The research sample used was companies listed in the food and beverages subsector in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2020. The sampling method in this purpose used purposive sampling. With this sampling method used purposive sampling, there were 7 companies that meet the sampling criteria and 77 data were obtained to be used as samples. The research method used in this study was descriptive statistics, and panel data regression, with the chose model the fixed effect model. The result of this study indicate that investment decisions and firm size have a positive effect on company’s value. Mandiri Matahari Logistics. This study uses all employees as the population as well as the sample of this study and uses a saturation technique to take a sample of 70 employees. Primary data was collected by distributing research questionnaires with a Likert scale. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the research by testing three hypotheses show that there is a significant and positive influence of compensation, work environment and organizational culture variables on job satisfaction variables. The variables studied are earnings per share, total asset turnover, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and price earning ratio. In collecting the sample, the technique used was purposive sampling and there were 11 companies that fulfilled the criteria and were analyzed using panel data regression and the best model that had been selected for this study was the fixed effect model. The results of this study indicate that earnings per share, return on assets and price earning ratio have an effect on stock prices and other variables have no effect on stock prices. The object of this research is a food and beverage company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years, the 2016-2020 period. The sample collection method used in this study was purposive sampling. There were 17 companies selected as the final sample that met the criteria and obtained 85 observational data as samples. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression techniques, with a random effect model to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that return on assets has a positive effect on stock returns.
