In Central Java, the manufacturing sector dominates the structure of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The growth in the number of MSMEs has implications for increasingly fierce business competition. MSME actors are required to be more productive and innovative, therefore a performance appraisal is needed as an evaluation in order to carry out continuous improvement. One method of measuring performance that is considered effective because it is able to measure the company's performance from various aspects, both financial and non-financial, is the Balanced Scorecard. The object of this research is Krispiku MSMEs located in Cilacap, Central Java. This study uses quantitative methods. This study aims to analyze the performance assessment using the Balanced Scorecard on Krispiku SMEs located in Cilacap Regency, Central Java. The results showed that weighting the four perspectives using paired comparison obtained perspective financial as main priority in strategy development company with a value of 0.48. The object research used building construction companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 6 years with a research period from 2014 to 2020. The sample of this research using purposive sampling method and using 8 companies with a total data used of 56 company data. This study established five sample selection criteria and used the multiple regression analysis method. The results show that dividend payout ratio have a positive effect on price earnings ratio. Based on the results of a meeting with HRD PT SHF, it was found that employee work productivity in January-April 2022 was at a mid level and there was a research gap that examined recruitment, selection, training on employee productivity. The research form of this research using descriptive and causality research. An amount of population in this study/research were 70 employees of PT SHF and used a sample of 55 respondents using purposive sampling technique. From the results of the questionnaire given by the respondents, measurements were made using a Likert scale. This analytical method in this research is using a multiple linear regression. From this study, it was found that recruitment had an effect on employee productivity. Selection has no effect on employee productivity. Purposive sampling is used as the sample collection technique and there are 6 companies that fulfilled the criteria and analyzed using panel data regression and the common effect model was chosen as the best model for this research.
