Based on sample purposive sampling found 34 local government districts and cities in Indonesia and analyzed by SEM-PLS technique. On average, the level of transparency in regional budget management in Indonesia is quite high, namely 78 percent of the total items that must be disclosed. While the test results show only leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial sustainability while regional self-reliance does not affect the transparency of budget management and financial sustainability and regional independence as well as leverage do not affect the transparency of budget management. This finding is consistent with the Neo-Institutionalism theory which states that organizations respond to pressure from their institutional context, where the research sample is district and city governments during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021) that have national economic recovery program loans (PEN) from the central government so that the focus of the district and city governments is not on the transparency of regional financial management but on economic growth.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47954650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Vegetative propagation methods can address the limitations and make the cultivation process simpler. Our research aimed to determine the best conditions for early growth and chlorophyll content of Moringa oleifera cutting stems through the use of different planting media and hormone applications. A 3x3 factorial pot experiment design was used, with three types of growing media (100% peat soil (PS), 50% peat soil (PS) + 50% mushroom baglog waste (MBW), and 50% peat soil (PS) + 50% husk charcoal (HC) and three hormone treatments (coconut water, atonik (3 ml L -1 water), and 100 ppm rootone-F) being tested. The experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design with 3 replications. Results showed that the use of a 50% peat soil (PS) + 50% husk charcoal (HC) and the application of rootone-F significantly had a significant impact on the chlorophyll content. Neither the use of 50% peat soil (PS) + 50% husk charcoal (HC) nor the application of rootone-F, singly, was favorable for promoting bud length, root volume, and chlorophyll content. It is recommended to use 50% peat soil (PS) + 50% husk charcoal (HC) media and rootone-F for successful vegetative propagation and subsequent domestication.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43702117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This pathogen survives in soil and crop debris for a long time in the form of a double-walled resting spore which is sub spherical to spherical in shape with 3 µm in diameter. Its severity is highest at a pH of 5.7, a cool temperature, and excess moisture. The biotic factors in its severity include the spore count in the soil and its virulence. Its dominant resting spore germinates to produce primary plasmodia. The primary plasmodia infect root cells, producing zoospores, which infect cortical cells and cause hypertrophy. This causes formation of typical club shaped galls in the roots. For its management, an integrated management system of agronomic, biological, and chemical approaches is required. Agronomic strategies include liming to raise pH, Boron application, crop rotation, cultivating resistant varieties, soil solarization, and sanitation. Similarly, biological strategies include use of microbial organisms like Trichoderma spp., Gliocladium catenulatum, Streptomyces sp., Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and endophytes like Acremonium alternatum and Heteroconium chaetospira. However, its presence triggers transnational criminal problems, which calls for a new legal order capable of serving as a solution to cybersociety-related problems. Departing from this overview, this research aims to investigate whether legal unification can serve as an alternative to building a legal order in cybersociety and how the idea of legal unification can come together with the existence of cyberspace to guarantee law-abiding cybersociety. This research focuses more on analyzing and finding new insight into law in the era of digitalization. In terms of normative law, legal unification is capable of setting a rationale to build cybersociety, but this measure requires transboundary cooperation to result in an international convention.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44117251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
