摘要

作为中国高等教育招生制度的重要组成部分,自主招生政策一直备受关注。自主招生过程中是否选拔出能力较强的学生,是否考虑到公平是本文研究的重点。本研究以西部某排名前40的高校新生为研究对象,采用因子分析和logistic回归方法对自主招生结果进行分析。结果表明,学生的能力和家庭背景对自主录取结果有很大的影响。能力更强的学生被选中,而在城市中家庭经济地位较高的学生更有可能在自主招生中被录取。由此可见,自主招生的选择效率较高,但自主招生的公平性仍有提升的空间。
