After the definitions and reflections on the basic terms and the introduction of the “participatory toolbox,” different possible uses of photography are discussed: photography grants access, as it endows the photographer with a specific role. The photographer gives meaning to what he or she captures, facilitating an emic perspective for the recipient. Photo documentation provides a basis for discussion and comparison and promotes the feeling of “ownership.” But also staged photography can be significant because of the creative and at the same time world-related and thus solution-oriented approach. Furthermore, photography has therapeutic potential, e.g. when it comes to identity work or mediating between different positions. However, it should be mentioned that photography has different meanings depending on the cultural context and should always be used against this background. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Received: 6 July 2022 / Accepted: 16 October 2022 / Published: 5 November 2022

It provides people with hope and various opportunities. This paper discusses the right of access to land and the right to mine. The paper discusses at length the requirements set at law and considered significant for compliance to attain these rights. Four dominant issues emerge from the discussion namely land, mining rights, consultation and consent as well as deprivation as pillars adjoined to critique the fundamental legal requirements needed to access land and to mine it. Mining companies compete for access to the country’s mineral lands and petroleum resources to exploit them relentlessly. Whilst South Africa has been installed as the conduit of the nation’s mineral and petroleum resources, the need to enforce compliance with the requirements set a national law is critical to avoid illegal mining and unlawful deprivation of land for mining purposes. This is because most of the land in South Africa is communal or belong to private owners, concentrated with the mineral wealth. Legislation such as the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act 31 of 1996(IPILRA) and the Minerals and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002(MPRDA), as amended, are triggered for this discussion. \u0000 \u0000Received: 22 August 2022 / Accepted: 30 October 2022 / Published: 5 November 2022

The study uses data from a secondary source with content analysis as a methodology. Among other things, the paper examines reasons predisposing the agitation and implications of such an agitation on the unity of Nigeria and the survival of the Igbo nation. The study engages theories of secession to illustrate IPOB’s agitation and presents strategies which could be used to actualize IPOB’s ambition. In its concluding remarks, the study argued in favour of IPOB’s position for self-government through a strong adherence to wisdom wisdom and strategies discussed, as against the open confrontation strategy, due to the posture of the Nigerian government which is not favourable towards the agitation. \u0000 \u0000Received: 28 June 2022 / Accepted: 18 October 2022 / Published: 5 November 2022

One of such technologies which can employ to aid Estate Surveying and Valuation practice is Geographical Information System (GIS). Valuation of properties including real estate and other assets have often been carried out through the application of manual methods which is often found to be cumbersome and sometimes not producing accurate and reliable results. It is in realization of the inherent deficiency entailed in the application of manual approach in carrying out valuation that this study seeks to investigate the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) to the art of valuation practice in Nigeria using Port Harcourt Metropolis of Rivers State as a case study with a view to ascertaining its inherent benefits to valuation practice. To achieve the aim of the study, questionnaires were administered to seventy-four (74) estate surveying and valuation firms randomly selected in the study area. Presentation and analysis of data was done using mean and relative important index. Finding from the study revealed that estate surveyors and valuer are quite aware of the inherent benefits of the geographical information system (GIS) to property valuation, but only very few of the Estate Surveying and Valuation firms make use of it in their valuation practice. The study further revealed that majority of the Estate Surveying and Valuation firms were willing to adopt its use if only they could gain better understanding of its application to valuation practice as its application is bound to having positive effect on the practice of Estate Surveying and Valuation profession. Based on the findings, the study recommends that training should be held to equip estate surveyors and valuers with the required skills for the application of geographical information system (GIS) since empirical research has shown that it has potential of enhancing valuation practices. \u0000 \u0000Received: 14 December 2021 / Accepted: 20 March 2022 / Published: 5 May 2022

