Samples taken as random sampling and obtained VIIIE as experiment-class and VIIIB as control-class. Experiment-class got active learning based cooperative and control-class got active learning discussion. improved conceptual understanding was measured with pretest-posttest and improvement of student's performance was measured with observation. Improved conceptual understanding and the student's performance can be seen through the gain test. The data show that: 1.gain number of conceptual understanding experiment-class was 0,58 (medium) and gain number of conceptual understanding control-class was 0,51(medium)., 2. Gain number of student's performance experiment-class was 0,22 (low) and gain number of student's performance control-class was 0,04 (low). Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Grabag menggunakan metode true experiment dengan pretest and posttest control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbasis think pair share telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar individu dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil uji perbedaan dua rata-rata dimana diperoleh t_hitung>t_tabel (1,71>1,67) yang menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Uji gain kelas eksperimen diperoleh =0,70 (tinggi) dan kelas kontrol diperoleh =0,66 (sedang). Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbasis think pair share efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The using of learning model guided inquiry think pair share-based to determine the effectiveness of the model in improving the understanding of the concept study. The study was held at SMA Negeri 1 Grabag using true experiment with pretest and posttest control group design. The study result showed the student learning outcomes average of experimental class by learning model guided inquiry think pair share-based students has reached individual minimum completeness criteria and classical minimum completeness criteria. It is strengthened by the results of the t-test which gained t_hitung>t_tabel (1,71>1,67) that shows the average results of studying experimental class higher than the control class. The gain of experimental class was obtained =0,70 (high) and control class was obtained =0,66 (medium). Subjects were 18 students in boys class, 18 students in girls class, and 18 students in mixed class which formed of class XI IPA SMA N 1 Kradenan Grobogan. The learning method used is practical and discussion. Data was taken using the test, observation , documentation, and questionnaires method then this data was analysed using percent descriptive, variants analysis test, and t-test. The research results show there are differences in instantaneous learning outcomes of physics between the boys class, girls class, and mixed class. Data perkembangan minat diperoleh dari angket. Hasil perkembangan karakter anak diperoleh dari observasi. Data hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh dari evaluasi tiap akhir siklus menggunakan lembar bermain siswa (LBS). Hasil belajar psikomotorik diperoleh dari pengamatan selama kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Data peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif, psikomotorik dan karakter anak dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan bermain sambil belajar pada pembelajaran sains dapat mengembangkan minat dan karakter anak.This study aims to develop a child's interest and character through the implementation of the model to play while learning science. Classroom Action Research was conducted in kindergarten Kartini 1 Musuk Boyolali. Subjects were students in subjects of group B 2012/2013 the number of students 20. Data obtained from the questionnaire development interests. The results obtained from the child's development of character observation. Cognitive learning outcomes data obtained from the evaluation of the end of each cycle uses a playing students (LBS). Psychomotor learning outcomes derived from observations for teaching and learning take place. Data improved learning outcomes of cognitive, psychomotor and character of children were analyzed using t-test. Menurut guru IPA kelas VIIIA hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi yang masih rendah harus segera ditingkatkan karena motivasi merupakan prediktor terbaik prestasi belajar. Dengan adanya motivasi maka aktivitas meningkat sehingga prestasi belajar juga meningkat. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas VIIIA MTs NU Ungaran pada pokok bahasan cahaya melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw II. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw II merupakan model pembelajaran teman sebaya yang bekerja dengan membagi suatu materi menjadi bagian-bagian yang dibahas dalam beberapa kelompok yang disebut kelompok ahli, materi tersebut kemudian disatukan kembali dalam sebuah kelompok yang disebut kelompok asal. