One of the affected community groups is students of SMK Farmasi Saraswati 3 Denpasar, so many students are in arrears of school fees. Efforts need to reduce family expenses, especially for health protocols and body immunity. One of the efforts is to provide training in making handsanitizer and mouthwash from herbs. The training aims to enable students to make handsanitizer and mouthwash as well as health drinks that can be used by themselves and their families. Thus students can reduce the burden on the family, especially spending on implementing health protocols. The training lasted for two days, taking place at SMK Farmasi Saraswati 3 Denpasar and was attended by 22 participants. The training was carried out in two stages, explanations and discussions regarding handsanitizers and mouthwashes which were held on May 24 2022, followed by practice on making preparations on May 28 2022. Before and after the training, tests were carried out to determine the participants' level of knowledge regarding handsanitizers and mouthwashes. The test results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 68.9 to 97.3. It can be concluded that the provision of training is able to increase the knowledge of participants. The aims of this activity were to provide information about the self-disease management of several diseases for blind people in the new normal era and provide information to caregivers at the Yayasan Pendidikan Dria Raba Bali regarding the management of medicines storage. This action was conduct-using audiobook for people with visual disabilities and banners for caregivers at the Yayasan Pendidikan Dria Raba. To measure the effectiveness of these activities was comparing pre-test and post-test score statistically with a 95% confidence level. This action was attended by 28 participant consist of 24 blind people and 4 caregivers. The results showed a significant increase between the pre-test and post-test scores of educational blind participants from 65 to 85 (p<0.05). The results showed a significant increase in the pre-test and post-test caregiver’s score from 74 to 91 (p<0.05). The education increase the knowledge of blind people and caregivers at the Dria Raba Education Foundation. Human-Centered Design (HCD) can be a solution to optimize immunization coverage. The aim of the Training of Trainers (ToT) activities is to increase the capacity of health workers is to increase their understanding and ability regarding Human Centered Design (HCD) as a method of solving the problem of not achieving immunization coverage in Central Java. The training four consecutive days, with interactive learning designs including lecture methods, facilitation, discussions, quick investigation practices, and presentations held in Banyumas Regency. The number of trainees consists of 30 participants from 5 districts (Brebes, Banjarnegara, Cilacap, Banyumas, Pemalang, and Tegal). The media used in this training are power points, modules, textbooks, pocketbooks, videos, and other tools for quick investigation. Evaluation does by giving pretest and posttest every day. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, there was an increase in participants' knowledge about HCD material. Participants can carry out quick investigation practices, make prototypes and present them according to the HCD Steps. This service concludes that there is an increase in knowledge and ability to carry out HCD so that participants are ready to become HCD training trainers. The family is a modern environment that must find its place in a dynamically changing and functioning society. The purpose of this community service activity is the result of research on psychosocial assistance during the pandemic in DKI Jakarta, which is to show the effectiveness of model family assistance on independent psychosocial interventions in the family. The mentoring method uses the results of development analysis with the role of effective mentoring for Health Cadres, Mothers around the Cilandak area, South Jakarta. The results of the assistance found that the importance of the function of family rights for members and all communities as well as identifying risks and forms of social and family support and policies. However, a number of findings indicate that it is impossible for every family to carry out its functions independently. Where the types of psychosocial stressors can come from marriage, parental problems, interpersonal relationships, environment, work, finances, law, developmental tasks, physical illness/injury, family factors, and others. 85% satisfaction of psychosocial assistance intervention was found to experience a decrease in stress to stress adaptation from 38 cases to 14 cases at the end of the first semester, and only 2 cases at the end of the semester. The health cadres have never received training on organizing elderly Posyandu. Furthermore, some elderly people are unable to visit the Posyandu due to illness. This community service project aimed to establish an elderly Posyandu and train health cadres for the Posyandu to operate continuously. This community service used an action research cycle to identify priority problems and their solutions by involving and empowering partners. Our partners were hamlet and health cadres, with 21 cadres trainees and 54 elderly as the targets. This community service resulted in a considerable increase in health cadres' knowledge following the training (p=0.000). Furthermore, other indicators of community service effectiveness include increasing cadres' skills to conduct health checks and elderly Posyandu management, the enthusiasm of participants (elderly) in Posyandu activities, and establishment of an elderly posyandu were achieved. In conclusion, community service activities effectively increase the capacity of cadres and help form the Elderly Posyandu. Stunting events affect the neurological development and cognitive abilities of children. Risk factors for stunting include education. knowledge, protein intake, infection, exclusive breastfeeding, fish food restriction culture. So that efforts are needed to increase the knowledge and ability of the community in processing local fish food ingredients as a food source for toddlers. The purpose of community service activities is to increase the knowledge and skills of mothers with toddlers in processing fish-based local food ingredients as an effort to prevent stunting in toddlers. The activity targets of mothers who have children under five are 35 people. Place of implementation Meok and Apoho Village, Enggano District, North Bengkulu Regency. Activities carried out in September-December 2021. The method of activity is the preparation, implementation, evaluation, follow-up plans. The result is an increase in the average score of knowledge about stunting prevention efforts from 11.09 before the activity to 18 after the activity. Mothers who have children under five are able to process fish-based food ingredients in the form of banana fish porridge and fish rollade. It can be concluded that this community service activity can increase the knowledge and ability of toddler mothers in processing fish-based food. Lack of sex education made them tend to be easily manipulated thus they were often used as object of sexual harashment. The aims of this activity was to provide education using braille books as media to blind people on how to maintain the health of their reproductive organs and avoid various of sexual vilence. The implementation of this activities was using a Small Group Discussion (SGD) for 24 blind people at Yayasan Pendidikan Dria Raba. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the success of providing the education by measuring the level of knowledge through pre-test and post-test scores. The activity result shows that the provision of education using Braille books increased the knowledge of blind people at Yayasan Pendidikan Dria Raba. The median (minimum-maximum) pre-test and post-test scores were 65 (30-80) and 85 (50-100), respectively. Education using Braille books for bind people was able to increase knowledge about how to maintain the health of their reproductive organs and avoid sexual harassment or violence.
