The high economic value has an impact on the income of farmers and also on those who carry out marketing activities.Through this position, the government pays special attention to increasing its production. Notwithstanding, there are many problems that arise related to trading system, especially in market behavior.This study was conducted to analyze the trade system, distribution channel and farmer's share of potato commodity in South Sulawesi Indonesia. data were collected from 41 potato farmers through random sampling who living in Gantarang subdistric, Tinggimoncong Distric, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi province. This location was determined because the village is the largest potato production area in Sulawesi (70 percent).The trader respondents were selected purposively, particularly three intermediary traders, three wholesalers, and 20 retailers from traditional markets. The analysis methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods. The results show that the potato trade in Gantarang Sub-district which control of potato pricing decisions is dominated by intermediary traders, in this case intermediary traders who tend to want high profits and farmers do not have a strong bargaining position. This is characteristic an oligopsony market structure. The distribution channel includes three intermediaries, they are collecting traders, wholesalers, and retailers. There were two treatments done to the chili sauce. Both samples were preserved with sodium benzoate with different treatments in filling. Sample A was filled at room temperature 35 o C and sample B was hot-filled at 70 o C. Both samples were incubated for 56 days at room temperature (± 28 o C). During the storage period, Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content and Total Plate Count (TPC) were analyzed on day 0, day 14, and day 56. For Sample A and B, the FFA test showed a significant increase in FFA levels during storage on day 14. However, sample B showed a decrease in FFA content on day 56 while sample A was even higher. TPC test showed there was an increase of microorganism activity on day 14 for sample A and the sample was fully contaminated on day 56. For sample B, there were fluctuations during storage, but it maintained an allowable amount microorganism by day 56 (5.5 x 10 1 ± 6.3 cfu/g). A survey was conducted in five major citrus-producing localities from March to May 2022. From the sampling frame of 120 farmers, an appropriate sample size of 95 was found by using Raosoft software at a 95% confidence interval, and proportionate stratified sampling was done for each locality. Mandarin farming was found to be a financially feasible enterprise with a BC ratio and payback period of 2.2 and 6.7 years, respectively. Mandarin productivity for Darchula district was found to be 4.78 quintals per ropani. The constraints faced by mandarin producers were categorized into three main types: input constraints, production constraints, and marketing constraints, as well as post-harvest constraints. Lack of high-yielding saplings followed by a lack of subsidies was found to be the major technical and socioeconomic constraints, respectively. Poor irrigation facilities, high physical damage to fruits, and a lack of a suitable price for mandarin were found to be major production constraints, post-harvest constraints, and marketing constraints, respectively. Red ants, bugs, and fruit flies were found to be the major insect pests in mandarin production. Citrus greening, fruit drop, gummosis, and sooty mold were found to be the most serious diseases. The area of land is covered by the vertical projection of the plant canopy or tree canopy is known as canopy cover. A photography technique called hemispherical photography is used to photograph the topography of terrestrial forests or mangroves. Another way of taking pictures to measure tree canopy cover is closed photography, which does not use a fisheye lens and concentrates more on examining the characteristics of the canopy such as the area index of leaves. This study aims to determine the percentage of canopy cover using hemispherical photography methods, water quality, and the relationship between canopy cover and water quality in Tabanio Village. Methods in data analysis use Mueller-Dumbois and Ellenberg (1974), ImageJ, STORET, and PCA (Principal Component Analysis). Agriculture's human resources are crucial in the development of sustainable agriculture. Youth play a crucial part in the agricultural industry, but there is a problem with the lack of enthusiasm among young people in careers in agriculture. In the form of attention or desire, interest is a liking or tendency of the heart toward something. Interest develops spontaneously or manifests on its own as a reaction to a strong fondness and sense of attachment to particular activities or items. A person's interest motive is a factor that ensures a person's alignment with his work activities. One aspect that guarantees a person's alignment with his professional activities is his interest motive. Because a person's achievements are a combination of their talents and interests, a person's interests also influence how well they succeed at various forms of job. In Dusun Selatan Subdistrict, Barito Selatan Regency, Central Kalimantan, this study intends to investigate young interest in working in the agricultural industry and the factors that influence such desire. Primary data collected through interviews and surveys with respondents made up the used data. The study was conducted in Dusun Selatan Subdistrict, Barito Selatan Regency, Central Kalimantan, and 150 young individuals, ages 15 to 24, were included in the sample. All the young people in the relevant age group who could be discovered in Jelapat Village, Tanjung Jawa Village, Sababilah Village, and Pararapak Village were proportionally sampled. Using a straightforward data tabulation method and presenting the results as a description, this study examined the desire of young people to work in the agricultural sector. In analyzing the factors that influence the interest of youth to work in the agricultural sector using inferential analysis with a binary logistic regression model. The study's findings indicated that the interest of youth to work in the agricultural sector in Dusun Selatan District were interested in working was 70.7% and it was concluded as such. By examining three indicators, namely pleasure, interest, and involvement in agricultural work. According to the results of the binary logistic regression test, the main factors of the youth's parents' occupation, land ownership, and agricultural studies strongly influence the interest of youth to work in the agricultural sector in Dusun Selatan District. Every young person's likelihood of being interested in a career in agriculture will improve by 2.9 times. Youth interest in working in the agricultural sector will increase by 10.7 times for every youth who owns agricultural land.