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw II diakhiri dengan pemberian reward kepada kelompok asal dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi. Peningkatan motivasi belajar dilihat melalui indikator motivasi belajar siswa, sedangkan peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa diketahui melalui perhitungan uji gain dari nilai kognitif, kemudian dikategorikan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas dua pertemuan dengan empat tahap kegiatan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. \u0000Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Prestasi belajar siswa pada penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori sedang. Peneliti menjelaskan bahwa metode modeling dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sains melalui perkembangan kemampuan problem solving. Pada metode modeling digunakan model konseptual sebagai aspek sentral dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan metode modeling pada pembelajaran Fisika efektif mengembangkan kemampuan problem solving siswa SMP. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas, uji-t satu pihak kanan (t-test), uji gain, uji signifikansi peningkatan hasi belajar, dan analisis kemampuan problem solving. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode modeling dalam pembelajaran fisika, mampu mengembangkan kemampuan problem solving siswa SMP. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ To overcome the low science abilites of students, research of modeling methods of physics instruction implementation was conducted. The researcher describes that modeling method can improve sciences abilities through the development of problem solving abilities. In modeling method a conceptual model was used as a central aspect of learning. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the modeling method implementation on the problem solving abilities of Junior High School students. Data analysis include normality test, one tail test (t-test), gain test, significant learning result improvement test, and problem solving abilities analysis. Penelitian ini \u0000merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development), desain \u0000quasi experimental design jenis pre-test and post-test one group. Metode tes \u0000uraian digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan materi dan angket \u0000digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat belajar fisika dan minat akses. \u0000Tes diberikan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media blended learning \u0000berbasis web enhanced course untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan penguasaan \u0000materi. \u0000Uji validasi media ini dilakukan oleh dosen untuk mengetahui \u0000kelayakannya. Selanjutnya media ini diuji coba secara terbatas pada 15 \u0000mahasiswa, Diperbaiki sesuai kritik dan saran yang masuk serta diuji pelaksanaan \u0000dalam rombel 4 Fisika Dasar 2. Peta konsep kemudian \u0000berkembang menjadi alat evaluasi karena dianggap mampu menggambarkan \u0000pemahaman konsep siswa. Namun, penggunaannya masih dirasa kurang efisien \u0000karena bersifat manual. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengembangkan alat evaluasi \u0000menggunakan peta konsep berbasis komputer untuk materi gaya yang diberi nama \u0000Alat Evaluasi Mandiri-Gaya (AEM-G). Pada alat ini peneliti mengkhususkan pada \u0000materi Gaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan AEM-G dan menentukan \u0000kevalidan, keefisienan, keefektifan dan kelayakan produk. \u0000Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester tiga \u0000Jurusan Fisika Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas \u0000Negeri Semarang tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Sebelum uji coba skala luas, dilakukan \u0000uji validasi oleh dua dosen ahli media dan ahli evaluasi kemudian dilanjutkan \u0000dengan uji coba skala terbatas. Uji coba skala luas diikuti oleh 40 mahasiswa. \u0000Pada uji coba skala luas, mahasiswa diberi penjelasan mengenai peta konsep, \u0000latihan membuat peta konsep, evaluasi menggunakan AEM-G, soal uraian dan \u0000soal peta konsep manual. \u0000Berdasarkan hasil analisis check list kelengkapan media diperoleh \u0000persentase sebesar 85.71 %, analisis angket validasi memiliki skor rata-rata \u0000dengan persentase sebesar 81,25%, hal ini menunjukkan AEM-G memiliki tingkat \u0000validitas yang terkategori baik sekali. Nilai korelasi antara AEM-G dengan soal \u0000uraian sebesar 0,67 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa evaluasi belajar \u0000menggunakan AEM-G sama efektifnya dengan tes uraian. Proses evaluasi \u0000menggunakan AEM-G jika dibandingkan dengan peta konsep secara manual juga \u0000lebih cepat. Sampling with purposive sampling technique that is class VII B. Methods of data collection in this research is a method of documentation, testing, and questionnaires. Before research implemented online physics teaching materials validated by expert lecturers. Online physics teaching materials tested on 10 respondents then applied to the classroom. The results of t-test and gain analysis indicate that there was development on the independence and student interest but not signifkan and stil low. Based on this results concluded that the online physics teaching materials can develop independence and student interest in the subject of heat.
