From a target population of 123 employees working in the supply chain department, 94 respondents were chosen via Yamane's statistical sample determination technique. The research was carried out utilizing a descriptive research design with a questionnaire serving as the primary data collection tool. The study used a multiple-stage sampling method. In all rounds, Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital was chosen at random from among Ghana's 10 regional hospitals, as well as 94 respondents from the general population, using a straightforward random sampling methodology, specifically the lottery method. The collected data was analysed using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The descriptive statistics feature in SPSS was used to analyse the quantitative data to produce information that was displayed by employing graphs, tables, percentages, and frequency distribution tables. Based on observations and sample analysis, inferential statistics were also employed to draw conclusions or predictions about the population. The regression model was used to illustrate the relationship between the response variable and the independent variables. For this study, a sample size of 94 respondents was intended, and 82 of them returned with all of their responses. The study determined the impact of conflict of interest on procurement sustainability in the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital. It can be summed up by saying that one should always put their organization's interests first in all transactions, execute the procurement process skilfully, and adhere to any established policies. According to the study, to protect suppliers and public institutions from improper and unethical practices in procurement operations, such as fraudulent supplier activities, organizations should emphasize sustainability measurement, establish proper checks for all contracts, set supplier selection structures that avoid political interference and increase accountability management practices. \u0000 \u0000Received: 5 August 2022 / Accepted: 29 October 2022 / Published: 6 March 2023

The study specifically focuses on how family dynamics and social issues have influenced the mental activities of the major character, Ade and how he fails to cope with the pressures of everyday life, often resulting in psychic dispossession. As such, the researcher uses textual analysis and descriptive criticism approach to unravel the causes and consequences of Ade’s narcissistic disturbance. The theory of narcissism which is dominantly informed by Freudian and post-Freudian approaches to psychology is used to account for the intra-psychic forces which operate within the narcissistic character, Ade and his parents in Amadu’s ‘No Past, No Present, No Future’. The study reveals the existence of character with narcissism, whose psychopathology is as a result of the complementary roles of narcissistic parent-child relationship. The study further reveals that Ade’s narcissistic disturbance is characterized by the fear of being dispossessed, narcissistic form of loving, aggression, and grandiosity. \u0000 \u0000Received: 4 January 2023 / Accepted: 23 February 2023 / Published: 6 March 2023

Four objectives and four research questions were posed. The population of the study was two hundred and sixty (260) registered businesses. The study was carried out using a survey research design. A research-created questionnaire titled "Reengineering of Small-Scale Business Enterprises as Predictors of Youth Employment and Poverty Alleviation" was used to collect data (RSCBEPYEPA scale). The instrument was validated by one test and measurement expert and two vocational education experts. A trial/pilot test was conducted on 40 registered businessmen and women in Akwa Ibom State who were not part of the main study population, and the study received an overall reliability coefficient of 0.92 using Cronbach's alpha data analysis. The survey was given to 260 registered businesses. The entire study population was used. To answer the research questions, the data was analyzed using means and standard deviation, and the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) statistic was used to test the hypothesis at the 0.05 level of significance. The result showed that the government provided small-scale businesses in Cross River State with financial support, capacity-building programs, legislative support, and the provision of facilities for youth employment and poverty alleviation. It was recommended, among other things, that small-scale business entrepreneurs should take advantage of the financial support provided by the government to boost their businesses. \u0000 \u0000Received: 10 January 2023 / Accepted: 26 February 2023 / Published: 6 March 2023

This paper critically analysed the policy goals of an inclusive society by examining the socioeconomic and politico-cultural milieus in which governments implement this policy. With references to the United States’ Affirmative Action and Canada’s Multiculturalism, one can infer that disadvantaged individuals, groups, or communities are neither included nor empowered through the processes of social inclusion. Consequently, this paper concluded that the process of social inclusion cannot lead to effective social integration, given the stagnant socio-economic and politico-cultural environments in which government implements this policy. Instead, most social inclusion programs have become the tools for forced social cohesion with minimal policy objectives to integrate disadvantaged individuals into mainstream society. In summary, social inclusion is a politically correct opiate that is being used to sedate socially excluded individuals or underprivileged communities until they disappear into obscurity. \u0000 \u0000Received: 4 January 2023 / Accepted: 26 February 2023 / Published: 6 March 2023

The need to subscribe to the trends in technology has now become more important than ever before. One of such technologies is the application of Virtual Assistant to real estate services which has become household tool in developed economy but which has received little attention in developing countries such as Nigeria. It is in view of the aforementioned that this study is set to examine the application of virtual assistants in the estate surveying and valuation practice especially in the area of property marketing in the Abuja Metropolis area of Nigeria. Data for the study was obtained with the aid of questionnaire administered to sixty (60) randomly selected estate surveyors and valuers practicing Abuja Metropolis of Nigeria with a response rate of 100%. Descriptive statistical tools such as frequencies, percentages, and Relative Importance Index (RII) were used to analyse the data obtained. The study revealed that the greatest factor mitigating the application of virtual assistants to be lack of knowledge regarding its utilization and benefits. The study recommends creation of awareness about the inherent benefits in the application of virtual assistants to the estate surveying and valuation profession be vigorously embarked upon at professional workshops and seminars to be the most plausible measure to be taken towards ameliorating the inherent problems to the application of virtual assistants. \u0000 \u0000Received: 4 April 2022 / Accepted: 3 February 2023 / Published: 6 March 2023

The global nature of information systems also exposes them to threats which make them prone to security breaches. Information risks are several internal and external, making it almost impossible for only information security professionals to handle. This therefore reinforces the need to involve end-users in by educating them to be aware of threats, and their role in curbing those threats. Related information security literature was reviewed to establish the business problem theoretically. Using focus group discussions and open-ended interview guide, data was collected from non-security employees from Takoradi Polytechnic. The data provided understanding of the employees' present security needs, employees perception of information security, employees' personal security initiative, and level of information security awareness. The key findings in the study suggested that, currently some arrangements have been made to ensure information security; however, there is the need for more non-computer-based arrangements such as physical security, training and data backup systems. Further, because some respondents did not perceive the current security arrangement to be adequate, they took personal initiatives like using passwords, using formal communication channels for obtaining information which falls outside their domain or function, and seldom reporting any perceived security threats. These personal initiatives seemed to be the basis for the employees' self-rating of their level of information security awareness, not some training they had acquired. \u0000 \u0000Received: 8 September 2022 / Accepted: 29 October 2022 / Published: 5 November 2022

Consequently, these errors forbid researchers from adequately theory testing and meaningfully theory development. Therefore, the aim of this methodological review is to explore the leading cause(s) of measurement models misspecification in management sciences literature. Based on literature and arduous lessons learned from mistakes and author experience, it was found that researchers and students provides generic statements on research instruments in their research articles, theses and dissertations, but these statements are not sufficient enough for proper measurement models specification in different contexts. Meaning that little attention has been paid in literature to the conceptual and theoretical clarity of the focal construct which adequately covers the content domain the construct capture. Thus, the author of the paper argue that neglecting conceptual and theoretical clarity on the nature of construct with in the rubric of measurement theory at both abstract and empirical levels are the major causes of measurement model misspecification. Therefore, it is recommended that scholars need to provide conceptual and theoretical clarity on the content domain construct capture in their research. Journal editors and potential reviewers also need to look for this on priority. Since, the quality of research hinges on how clearly constructs are conceptualize and how well others understand these constructs. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Received: 2 August 2022 / Accepted: 22 October 2022 / Published: 5 November 2022
