This is confirmed by the emergence of the idea of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 recently. The government is required to be adaptive and able to optimize technology in serving the community. Not to mention in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, which forces people to limit their mobility and are advised to do activities from home to stop the spread of the virus. In this condition, the presence of government services must immediately transform into online form. The application of technology in public services today is basically not a new thing. The Regional Government as a government that is in direct contact with the community is already a public service through applications and online systems. As in the process of managing population documents, one of them is in West Sumatra. However, the application of technology in public services is still not optimal so that its implementation is not in accordance with new normal conditions. This research was conducted using a literature study method with descriptive analysis. From the literature study, it was found that one method to optimize the public service process is e-governance infrastructure in the form of an integrated online public service system from the government for the provision of information and public services. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan kesulitan siswa dalam menulis teks eksplanasi: kesulitan siswa dalam menulis teks eksplanasi adalah Grammar, Vocabulary, Mechanic, Organization, dan Ide atau Content. Saya memilih judul ini karena judul ini belum banyak diteliti oleh orang lain dan judul ini masih menimbulkan berbagai macam permasalahan, sehingga saya sangat tertarik untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dan memilih judul ini. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui tes menulis, tes seperti artikel, koran, majalah dan ensiklopedi dengan menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuannya mendapatkan lebih banyak data. Teknik metode ini menggunakan metode campuran. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menghitung persentase nilai tes siswa. Sementara itu, analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan atau menginterpretasikan hasil dari hasil analisis kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu sebanyak 32 siswa. Dengan menganalisis jawaban tes menulis siswa pada lembar wawancara. Peneliti mengetahui diperoleh nilai total hasil skripsi mereka adalah 1,899, dan nilai rata-rata siswa yang kurang adalah skor 59,3%. Low student learning outcomes, 2. Lack of student activity in following the teaching and learning process, 3. There is no fun learning, 4. There is no creative learning. This study was conducted with the aim of describing Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes with the Theme of Unity in Difference Using Learning Models Examples Non Examples for Class VI students of SD Negeri 01 Tanjuang Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a form of reflective study by the perpetrators of the actions taken to improve the rational ability of the actions they take, as well as to improve the real conditions in which the practice of implementing the learning is carried out in the classroom. In this classroom action research (CAR), the research model developed by Kemmis and Taggart uses a spiral system cycle, each cycle consists of 4 components, namely: 1) planning; 2) action; 3) observation and 4) reflection. Student learning outcomes, the researchers held a test for each cycle. The results of the second cycle test were compared with the KKM that had been set at SD Negeri 01 Tanjuang Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, which was 75 for individual completeness. Based on the results of the test above, it can be seen that in the first cycle of 16/55% of students, 13 students or 45% completed, and in the second cycle 26/89 students who completed learning. This proves that student learning outcomes in the first cycle to the second cycle are 36%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Examples Non Examples. Based on the initial survey conducted, it was found that 15 (75%) of the writing of the diagnosis were unclear, 12 (60%) of the writing of the diagnosis were incomplete, and 14 (70%) incorrect coding of the 20 medical record files. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the coding of injury cases based on ICD-10 at Ropanasuri Hospital, Padang. This research was conducted at the Hospital for Special Surgery Ropanasuri Padang,. The population was 74 medical record files, using the total sampling technique. This research is by means of observation, using a checklist table, the data is processed using a computerized and analyzed by univariate. The results showed that the clarity of writing the diagnosis of injury cases was not clear 49 (66.2%), the completeness of writing the diagnosis of injury cases was incomplete 51 (68.9%), the accuracy of coding the injury cases was not accurate 17 (22.9%). The results of the research on the implementation of coding, especially in injury cases, have been very good where the number of inaccuracies in the code of injury cases is small, but the clarity of writing the diagnosis and completeness of the diagnosis is still not good.
