Petani pemilik lahan atau pihak yang melakukan praktik sanra galung yang bentuk penerapannya adalah dengan menggadaikan lahan miliknya dengan sejumlah uang dengan nominal tertentu untuk dapat mengelola lahan dengan luas tertentu berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dimana penelitian dilaksanakan dalam situasi alamiah menyebabkan tidak adanya pemaknaan atas fenomena yang dikaji. Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen kunci atau pengumpul data beserta bantuan dari instrumen tambahan, informan kunci dari objek penelitian, maupun dokumen tambahan lainnya. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik dekskriptif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. On the other hand, financial literacy is one of the key principles of entrepreneurship that will assist in making decisions and carrying out activities that have financial consequences. When the financial literacy of street vendors  is low, this will be a barrier in achieving business success considering that street vendors operate in a dynamic and complex environment. Most of the problems faced by business actors are related to financial statements that are not clear and do not even have financial statements. Therefore, we must prepare maximum accounting concepts for street vendors so that they are easy to understand and can be applied to managed businesses. Financial reports in traditional markets are dominated by traders who have quite large businesses. So in this study, the researchers tried to provide an effective use of simple books (simple financial statements) for street vendors in traditional markets in order to determine the net profit earned in one period. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The study used a Pre-Experimental design, namely One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research only involved 1 experimental group without a control group. This design compares the situation before and after being treated with the use of simple books (simple financial statements) to see net income. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used will be descriptive statistical analysis which refers to the existing interval values to measure effectiveness and describe the results of these measurements. From the results of data analysis calculated based on each indicator, it is obtained; First, it can be understood to obtain 3.168. Second, Relevance got 3,196. Third, Reliability got 3,172. Fourth, comparability obtained 3.172. From some of these indicators, the average variable is 3,177 which is in the interval value of 2.45 - 3.2 and shows effectiveness. The policy is managed by the Padang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). The purpose of the DPMPTSP is to make it easier for the community to make licensing letters, in the form of a one-stop integrated service (PTSP), where PTSP provides integrated services in order to cut the bureaucracy of licensing services. Padang city. This policy is contained in the Mayor of Padang Regulation No. 28 of 2017 concerning the delegation of authority and one-stop integrated services for the City of Padang. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data by library method, interview and observation. Then analyzed using the miles and huberaman methods. This study uses the theory of George C. Edward III because the indicators are in accordance with the research. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the Padang mayor's regulation no 28 of 2017 concerning the delegation of authority and one-stop integrated services in the city of Padang has not been effective, this happens because not all of the permits can be carried out by the Padang City DPMPTSP. The cause can be viewed from the elements of communication, resources, attitude of implementers and organizational structure. (2) the obstacles that occur in the implementation of Perwako No. 28 of 2017 are the lack of resources, both inadequate human resources from experts both from facilities and infrastructure resources to support the implementation of services. not yet committed to carrying out their duties. (3) efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles that occur in the implementation of Perwako No. 28 of 2017 which is to complete resources both from human resources and from facilities and infrastructure resources, then the need for a special study on the renewal of Perwako No. 28 of 2017 to better policies. . Padang was in on the fourth highest of diarrheal incident in 2020 which reached the percentage of 10.44%. This study aimed to determine the factors related to diarrheal incident in work area public health center of Andalas in Padang.  The research used cross sectional design that was started from January to June 2022. The research population was 125 mothers who came to Mother and Child Healthcare polyclinic of Andalas Public Health Center, with the total sample of 55 people using accidental sampling technique. This study used Analysis with Chi square test which was 95% CI. The results showed that there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and knowledge of p-value (0.004), CTPS p- (0.004), and exclusive breastfeeding p-value (0.007). This research uses. qualitative research method with a case study approach. The result of this study is that the communication carried out by the BK teacher in tackling the delinquency of students at SMK N 1 Muara Bungo is very effective between teachers and their students. This interpersonal communication is very helpful as an intermediary in finding problems and finding solutions to a problem that is being faced by the students. Coupled with the classical approach taken by BK teachers in approaching these students in making it easier for them to reduce problems in education. The existence of a social penetration theory can actually be more intimate between students who have problems with the BK teacher. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results ofaresearch and discussion, the regression equation  Y = 2,607 + 0.252X1 + 0.294X2 + 0,306X3 + 0,473X4 + 0,269X5 + e is obtained. So it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous and partial effect ofiservice quality on visitor satisfaction at Banto Royo Playground during  the new normal period. That is, the higher the quality ofaservice provided by the Banto Royo Playground, the higher the level ofsvisitor satisfaction. From a total population of 420 people and 42 people were used as samples of this study using the Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the f-test there is a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 variable promotion, consumer service, and brand with the halal logo have a positive influence on the decision to purchase Term coffee. From the results of the t-test, it is stated that the promotion has a sig value. 0.00 < 1.68595 which means that it has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, customer service has a sig value. 0.100 < 1.68595 which means that consumer service has a significant positive influence and the brand with the halal logo has a sig value. 0.298 < 1.68595, which means that the brand with the halal logo has a positive effect on the decision to purchase anchor coffee. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of librarian interpersonal communication to users in providing collection lending services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through complete participatory observation, namely the researcher was fully involved in several activities carried out by the informants. In addition, researchers also conducted in-depth interviews with librarians and students who act as users in order to strengthen the data in the study. In addition, researchers also use the method of documentation through previous research, manuals and various literatures related to research. Two findings were obtained from these results. First, the lack of use of written verbal communication by new students so that they do not have an understanding of the use of collection lending services.
