摘要
本研究的目的是考察PT. Century Mitra Sukses Sejati的工作动机、工作纪律和工作环境这三个自变量对因变量员工绩效的影响。本研究的对象是位于Tangerang Cikupa工业区的PT. Century Mitra Sukses Sejati。抽样方法为饱和抽样，共126名员工。数据收集是通过分发问卷进行的。本研究的数据分析方法为多元线性回归分析。
