The sampling used in this research is purposive sampling and obtained asample of 180 respondents. This study uses a statistical method with SMART PLS 3.2.9 as a test tool. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定品牌形象对雅加达Tokopedia用户通过品牌爱和品牌承诺产生正面口碑的影响。本研究设计采用描述性研究和因果关系研究,使用5点李克特量表测量每个变量。本研究采用原始数据,通过问卷调查收集数据。本研究采用的抽样是有目的抽样,获得了180名受访者的样本。本研究采用SMART PLS 3.2.9作为测试工具的统计方法。本研究结果表明,品牌形象对雅加达Tokopedia用户的正面口碑没有影响,而品牌形象对雅加达Tokopedia用户的品牌爱和品牌承诺有影响,然后品牌爱和品牌承诺有正向影响。向雅加达的Tokopedia用户进行口口相传。
