To accomplish the survey's goal, two research inquiries were put forward, and two corresponding alternative hypotheses were developed to direct the investigation. A survey research approach was employed. The respondents consisted of 498 university administrators. The instrument used for the study was the Availability and Accessibility of Digital Record Keeping among University Administrators Questionnaire (AADRKUAQ). A trial test was carried out on 50 administrative staff at Ebonyi State University that yielded an overall reliability coefficient of 0.85. Mean and standard deviation were used to answer research questions, and the t-test was equally used to test the research hypotheses at the 0.05 level of significance. According to the findings, digital record keeping is widely available and accessible. Whereas the alternate hypothesis revealed no significant difference in the extents of availability and accessibility of digital record keeping among gender, it was strongly recommended, along with many other things, that the school administration should embrace international standards for accessibility and availability of digital record keeping. \u0000 \u0000Received: 5 January 2024 / Accepted: 28 February 2024 / Published: xx March 2024

The referenced case was Brazil’s “MindLab project” that created GNova with the support of Denmark’s MindLab. The study found that the success of the project was led by (1) well aligned expectations of the stakeholders concerned that contributed to focusing on design-led experiments, and (2) agile process that allowed a full range of adjustments fitted within the original time frame. The study shed light that technical cooperation driven policy lab creation needs to check on the contextual maturity for democratic governance as a laying ground. Meaningful technical cooperation in the line of policy lab creation is thus premised not on the economic power of the development partner as an Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) provider but on if the partner is versed in democratic governance. The referenced case indicated that it would be best if the development partner possesses the demonstrable track record in democratic governance that they can showcase in guiding the support recipient. A quantitative approach was adopted in this paper. Data used in this paper were secondary data sourced from World bank indicators and Central Bank of Nigeria Statistical Bulletin (1980-2018 version). This paper used Error Correction Classical Linear Regression estimate to analyse the data. The result of the study showed that changes in the key liberalization policy variables have significant influence on output growth but not statistically significant to trade growth. Industrialization oriented policies was therefore recommended for Nigeria to actualize her dreams of being an industrialized country, a strong and competitive institution that foster a sustainable industrial sector through policy is also advised. This study adds to the limited available evidence concerning the contribution of government liberation policy on the growth of Nigeria trade sector. It stands as the first to consider trade openness, government liberation policy and the Nigeria industrial sector. \u0000 \u0000Received: 18 June 2023 / Accepted: 15 February 2024 / Published: xx March 2024
The Mediating Role of Institutional Quality on the Nexus between Oil Price Fluctuations and Current Account Deficits in Nigeria: A nonlinear ARDL Approach
The paper employs a NARDL to analyze the degree of asymmetry in the relationship between current account and oil price, with a mediating effect of the institutional role in Nigeria. The series employed in the study are obtained largely from the database of World Bank’s (WDI), and covers 1981 to 2021. In conclusions, we found that any form of shocks in oil price and nominal exchange rate exert significant impact on the country’s current account balances both in the short run and long run in Nigeria. In addition, poor institutional quality in the oil industry such as corruption, poor regulatory frameworks, hinders the country from fully optimizing the benefits associated with increasing global oil prices. Finally, a long run asymmetry is discovered in the nexus of current account-oil price with mediating role of institutions in Nigeria. Thus, we recommend that the PIA should be implemented carefully and strategically in an effort to remove all undue bottlenecks and bureaucracies to support Nigeria's economic growth through attracting in and providing investment possibilities for both domestic and international investors, and thereby enhances the current account balance.

The population of the study comprised sixty-five (65) small-scale business operators that registered with the university management in the study area. A 20-item questionnaire titled “Financial Management Strategies and the Sustainability of Small-Scale Businesses (FMSSSSB)” tool was utilized for data collection. Fifteen (15) small-business owners from the University of Calabar were used to test the internal consistency that produced an overall reliability coefficient of 0.79. The study issues were addressed employing the mean (X) and standard deviations (SD), bar graph, line graph and an independent t-test was employed to assess the null hypotheses at the 0.05 level of significance. Results show that records management techniques and inventory management control influence the Sustainability of Small-Scale Businesses in River State public universities. It was determined that records are crucial to the management of small businesses' sustainability and that they must be treated carefully throughout their creation, maintenance, and disposal. As records are the cornerstone and foundation upon which modern business exists, it was also advised, amid other things, that owners of small businesses try to get involved in the records management process.

The research was quantitative and employed the correlational and survey research designs. The simple random sampling technique was used to choose a sample of 353 respondents. Questionnaire were employed as the instrument for gathering primary data from individuals in Accra. Statistical Package for Service Solution version 25 was used as the tool for analysing data. The result of the study was analysed using descriptive statistics and linear regression. The finding was that as a result of the introduction of financial application software, respondents were able to access financial products and services of banks. Additionally, the use of internet banking resulted in more of the respondents being financially included. The use of mobile money services also made more of the respondents to be included financially. It is therefore recommended that charges on mobile money services should be reduced to a minimum that allow people to partake in the services in order to encourage financial inclusion.

However, this finite resource is not used by men and women in equal measure. The expected roles of both gender as well as availability or lack of basic infrastructures determine how much time one spends in paid work, unpaid care work, domestic chores, rest or leisure. Paid work, the burden of unpaid care work and domestic chores which fall on women as a result of social norms, and poor access to basic time-saving infrastructures are strong factors that make women time-poor and deprive them of sufficient time for rest, leisure, personal care and full labour force participation. This qualitative research analyses from the voices of the poor, the roots and effects of time poverty on women in Nigeria. It concludes with some strategic measures to combat time poverty and promote women’s quality economic productivity and general wellbeing.

The research design method used for this study was qualitative research methods. The population of the study comprises of six hundred and fifty-four (654) registered students for 2020/2021 academic session. The sample size of Two hundred and forty-eight (248) respondents was selected through the Krejcie and Morgan sampling techniques to select the sample size from the population. The returned rate of the instrument used to elicit the data from the respondents was 238(93.42%). The instrument used to collect data was questionnaire. This questionnaire was designed on a scale of 4 points Likert. The validity of the instrument was done and the reliability of the instrument was tested through the use of Cronbach Alpha reliability to determine the internal consistency of the instrument. The instrument revealed a coefficient of 0.762 which is acceptable. The method of data analysis used was analysis of variance (ANOVA) statistics to test the research questions. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the data. The findings revealed that technical skill (N = 242; F = 3.570; P = 0.008 @ 0.05). Teaching flexibility (N = 242; F = 1.609; P = 0.188 @ 0.05). Self-efficacy (N = 242; F = 1.199; P = 0.312 @ 0.05) are positively significant with the blended learning. Research question one was deemed irrelevant, whereas the remaining questions held significant importance. Consequently, it was implied that learners exhibited specific IT skills facilitating their comprehension of blended learning. As a result, the study suggested that stakeholders in tertiary institutions should allocate funds toward the implementation of blended learning for both educators and students.
