Hypertension is one of the trigger factors for the occurrence of several non-communicable diseases that are generally experienced by the elderly. Preventive measures are needed in this case, knowledge also affects this so it is necessary to hold counseling. The purpose of this counseling is to educate the target regarding CERDIK and PATUH behavior as an effort to prevent and control hypertension in the elderly. The service is carried out through several stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The implementation of counseling uses the help of communication media in the form of posters. While the evaluation of the extension was assisted by pre-post test questionnaires which were distributed to respondents. The target in this counseling is the elderly as many as 14 people in Tonasa Village. The value of the results of the pre-post test was then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The purpose of this community service is to increase the participation of the Cadre of Pregnant Women with High Risk Pregnancies and provide training and community empowerment on early detection of High Risk Pregnancies using the FCMC Mobile Application media method in Tasikmadu Village totaling 7 people. Results: three activities, namely Training Activities and mentoring Posyandu Cadres with the topic of high-risk pregnancy, KSPR, and FCMC mobile application, the second activity is socialization and application of the FCMC Mobile Application to pregnant women and their families and communities. The last activity is the Recording and Early Detection of High Risk Pregnancies by Cadres as a support for the success of the GEBRAK program. Increasing the skills of Posyandu cadres about monitoring high-risk pregnancies so that prevention, healing and recovery efforts can be given with clear indications as early as possible during pregnancy. The purpose of this community service is to optimize the use of agricultural products as nutritious food through Posyandu Plus with an agronursing approach. The approach taken in this service is through participatory action research in Patemon and Bedadung Villages for 3 months. Partners are involved in the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the Nursing Feeding Center Care. A series of activities were carried out including health education, group process for making additional food, empowerment in the food diversification program, and the implementation of posyandu plus. The measurement of the success of the program is carried out by increasing the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of mothers in the care of stunting toddlers. In addition, nutritional status (Z Score) is measured. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge (17.1±2.1 vs 22.6±1.6; p-value <0.001) attitude (34.7±4.7 vs 40.2±3.5; p-value <0.001), and behavior (32.3±3.5 vs 39.3±3.1; p-value <0.001) of mothers. Furthermore, there was an improvement in stunting problems which was initially stunted by 24.1% to 41.4% not stunting (p-value = 0.027). The performance achievements of hospitals owned by the South Sulawesi provincial government in the last 3 years have shown less than optimal results. To improve the performance of the hospital, it is necessary to redesign the current job description. This activity aims to improve comprehensive knowledge and skills regarding the preparation of job descriptions for performance improvement in government hospitals belonging to the province of South Sulawesi. The training participants were 21 employees from 7 hospitals owned by the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The method used is the provision of education in the form of lectures, discussions, group assignments, and presentations. The results of the evaluation found that the average level of knowledge of participants before the training was only 2.38 and then increased to 5.19 after the training. In addition, after the training, the participants have been able to review and compile their job descriptions in the hospital. A sanitation clinic that integrates preventive, promotive and curative services is effective in reducing the number of these diseases, therefore this community service activity is carried out. This activity aimed to optimize the function of the sanitation clinic through internal and external services at the Palapa Health Center in Bandar Lampung. The method of implementing community service uses the Planning Health Promotion approach, namely activities carried out by identifying problems, making logic models of behavior change by identifying problems through sanitation clinic activities in the building, conducting program planning by conducting visits to foster homes using an outdoor sanitation clinic approach, problem-based intervention and activity evaluation. The results of the activity illustrate that the sanitation clinic can run optimally and improve its function as seen from the number of visits that receive sanitation clinic services in the building. The head of the puskesmas, sanitarians and the community in the working area of ​​the Palapa Health Center also welcomed this activity. The implications of the activity include increasing the function of the puskesmas as a pillar of primary care and increasing student skills to contribute to efforts to improve the environment in the community. In order for this activity to be sustainable, cadres as part of the community need to be trained.\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Pelaksanaan klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas Palapa belum dijalankan secara optimal yang menjadi salah satu penyebab angka penyakit berbasis lingkungan menduduki peringkat tertinggi. Klinik sanitasi yang mengintegrasikan pelayanan preventif, promotive dan kuratif efektif untuk menurunkan angka penyakit tersebut, oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan optimalisasi fungsi klinik sanitasi melalui pelayanan dalam dan luar gedung. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan Planning Health Promotion yakni kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah, membuat model perubahan perilaku dengan mengidentifikasi masalah melalui kegiatan klinik sanitasi dalam gedung, melakukan perencanaan program dengan melakukan kunjungan ke rumah binaan menggunakan pendekatan klinik sanitasi luar gedung, intervensi berdasarkan masalah dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan. Kader menjadi sasaran pendampingan untuk fasilitator perubahan dan masyarakat sebagai sasaran pengguna klinik sanitasi. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and ability of community service partners (Mossery Palm Sugar) in processing liquid palm sugar in accordance with household industry standards with safe and environmentally friendly packaging. Laboratory tests were carried out first by evaporation of palm sugar then analysis of carbohydrate, protein, fat, water content and viscosity. This activity was carried out socializing given to partners and employees of the production section, the activity lasts for one day with the demonstration method where this activity includes giving material from the speaker, and then the processing of liquid palm sugar cooked using a gas stove then providing socialization on packaging using glass bottles which are more environmentally friendly than plastic. The results of the activities of the participants were able to process liquid palm sugar and do the packaging properly. This activity requires more intensive mentoring until partners obtain production permits in accordance Indonesian National Standard (SNI), namely P-IRT and halal.\u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Produk minuman gula cair aren memiliki potensi yang baik untuk dikembangkan menjadi bahan tambahan pangan. Adanya produk gula yang dimodifikasi berbentuk gula cair merupakan salah satu alternatif yang nantinya diharapkan dapat memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), untuk memenuhi hal tersebut sebaiknya dilakukan pengolahan dan pengemasan yang terstandar dan mengusung tema ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan Mitra pengabdian masyarakat (Mosseri Palm Sugar) dalam pengolahan gula aren cair yang sesuai dengan standar industri rumah tangga dan kemasan yang aman dan ramah lingkungan. Dilakukan uji laboratorium terlebih dahulu yaitu evaporasi gula aren, analisis kadar karbohidrat, protein, lemak, kadar air dan kekentalan. kegiatan ini berupa sosialisasi yang diberikan kepada mitra dan karyawan bagian produksi, kegiatan berlangsung selama satu hari dengan metode demonstrasi dimana kegiatan ini meliputi pemberian materi oleh pembicara kemudian peserta langsung mempraktekan pengolahan gula aren cair yang dimasak menggunakan kompor gas kemudian memberikan sosialisasi pengemasan dengan menggunakan botol kaca yang lebih ramah lingkungan dibandingkan dengan penggunaan plastik. This activity aims to carry out a stunting control improvement program by utilizing child nutrition monitoring books as a medium in monitoring the health of stunting toddlers in Rote Ndao Regency. The target in this activity is families who have toddlers aged 13-48 months as many as 88 children. The method of this activity is that all targets are given a monitoring book and supplementary feeding and Zinc supplementation is carried out for 12 weeks. The goal of this activity is to increase the family's knowledge about stunting using a smart chart. This activity is carried out in Sangginora Village, Poso District, targeting families with children aged 0-23 months. The education media used is a smart chart containing 3 key messages: understanding, danger, and prevention of stunting. The results of the activity showed an increase in the mother's knowledge about stunting. The smart posters placed in the target houses allow for frequent reading by the mother and other family members.
