The population in this study were employees of Operation Directorate at PT X. Samples were obtained using a saturated sampling technique and data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Respondents involved in this study amounted to 67 employees. Data were analyzed using Simple Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. PT. Dharma Protindo Karya is the main object of this study with all of its 119 employees as the population as well as the research sample. So that the sampling as research respondents uses a saturation technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, testing three key hypotheses in this study. The research findings show that three independent variables, namely job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant and positive effect on employee turn-over intention. The objects in this research were taken from food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2012-2020. The number of samples in this research were 81 data with 9 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of α=5%. The results of this research indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. The higher the profitability, the more efficient and effective the company's performance is, thereby increasing investor interest in investing. Liquidity has a negative effect on firm value. High liquidity does not give a positive signal to investors, thereby reducing investor interest in investing. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, compensation, and morale on employee performance. The object used is the company PT. X used a sample of 71 manufacturing workers who were employed using a purposive sampling technique. The Likert scale was used in the questionnaire given to each respondent. In this study, multiple linear regression was used as a data analysis method. In this research, 8 property and real estate companies were used as samples listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total 9 years raging from the period of 2012 – 2020. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method that were used in this research is descriptive statistics, panel data analysis model, data quality test, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, goodness-of-fit test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that tangibility has a negative impact on capital structure. The population used in this study are coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2020 and purposive sampling as the sampling method. The sample criteria that meet as many as 8 companies used in this study are from the financial statements of companies in the coal mining sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses multiple linear regression method showing that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity have an influence on stock prices. Current ratio, debt to equity ratio and roe have a negative effect to stock price because the higher liquidity also means the company have many idle funds. The results obtained from the study indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate, have a significant influence on Work Engagement and Work Engagement significantly on the Job Crafting of employees.. The technique that used in this reseach is non-probability sampling and used 241 respondents who fit the citeria. This research data is processe by using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. The results of this calculation show that personal service and functional service through customer satisfaction as mediating variable have an influence on word-of-mouth intention on Sushi Tei’s customers in the DKI Jakarta area. Personal service and functional service have an influence on word-of-mouth intention on Sushi Tei’s customers in the DKI Jakarta Area. Personal service and functional service has effect on word-of-mouth customer satisfaction, enabling companies that focus on their service to better ensure customer satisfaction to get word-of-mouth intention.
