Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of transformational leadership, compensation, and job burnout on employee performance. The object of this research is all the employee staffs of PT. Wahana Wirawan. The sample in this study were 78 staffs employee using purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple regression. The result obtained in this study indicate that transformational leadership and compensation affects employee performance in PT. Wahana Wirawan while ob burnout does not affect employee  performance ini PT. Wahan Wirawab, it can be assumed that the quality of transformational leadership and compensation is already in a great condition and meet the comfort level to create great employee performance.

本研究旨在探讨变革型领导、薪酬和工作倦怠对员工绩效的影响。本研究的对象是Wahana Wirawan公司的全体员工。本研究的样本为78名员工,采用目的抽样的方法,通过发放问卷。本研究资料采用多元回归分析。本研究的结果表明,变革型领导和薪酬对PT. wahanwirawan的员工绩效有影响,而工作倦怠对PT. wahanwirawan的员工绩效没有影响,因此可以认为变革型领导和薪酬的质量已经处于良好的状态,达到了创造良好员工绩效的舒适水平。
