in the service of God, reluctant to worldly pleasures, abstain from the false delights, wealth, and position hunted by most humans, and busy solitude in worship to God. Therefore in Islam, there can be no spirituality without the aid of the Qur'an, which teaches man everything he can know or can learn, and which can lead people to the ideals that are the object of his creation. Every believer is free to worship according to their beliefs. But in fact, it is still found disharmonious relationship and violence acts between Islamic minority groups or other minority adherents and Islamic majority groups. Based on Setara Institute, there are still 201 violations (2017) and 208 (2016) in this country. Then, bom terrors to minorities groups still happen (On May 13, 2018 in Surabaya). This article aims to describe the meaning of interreligious relationship, the portrait of interreligious relationship in Indonesia, and how to foster tolerance and defend minority groups in the context of Indonesian Islam. This article is analyzed by using “the theory of interreligious relationship perspective”. This paper concluded that: the first, to avoid religious conflict and violent acts, everyone must return to the motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). The second, Islamic minority groups or minority religious adherents are not allowed to be oppressed by any other groups because of different belief. The violent acts are contrary to the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. Everyone has right to live in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The third, imams, ulamas, and religious leaders can function to be deterrent in religion conflict and violent acts by doing dialogue or win-win solution while referring to Islamic traditions.
