摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作环境、角色压力和经济报酬对工作满意度的影响。本研究的研究对象为PT x公司操作部的员工,样本采用饱和抽样法,通过发放问卷的方式收集数据。参与本研究的受访者共计67名员工。数据分析采用简单回归和多元线性回归。基于假设检验,本研究的结果是工作环境、角色压力和经济报酬对工作满意度有显著影响。