From the pre-medieval times to the present day, plethora of changes have been observed in humans and in nature. While one has doubled, the other continues to be savaged. The paper asks questions such as What does conservation mean? Does economy surpass nature? What kind of future are we passing down? The paper is also a discourse on the thoughts of ecologists, environmentalists, and ecocritics such as Rachel Carson, Thomas Berry, Cheryll Glotfelty, James Lovelock, Aldo Leopold, David Suzuki, Vandana Shiva, and Bernard Campbell. It examines the disparity between ‘habitat’ and ‘being’. ‘Habitat’ in this case is the nature as a whole and ‘being’ is us. The paper studies the factors that have led to the depredation of nature: ecological footprint, loss of biodiversity, consumption, hyperconsumption, economy over nature, urbanization, climate change and globalization. Through the multitude of events in the past and present it is evident that nature has to battle against two major forces: technology and humankind. There has always been a rift in the balance between coexistence of nature and us, which calls for the existence of a harmonious relationship as we have always been part of nature. \u0000 \u0000Received: 11 February 2022 / Accepted: 22 April 2022 / Published: 5 May 2022

The brain movement and inverse immigration depends a lot on policies adopted in the countries of origin. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the Afghan students’ decision-making about return to homeland. The statistical population was the Afghan students in Iran. Cochran's formula was also used to determine the sample size. The main research tool was a questionnaire and 161 Afghan students in Iranian universities answered the research questionnaire. The result of research showed that, the decision to migrate is an issue that has several dimensions. The result of research showed that, Afghan female students have not been able to achieve good cultural homogeneity with the host community. Also, the older students are more inclined to preserve their traditional culture (Afghan culture). In addition, with the age of students, their desire to immigrate to another country (third country) has decreased. Also, graduate students are more interested in preserving their native culture and they are more inclined to return to their country. the results of factor analysis showed that. six factor such as: convergence and cultural integration in the host community, war, insecurity and lack of scientific and financial facilities in Afghanistan, students 'professional status in the Afghanistan, students 'professional status in the host society, freedom index in Afghanistan and students achievement motivation could be predict to 55% of students’ decision-making about migration. \u0000 \u0000Received: 4 March 2022 / Accepted: 30 April 2022 / Published: 5 May 2022

This study examines the efficiency of savings and loan cooperatives in terms of number of members, total capital and operating costs and their effects on profits, total assets, disbursed loans and debt repayments. Two types of savings and loan cooperatives studied are savings and loan cooperatives owned by government employees and savings and loan cooperatives owned by the general public (community owned). The efficiency of these two types of cooperatives is studied separately and comparatively using the parametric Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) method. and the research involved a total of 22 cooperatives from five areas in Jakarta. The results of the study used the SFA method and found that the average efficiency of community-owned cooperatives was greater than cooperatives owned by government employees. \u0000 \u0000Received: 9 May 2021 / Accepted: 5 August 2021 / Published: 5 November 2021

This was to identify factors that predict EI among undergraduates’ of a private university, in Osun state, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive research design. For the study, primary data was used while the population of the study consisted of final year undergraduate students’. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 362 students. Their age ranged from 16 to 30 years with a mean age of 21.43 years, SD (2.65). Four standardized psychological scales were used in the study. These were entrepreneurial intuition, ECS and LOC scale. Data collected were analysed using zero order correlation and multiple regression. The result shows a significant positive relationship between ECS and entrepreneurial intuition [r (360) = 0.76, p<.01]. There was also significant positive relationship between LOC and entrepreneurial intuition [r (360) = 0.58, p<.01. The study concluded that there was predictive role ECS and LOC on entrepreneurial intuition among undergraduates. It is therefore recommended that trained psychologists should develop psychological intervention programmes which should be tailored toward improving ECS and LOC which invariably can help improve and enhance EI among undergraduates. \u0000 \u0000Received: 23 August 2021 / Accepted: 25 October 2021 / Published: 5 November 2021

The economic dynamics of the chemical industry pressure companies to compete, having a low impact on local development when it comes to knowledge transfer. Al-Invests contribution is oriented to the company in four aspects: relational capital with foreign agents, geographic openness, open innovation, and greater technological and marketing capacity.
