In recent years, China's intergenerational income mobility has declined, showing a trend of class consolidation. As people's requirements for social justice are getting higher and higher, it is urgent to improve China's intergenerational income mobility. An essential mechanism of intergenerational income transmission is human capital represented by education. The improvement of education level will help individuals get rid of class constraints and realize intergenerational upward mobility. The SPOC creates a high-quality online learning environment for knowledge learning and thus, more time can be allowed for classroom output activities. In this study, elaboration is conducted around four teaching phases of SPOC-based mixed teaching: SPOC online learning, offline cooperative learning, writing skill construction and prompt evaluation. Besides, an empirical study was done to prove the effect of mixed classroom design on reading and writing ability by means of control experiment and statistics analysis tool, SPSS. The level of educational efficiency is closely related to the quality of regional economic growth. This paper examed the relationship between educational efficiency level and economic growth quality in Guangdong Province. Though the Entropy and Grey correlation analysis of between educational efficiency level index and economic growth quality index from 2004 to 2019, the conclusion is drawn that a significantly impact of education level on economic growth in Guangdong. In this work, 466 Chinese kinds of literature published in CSSCI journals from 2011 to 2020 were selected, and CiteSpace V5.7 software was used to comprehensively describe the characteristics of published quantity, authors, issuing institutions, etc. Also, keywords and their clustering, emergent words, time plot, etc., were analyzed and interpreted. It is found that although grounded theory started late in China, it has been gradually rising and recognized by scholars. On the other hand, it has been widely studied in the fields of management, education, economics, sports, etc., and has a more in-depth study on influencing factors and theoretical construction. It’s worth pointing out that students who took the course had prominent eye health problems, and poor physical exercise effect. Furthermore, they mainly faced the following problems when they carried out physical exercise: lack of knowledge pertaining to scientific exercise, emergency treatment of injury as well as exercise prescription. In this research, the teaching reform plan of “Combination of Sports and Medicine” is mainly manifested as follows: developing targeted teaching and treatment methods, spreading the principle of \"treating before disease\", teaching scientific ways of exercise, as well as teaching rehabilitation, health care knowledge, and exercise prescriptions, etc. The results indicate that this teaching reform plays a significant role in improving students' physical exercise effect, bolstering their interest in exercise, developing good living habits and so on.
