For children, playing is all children's activities including learning, fun, and is a method of how they get to know the world. One of the play activities is paper folding activity. Paper folding activity is a fun activity and can help children in increasing creativity, imagination, perseverance and accuracy. This can help children improve fine motor development to be more optimal, because children can use hand-eye coordination to produce good folds and increase their creativity. Method: Cross sectional. The research was conducted at the Rabbani Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in Batam. The sampling technique was total sampling with a sample of 40 children. Data collection used checklist sheets and DDST II sheets. Data analysis using Chi-square. Results: There were 16 children whose paper folding activities had not yet developed, so 10 (62.5%) children had fine motor development that was not in accordance with their developmental age and 6 (37.5%) children were in accordance with their developmental age. There were 24 children developing paper folding activities, so that 21 (87.5%) children had fine motor development according to their developmental age and 3 (12.5%) children did not. Based on statistical tests, paper folding activity with fine motor development obtained p value = 0.003. But in the face-to-face process or directly there are still difficulties for students to understand the recitation of recitation as a result of the large number of students and not much time and meetings for discussions about recitation. With the development of technology, the Tajwid Science Game application program is required on mobile. The design method used in this study is the waterfall method. The system will be built using the Action Script 3.0 programming language. The results of this study are to design an Android-based Tajweed educational game that will have a positive impact on students and teachers, so that the definition of the rules of reading the Qur'an can be understood clearly and easily. Geographically, Payakumbuh City and District 50 cities are passed by several rivers where the river's products are used by the local community as building material. This research uses a quantitative approach, the research method uses experiment. The results of this study found that the average compressive strength of normal fc concrete was 19.3 Mpa at the age of 14 days using coarse aggregate from Halaban river, the compressive strength value was 21.68 Mpa. The average compressive strength of normal concrete using the coarse aggregate mixture of Halaban and Bukik Limbuku river is 20.98 MPa and the average compressive strength of normal concrete using a mixture of coarse aggregate Halaban and Batang Agam river is 20.35 Mpa. The conclusion of this study is that coarse aggregate from Bukik Limbuku and Batang Agam river, although the quality of the gradation not include in the SNI standart, but after mixing the coarse aggregate from Halaban - Limbuku and Halaban - Batang Agam, the compressive strength more than fc. The subjects in this action research were students of Class XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL 1) at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau with 11 students. The data collection technique used in this research is a series of photo folio assessments to evaluate the quality and quantity of the self-guided training method carried out by researchers collaborating with an observer. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. Based on the results of observations and student learning outcomes in each cycle, it is known that: (1) Providing Guided Independent Practice Exercises is proven to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Electrical Lighting Installation in Class XI TITL SMK Negeri 1 Mandau, amounting to 96.29% (2) Carrying out practical competency exams (UKP) with not too many test materials can spur students to get good grades of 96%. Based on the presurvey, it was obtained interviews from 11 nurses who said that some of them had participated in research that supported their work and were motivated because they had just finished their education, but some nurses were less motivated because they felt that the reward had not been noticed and did not know what the work assessment was like. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between ability and work motivation with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room totaling 52 people. Sampling using total sampling. The research site was at Camatha Sahidya Hospital, Batam City on June 24 – August 12. Collecting data using a questionnaire adopted from Wahyudi (2010) regarding ability while a questionnaire about motivation and achievement was adopted from Adryani (2012). This study used univariate (frequency distribution) and bivariate (chi-square) analysis. The results obtained that more than half of the implementing nurses have the ability in the high category and more than half with the low category on work motivation and work performance. Furthermore, there is a relationship between ability and work performance (p Value 0.000) and there is a relationship between work motivation and work performance (p Value 0.009). Overcoming this problem requires efforts to solve the problem with a screening method, namely VIA examination. This study aims to determine the effect of counseling on early detection by playing videos and power points for cervical cancer using the IVA (Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid) method on the motivation of mothers in the working area of the Nanggalo Public Health Center, Padang City. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design which has been carried out in the work area of the Nanggalo Health Center, Padang City. The population is EFA as many as 2863 people. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with a total sample of 16 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then processing the data with the T-Test test. The results showed that the average value of the mother's motivation before being given counseling was 44.31 with a standard deviation of 2.626. The average value of mother's motivation after counseling was 47.94 with a standard deviation of 2.955. The results of statistical tests using T-Test obtained p-value = 0.0005 <0.05 (α).
