Is a known that diversity extracts of various parts plants have activitymicroorganism pathogenic. In this work were investigated the antimicrobial activity of mangoseeds extract against Staphylococcus aureus methicillin-resistant strains (MRSA) 1025 and 1920. Theseeds extractions prepared by maceration whit ethanol 90%. The phytochemical constituents ofextracts were characterized for total phenol content (TPC) and total flavonoids (TF). Antibacterialactivity of extracts were determined using disk diffusion, agar dilution methods. The resultsshowed that the seeds extracts contents higher to TPC (85.60 ± 2.13 mg EAG/g of extract) and TF(49.32 ± 1.12 mg CE/g of extract). The result revealed that the extracts possess good antibacterialactivity against S. aureus MRSA 1025 and 1920, the inhibition zones ranged from 6.0 mm to 19 mm,at different concentration extracts probed. Faecalis ATCC29212 del laboratorio de microbiologia de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego y fueron cultivadasen medio agar Muller Hilton e incubadas a 37°C por 24 horas en microanaerobiosis en jarra Gaspak.Se le realizo el analisis taxonomico a la muestra correspondiente. Se realizaron 12 repeticiones paracada concentracion experimental al 50%, 100% y controles positivo y negativo; posteriormente sedetermino la sensibilidad bacteriana y la concentracion minima inhibitoria (CMI). Los resultadosmostraron semejanza al determinar la susceptibilidad del E. This resource presents a problem of illegal extraction in the Ica region, the same that has generated as a consequence the reduction of natural banks for formal fishermen organized through cooperatives whose income received comes in part from this activity. Consequently, the Southern Scientific University has established a laboratory that operates in the San Andres-Pisco district, whose purpose is to guarantee the sustainability of C. chamissoi, therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the technical and economic feasibility of the production of seedlings of this alga from a system of sporulation and spore settlement in the hatchery, through the use of tools such as cost structure, income estimation, cash flow, and calculation of NPV and IRR. This article aimed to evaluate the quality profile of honey samples from two native stingless bees produced in San Martin. In this study, the 2A x 2B factorial experiment was applied, considering two rural districts (Yantalo and San Roque de Cumbaza) and two species of native stingless bees (Melipona eburnea and Tetragonisca angustula). The analysis of reducing sugars was carried out using the HPLC method and the soluble solids were determined by means of a table refractometer, while the sensory analysis was carried out considering the following attributes: color, humidity, intensity of aroma, aroma and aftertaste flavor. Regarding the sensory evaluation, honey samples from both species were accepted, although differences were identified. In San Roque de Cumbaza, M. eburnea honey was described as sweeter and in Yantalo, T. angustula honey was described as sweet and sour. Material and methods: It was a comparative and experimental study; an oxacillin resistant strain of Staphylococcus aureus was analyzed with which 15 repetitions were performed for each concentration plus a positive control with vancomycin. The disk-diffusion antibiogram test was used to assess antimicrobial activity. The obtained data were processed in the SPSS Statistics 22 program and were statistically analyzed according to the ANOVA test and the Duncan test. Results: There was a significant difference (p <0.001) in the results of the 3 concentrations of the hydroalcoholic extract of Physalis peruviana L. with the vancomycin control; due to these did not present an antimicrobial activity comparable to the control. As for the hydroalcoholic extract of Eucalyptus globulus Labill., according to Duncan’s test, its antimicrobial activity at a concentration of 100% (16.00 mm) was very similar to the effect produced by vancomycin (16.30 mm) against Staphylococcus aureus. Con el fin de facilitar el analisis de la data obtenida en los multiples estudios realizados, esta investigacion constituye una aproximacion de los criterios de clasificacion de las categorias de uso de las especies vegetales asociadas a la vida y cultura del poblador peruano. La definicion de las categorias de uso presentes en este documento constituye el resultado de 130 expediciones de campo realizadas por los autores en comunidades costeras, andinas y amazonicas peruanas, asi como en la evaluacion de 17 281 registros de usos documentados en nueve herbarios peruanos y extranjeros. Se proponen nueve categorias de usos, subdivididas en 60 subcategorias: medicinal (21), social (8), alimento humano (3), alimento para animales (3), materiales (10), toxicas (4), etnoveterinario (2), ambiental (6) y combustible (3). {"title":"Patrones florísticos de plantas leñosas en bosques montanos del Parque Nacional Río Abiseo, Perú","authors":"Flor Maria Perez Mullisaca, Reynaldo Linares Palomino","doi":"10.22497/ARNALDOA.281.28103","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22497/ARNALDOA.281.28103","url":null,"abstract":"Con el objetivo de caracterizar la vegetacion de los bosques altimontanos de yunga de la zonasur del Parque Nacional Rio Abiseo (sector La Sata), instalamos 14 parcelas de 0,1 ha en cuatro tiposde vegetacion: pajonal, bosque con sotobosque apisonado, bosque de ladera y bosque remanente,los tres primeros con diferente grado de alteracion por actividades antropicas realizadas previo a lacreacion del Parque en 1983. Calculamos la abundancia, el area basal y la distribucion del numerode arboles por clases diametricas y de altura, y determinamos el indice de valor de importanciaa nivel de especie. Registramos 96 especies (en 48 generos y 33 familias) en los cuatro tipos devegetacion. Las familias mas diversas fueron Asteraceae, Chloranthaceae, Cyatheaceae, Lauraceae,Melastomataceae Rubiaceae, Piperaceae y Rosaceae. Las especies mas abundantes fueron Weinmannialatifolia C. Presl, seguida de Miconia aff. firma J. F. Macbr. y Myrsine coriacea (Sw.) R. Br. ex Roem.& Schult. y los generos con mayor numero de especies fueron Cyathea, Miconia, Persea, Axinaea,Solanum y Piper. En la distribucion de abundancia por clase diametrica notamos que los bosquestuvieron una distribucion de tipo J invertida, lo que sugiere adecuados proceso de regeneracion.Las especies ecologicamente importantes fueron Escallonia myrtilloides, Weinmannia latifolia, Miconiacf. neriifolia, Miconia aff. jahnii, Myrsine coriacea y Gynoxis cf. congestiflora.
