Las variedades colectadas fueron Andino INIA,INIA 405 San Isidro y Centenario que se emplean en la industria de panificacion, que fueronliberadas por el Instituto Nacional de Innovacion Agraria. Se recolectaron 55 muestras; que fueronanalizadas en dos fases. La primera fue el analisis del porcentaje de humedad, proteina y almidontotal del grano maduro. La segunda fue la determinacion del porcentaje de proteina, amilasa,amilopectina y almidon total en los granos malteados. Posteriormente se aplico un analisis devarianza unidireccional a los promedios de los resultados. Sin encontrar una diferencia estadisticasignificativa entre las variedades respecto al porcentaje de humedad, almidon total, sin embargo,se encontro una diferencia estadistica significativa entre las variedades respecto al porcentaje deproteina, siendo la variedad Andino INIA la de mayor concentracion. Por tanto, para la industriade bebidas fermentadas se recomiendan las variedades INIA 405 San Isidro y Centenario. Para laindustria de alimentos, la variedad Andino INIA.","PeriodicalId":30853,"journal":{"name":"Arnaldoa","volume":"27 1","pages":"769-780"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45511885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

(Fabaceae) cultivada enareas agricolas de la Provincia de Trujillo en el Peru, para ello se recolecto nodulos radiculares de 60plantas de M. sativa L. a partir de los cuales se aislaron en medio agar levadura manitol (YMA) conrojo de congo, 14 cultivos bacterianos, ocho de ellos fueron identificados fenotipicamente como E.meliloti y seis como E. medicae; todos crecieron en medio Luria Bertani (LB), toleraron 2% de NaCl,y utilizaron el L-triptofano, lo que permitio diferenciarlos de las especies del genero Rhizobium. Porotro lado, la capacidad de utilizar el dulcitol, tolerancia a 3% de NaCl y resistencia frente al acidonalidixico permitio diferenciar ambas especies de Ensifer. Ademas, se encontro que todos los cultivosaislados evidenciaron cualitativamente producir acido indol-3- acetico (AIA).","PeriodicalId":30853,"journal":{"name":"Arnaldoa","volume":"27 1","pages":"741-750"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44903840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Esta region es la frontera sur de la zona andinaAmotape-Huancabamba, caracterizada por sus endemismos, tanto especies de flora como de fauna.Existen evidencias arqueologicas de ocupaciones tempranas en los afloramientos rocosos de las zonasaltas, evidencia de un conocimiento holistico del ambiente, su conservacion y uso razonable. Para lasevaluaciones de flora y fauna se realizaron recorridos en transectos, mediante la busqueda intensiva.Se tomaron datos in situ de caracteristicas exomorfologicas, formas de vida, nombres vulgares y habitat.En la zona de evaluacion, se evidencio un deterioro por la practica de la agricultura sin un modelo dezonificacion. Se encontraron construcciones arqueologicas en estado de destruccion y se identificaron sieteformas de vida: 1) Plantas con aspecto de manojo, macollantes y hojas filiformes, 2) Plantas brevicaules conhojas en roseta aplicadas al suelo; 3) Plantas sobre afloramientos rocosos; 4) Plantas herbaceas y sufrutices;5) Plantas herbaceas, sufrutices y lenosas postrado-ascendente; 6) Arbustos erguidos y 7) Rodales dePuya raimondii “cahua”. Se registraron preliminarmente a 15 familias, 26 generos 31 especies de flora;de ellas ocho son endemicas: Jaltomata andagarae (CR), Coreopsis senaria (LC), Mniodes pulvinata (LC),Senecio collinus (LC), Calceolaria cajabambae (LC), Nasa ranunculifolia subsp. cymbopetala (LC), Dasyphyllumhystrix var. peruvianum (DD) y Senecio chiquianensis (NE). Entre la zona rocosa y plantas arbustivas seobservo a Stenocercus melanopygus (LC), “lagartija” endemica de Peru. Se registraron nueve especies deaves residentes y propias de este tipo de ecosistema, tales como Metriopelia melanoptera (LC), Vanellusresplendes (LC), Phalcoboenus megalopterus (LC), Porphyrospiza alaudina (LC), Rhopospina fruticeti (LC),Zonotrichia capensis (LC), Asthenes pudibunda (LC), Ochthoeca leucophrys (LC) y Spinus magellanica (LC). Estaevidencia implica la necesidad de profundizar las investigaciones en esta zona y promover actividades deconservacion y uso sostenible de los recursos; asi como poner en valor el sitio arqueologico.","PeriodicalId":30853,"journal":{"name":"Arnaldoa","volume":"27 1","pages":"703-728"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45678941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research problems are associated with identifying which vegetables were consumed by the two chancay mummies and understanding the social implications of the use of these plants. The methodology for the analysis of the starch grains was the disaggregation of the dental calculus and the removal of organic matter, with the aim of isolating the micro-remains to be analyzed according to their morphology and taxonomically identifying them. It was established that the two individuals consumed nine species of vegetables and that they placed cotton fiber inside their mouths when they were buried, as part of a Chancay funeral pattern.","PeriodicalId":30853,"journal":{"name":"Arnaldoa","volume":"27 1","pages":"729-740"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48008663","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Four plots of 0,1 ha were established covering a sampling area of 0,4 ha; all trees with D1.30 from the soil ≥ 10 cm were measured, determining their absolute height, and four diametric classes and similar number of height ranges were established with the records. Species and plot abundances, diametric classes and height ranges were analyzed to extract their descriptive statistics, and by non-parametric comparisons to establish differences between them. The contribution of species to the forest structure was assessed by determining Structural Diversity Indexes, including the Importance Value Index (IVI) for each. The results show a richness of 49 species belonging to 36 genera of 27 families, where trees with diameters between 10 and 20 cm and heights between 8 and 20 m predominate. It is concluded that it is a heterogeneous forest typical of the Andean-Amazon transition, of low species richness, whose vertical structure of the dominant flight is of the medium floor or subcanopy, medium dense, dominated by the species oblong Hyeronima oblonga and Piptocoma discolor, which have the biggest influence on the forest structure.","PeriodicalId":30853,"journal":{"name":"Arnaldoa","volume":"27 1","pages":"535-552"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46509021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
