For this reason, the results of government procurement of goods/services must be of high quality at competitive prices and at the right time to support the main tasks and functions of regional apparatus, regional development and community economic growth. This study aimed to explain the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude toward using on behavioral intention to use, as well as the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use mediated by attitude toward using. The research subjects were goods/services procurement actors within the Bali provincial government, with a sample of 100 people. Determination of the sample using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use, perceived usefulness had a positive but not significant effect on attitude toward using, perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using , attitude toward using does not mediate the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use, and attitude toward using mediates the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use. The practical implication that can be given from the findings of this study is that this study can be used as a basic model for evaluating the Local Electronic Catalog strategy for perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use. Based on the results of statistical data, that is among the three variables that influence behavioral intention to use.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43772155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to its potential for fertile soil, South Kalimantan Province is recognized as an agricultural region and a producer of a range of agricultural, horticultural, and plantation commodities. It can be argued that South Kalimantan residents consume more ground coffee on a weekly per capita basis every year. It is reported that South Kalimantan residents consumed 0.08 kg of ground coffee on average per week in 2018, 0.09 kg in 2019, 0.10 kg in 2020, and 0.12 kg in 2021. This study aims to examine: (a) ground coffee consumption patterns in South Kalimantan Province at different income levels; (b) community factors that affect ground coffee consumption; and (c) the price, income, and cross-elasticity of ground coffee products in South Kalimantan Province. Tobit's censored data multivariable regression was employed for the data analysis. The study's findings indicate that while the causes influencing ground coffee consumption in urban and rural areas are distinct, there are variances in consumption patterns between rural and urban groups at different income levels. Cross-income between rural and urban groups yields the same result for price elasticity.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47136856","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The risks that catfish farmers confront may be to blame for the low output. The aims of this study were to determine the source of production risk and the level of risk correlated with catfish production. The method of determining the area of study is carried out intentionally (purposively). This research method is a descriptive and analytical method. The snowball sampling approach was used with a sample of 40 respondents. The data used is a combination of sources both primary and secondary. The analysis used includes variance, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and risk level based on the risk map. Pests and diseases, weather and climate, the quality of catfish seeds, water quality, cannibalism, and human resources or cultivators who carried out the catfish cultivation process are all factors of production risk in Kediri Regency. The level of risk of catfish production is high, based on the variance value of 21.03, standard deviation of 4.59, and coefficient of variation of 1.61, while the production risk map reveals that the production risk faced by farmers is in the yellow zone, therefore it is included in the high-risk category.","PeriodicalId":30373,"journal":{"name":"Russian Journal of Agricultural and SocioEconomic Sciences","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41876096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
