Starting from general introduction of POA and the current situation of teaching translation, this paper analyzes the reasons why to apply POA to teaching translation and also suggests making a micro-lesson in motivation, to create a situation when enabling, and to apply Teacher-Student Collaborative Assessment when assessing. Whether the students with stronger ability are selected and whether fairness is taken into account during the independent admission are the focus of this paper. Using freshmen data from a top-40 university in western China, this study analyzed independent admission selection results by factor analysis and logistic regression method. It shows that student ability and family background have a great impact on the independent admission results. Students who have stronger abilities have been selected, and students with higher family economic status in the city are more likely to be accepted during independent admission. Improving student engagement is an effective way to improve the quality of blended learning. To study blended learning practice based on student engagement, we surveyed behavioral engagement, cognitive engagement and emotional engagement. The study found that the overall level of three engagements in blended learning practice is relatively high. However, there are also problems with low cooperative learning among students, weak interaction between students and teachers, and limited ability to expand knowledge. With the development of modern information technology, the overall level of teaching development in China is also gradually improving, and the effective integration of the two is an important choice for the road of education development. In the context of this epidemic, the support of the Internet and information technology has played a great role. Many emerging network teaching models have been applied in English classes, which combine with the traditional teaching model and become the blended teaching model. The reasonable application of the blended teaching can absorb the advantage of two kinds of teaching mode to enhance interaction between teachers and students in blended teaching mode, while cultivate students' autonomous learning ability under the circumstances of the epidemic to fulfill \"Suspended without suspension\". English speakers experience four speech processing strategies from the low level to the high level when they are processing word order of quantifier complements: sequential combination strategy of verb-quantifiers < verbobject phrase adding strategy < verb-object phrase separation and insertion strategy < separable word separation and insertion strategy. This process reflects the development from external processing to internal processing, that is, from the external adding of components to internal separation and insertion of components.
