Class Room Action Research in English Language Learning 英语学习中的课堂行动研究

Research in English Language or English learning is a scientific activity that aims at investigating the rules that work in the process of English learning. Research activities in English learning cover four steps: observing, describing, analyzing, and explaining. The way of each step is done depends on the nature of the data and the objective of the research. Classroom Action Research (CAR) for English Learning aims at developing a certain instructional strategy to solve practical instructional problems in English classrooms. Each English learner is basically able to learn English provided that he or she is given the appropriate help as each learner has his or her own style and strategy of learning. CAR for English Learning aims at discovering learning-teaching strategies that match learners’ style and strategies in learning English. CAR is done in several cyles each of which is repeated in the following cycle if the result is not satisfactory yet with the better revised lesson plan. Each cycle begins with lesson planning, implementing the plan, observing the implementation, and reflecing or evaluating the process and the result of the implementation. This study discusses the world of madrasa education has many opinions, therefore, the application of the 4.0-based quality management system in improving quality to produce products that have cognitive and affective, psychomotor intelligence and maintain schools with distinctive characteristics of character and noble identity based on values religious values and being able to self-regulate in the 4.0 era. not maximal, it requires government policy by providing sufficient budget, so that madrasas can support their teachers, complete their educational facilities and infrastructure, provide digital-based textbooks, God willing, which can be easily resolved. This criterion is deliberately made for the benefit and mutual agreement for the unification of the hijri calendar in Indonesia. It is hoped that the experts of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia will give their views and attitudes to the draft of new criteria to harmonize the criteria for \"hilal visibility\" which will be used as a reference and guideline for the determination of the beginning of the Islamic month. This study shows that both the rukyat school and the reckoning school as a whole are acceptable for the draft MUI criteria and the new draft MABIMS as the determination of the Islamic calendar in Indonesia. However, overall the distribution of the scores of the two schools is categorized as moderate, so there are those who agree, disagree, and do not agree with the draft criteria. Overall, the two new draft criteria have the opportunity to be applied in Indonesia. The problem of the low quality of human resources of a nation is a manifestation of the inability of the quality assurance system to work effectively. Application of a model that is less effective in quality assurance, will have an impact on achieving the quality of Education. In Indonesia, various changes in the regulation of the quality assurance system began in 2006 - until now, basically both conceptually but not optimally in implementation. The findings in this study are the inculcation of students' tolerance in religious life through multicultural education conducted at Setia Budi High School, is the application of one of the policies set by the school to create religious tolerance in the school environment. Existentialism gives individuals a way of thinking about life, what it means to me, what is true for me. Existentialist epistemology assumes that individuals are responsible for their own knowledge. The main source of knowledge is personal experience. An idealist teacher according to existentialists is a teacher who provides an open dialogue space for students to find their meaning. Students get broad opportunities to learn something that interests them, so they can find their identity. Appropriate learning methods according to existentialists are dialogue, role playing, and other methods that give freedom for students to explore meaning in themselves. One of the Muslim scholars who had very high concern for issues related to humanity was Abdurrahman Wahid or who was familiarly called Gus Dur. For Gus Dur, appreciation of human values is at the core of the teachings of Islam. The emphasis on understanding humanity provides a basis for the humanistic attitude that Gus Dur wanted to build. Humanistic education in the concept of Gus Dur is a discussion of human values voiced by Gus Dur which includes universal humanity, human rights and justice. Therefore, this paper intends to discuss humanistic education in Gus Dur's perspective. Keywords: Nilaihumanistic education, human right, justice, Abdur Abstrak rahman Wahid nilai kemanusiaan adalah salah satu komponen utama yang menjadi perhatian di bidang pendidikan. But the development of Islam qualitatively must also get the attention of various groups (parents, society, and government). Highlighting the importance of the role of parents in children's education as one of the closest figures to children, they need to understand how Islam provides concrete examples in educating children. The role of the family in assisting children to reach the stages of their social-intellectual development requires to be following the educational models contained in the Qur'an (such as Lukman's letter) and also the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Golden age (early age) child development needs to get soft touches of education from both parents, without using physical or psychological violence to create generations of great future Muslims. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Pernikahan merupakan sunnatullah bagi umat muslim dengan salah satu tujuannya untuk mengembangkan Islam dalam tataran kuantitatif. Namun perkembangan Islam secara kualitatif juga harus mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai kalangan (orang tua, masyarakat dan pemerintah). Menyoroti pentingnya peran orang tua dalam pendidikan anak sebagai salah satu sosok terdekat dengan anak, maka mereka perlu memahami bagaimana Islam memberikan contoh kongkrit dalam mendidik anak. Peran keluaga dalam mendampingi anak mencapai tahap-tahap perkembangan sosial-intelektualnya perlu menauladani model-model pendidikan yang tertuang dalam Al-Qur’an (seperti surat Lukman) dan juga sunnah Rasulullah Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena banyaknya persepsi birokrat pendidikan dalam mengintepretasikan dari Permen PAN dan RB, sehingga proses pemberian izin belajar banyak terkendala. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, yaitu menganalisa permasalahan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum (yang merupakan data skunder) dengan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan. Hasil penelitian persepsi birokrat pendidikan tentang izin belajar memiliki kesamaan. Namun, dalam mengintepretasikan Permen PAN dan RB tentang proses izin belajar yang dilakukan mahasiswa dengan status PNS baik dari kementrian agama dan pendidikan memikili hasil yang berbeda. This research is important because there are many education bureaucrats’s perception in interpreting the regulation of State Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform , so that the study permits is not easy to be issued. This research used field study with an empirical juridical approach, namely analyzing problems by integrating legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. The results of the study reveals that education bureaucrats’s perceptions about study permits are not different. In the western part of Islam, Islamic philosophy developed rapidly in the region of Cordova as our mother Andalusia, Spain. It was in the Western region of Islam that a number of well-known philosophers emerged, such as Ibn Bajjah, Ibn Thufail, and Ibn Rusyd. These three great philosophers are very eloquent in developing various philosophical discourses with their unique characteristics which differ from one another. This article tries to explore the philosophical thinking of the three philosophers, and at the end of the discussion is given a critical note on all three of their thoughts. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Filsafat Islam adalah salah satu bagian dari tradisi pemikiran Islam yang telah berkembang, baik di Timur maupun di Barat Islam. Di bagian barat Islam, filsafat Islam berkembang pesat di wilayah Cordova sebagai ibu kotaAndalusia, Spanyol. Di wilayah barat Islam inilah sejumlah filsuf terkenal muncul, seperti Ibn Bajjah, Ibn Thufail, dan Ibn Rusyd. Ketiga filsuf besar ini sangat fasih dalam mengembangkan berbagai wacana filosofis dengan karakteristik unik mereka yang berbeda satu sama lain.
