This pathogen survives in soil and crop debris for a long time in the form of a double-walled resting spore which is sub spherical to spherical in shape with 3 µm in diameter. Its severity is highest at a pH of 5.7, a cool temperature, and excess moisture. The biotic factors in its severity include the spore count in the soil and its virulence. Its dominant resting spore germinates to produce primary plasmodia. The primary plasmodia infect root cells, producing zoospores, which infect cortical cells and cause hypertrophy. This causes formation of typical club shaped galls in the roots. For its management, an integrated management system of agronomic, biological, and chemical approaches is required. Agronomic strategies include liming to raise pH, Boron application, crop rotation, cultivating resistant varieties, soil solarization, and sanitation. Similarly, biological strategies include use of microbial organisms like Trichoderma spp., Gliocladium catenulatum, Streptomyces sp., Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and endophytes like Acremonium alternatum and Heteroconium chaetospira. Finally, chemical approach includes the use of fungicides like cyazofamid, Penta Chloro Nitro Benzene (PCNB), Nano Silver Hydrogen Peroxide","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45803957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, its presence triggers transnational criminal problems, which calls for a new legal order capable of serving as a solution to cybersociety-related problems. Departing from this overview, this research aims to investigate whether legal unification can serve as an alternative to building a legal order in cybersociety and how the idea of legal unification can come together with the existence of cyberspace to guarantee law-abiding cybersociety. This research focuses more on analyzing and finding new insight into law in the era of digitalization. In terms of normative law, legal unification is capable of setting a rationale to build cybersociety, but this measure requires transboundary cooperation to result in an international convention.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44117251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The number of international flights to Bali has reached 36 airlines with an average passenger between 13,000 - 15,000 foreign tourists per day. The learning during the Covid-19 period indicates that it is time for Bali tourism to improve, which is not just looking at the quantity approach, one of which is the achievement of tourist arrivals as an indicator of tourism success, but the impact of benefits on society, nature and Balinese culture in a sustainable manner. This article tries to provide an overview that the jargon of Bali tourism as a leading sector is no longer relevant but Bali tourism is time to transform as a trans-sector. This article also seeks to provide a quality, dignified and sustainable tourism management strategy by realizing Bali as a responsible destination to attract more responsible tourists as well. This research uses a qualitative method with secondary data from various literatures such as books, articles, internet pages, webinar materials and focus group discussions to access the latest data and information related to the development and problems of Bali tourism today, the positive and negative impacts of Bali tourism and Bali tourism strategies as a trans-sector that is more grounded and provides sustainable benefits to all stakeholders and society.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47554499","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using data from various sources, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MoALD), Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and scholarly publications, we analyze the quantities of these cereals imported into Nepal, their major sources, and the factors driving import trends. We also explore the consumption patterns of these cereals, considering factors such as regional variations, seasonality, and cultural preferences. Finally, we discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with cereal import and consumption in Nepal, highlighting the significance of this issue for the country's food security and overall well-being. Our findings suggest that Nepal remains heavily dependent on cereal imports to meet domestic demand, and that the consumption patterns of these cereals vary considerably across the country. We conclude with some policy implications and recommendations for enhancing Nepal's cereal industry, promoting self-sufficiency in cereal production, and improving the nutritional status of its population.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47256755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study undergoes a systematic review on the impact of results-based financing on maternal mortality rate in SSA. The study draws the results from the Scopus search database which has been argued to be more friendly and accurate than PubMed and Web of Science. The Scopus reported that there have been more publications and citations in the area of maternal health care and results-based financing during the period under study, this shows that, results based financing has becoming an interesting topic since its inception in SSA. The Scopus search database indicated that on 58 bibliometric studies retrieved on maternal health care, more were focusing on health delivery systems, maternal health services and health financing. The study also shows that despite the role played SSA countries in promoting maternal health care, the maternal mortality rate is still far beyond the United Nations target of reaching 70 deaths per 100 000 live births. Therefore, it is recommended that, SSA countries should source enough finance from local stakeholders, international organisations, among others in order to finance health system delivery. More so, they should develop other financing models that will capacitate the health sector to reduce maternal mortality.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47163534","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analysis was performed using panel data regression method. The results of the analysis show that economic growth has a positive effect on employment opportunities in the industrial and service sectors, with a lower rate of change in employment opportunities than the rate of economic growth. This means that economic growth has not been sufficient to absorb labor growth in the industrial and service sectors. Economic growth has a negative effect on employment opportunities in the agricultural sector. The minimum wage rate has a positive effect on employment opportunities in agriculture, but has a negative effect on employment opportunities in the industrial sector, and has no significant effect on employment opportunities in the service sector.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43174968","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
