Hamdan","doi":"10.33559/eoj.v4i3.314","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33559/eoj.v4i3.314","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: The second most common disease experienced by patients in Riau Province is hypertension with 2,160,932 people, the highest prevalence in Riau is Pekanbaru, as many as 422,443 people (Dinkes Riau, 2020). If someone who has hypertension does not get treatment and control regularly, it will bring the patient into more serious cases and can even cause death (Nurul, 2020). Efforts to prevent complications in hypertension need to be carried out with proper hypertension management, one of which is non-pharmacological management. One of the non-pharmacological management is relaxation techniques, including progressive relaxation. This study aims to determine the effect of progressive relaxation on changes in blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in RW 08 Tangkerang Tengah Village, this study was carried out on 16 May to 10 June 2021. The design of this study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-post test design. . The number of samples was 15 hypertension patients in RW 08 using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the average difference in systolic blood pressure before and after progressive relaxation was 7,133 and the average diastolic difference before and after being given progressive relaxation was 7,200. There is a significant difference before and after progressive relaxation on changes in blood pressure in the elderly where the p value (0.000) means that there is an effect of progressive relaxation on changes in blood pressure in the elderly in RW 08 Tangkerang Tengah Village. Therefore, good processing of UEK SP is needed, in order to survive and continue to serve the needs of the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the profitability of the Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) Amanah Mandiri Village, East Sidomulyo Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. In this study using descriptive analysis by analyzing financial ratios such as working capital turnover ratios and profitability ratios. The results showed that the management of working capital in the savings and loan unit was better than that of the sub-district economic enterprise (UEK). However, the limited working capital of the savings and loan business unit requires the sub-district government to increase the working capital of the savings and loan unit, for example by setting aside profits from the UEK to increase the working capital of the savings and loan unit. Basic immunizations given in full will affect the stage of growth and development in children. Normal growth and development in accordance with his age is very good for the continuation of life in the future. The Covid-19 pandemic limits us from doing activities outside the home and has an impact on the continuity of health services, one of which is a decrease in basic immunization visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of completeness of basic immunization on the growth and development of infants (0-1 years) born during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at BPM Bd. Elviana. The respondents used were infants (0-1 years) who were born during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the completeness of immunization and the growth of babies born during the Covid-19 pandemic with a p value = 0.012 < 0.05. The problems that want to be studied in this research are: (a) How is the improvement of learning achievement in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects by applying the experimental method? (b) How is the effect of the Experimental method on student achievement? While the objectives of this research are: (a) Want to know the improvement of student achievement after the implementation of the experimental method. (b) Want to know the effect of student learning motivation after the experimental method is applied. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of Class X TITL. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (47.22%), cycle II (69.44%), cycle III (91.67%). The conclusion of this study is that learning with the experimental method can have a positive effect on achievement and learning motivation of students at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau Kab. Lintas Padang – Alahan Panjang yang merupakan jalan Kolektor Primer yang menghubungkan Ibu Kota Propinsi ke Kota Kabupaten/Kotamadya. Kerusakan pada jalan dapat menghambat fungsi jalan tersebut sehingga harus segera diatasi dengan melakukan perbaikan pada kerusakan jalan yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis kerusakan dan penyebab kerusakan jalan serta cara mengatasinya.Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 (MDP Jalan 2017) merupakan metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai rujukan utama, selain itu akan digunakan beberapa metode lainnya seperti metode Bina Marga 1990 digunakan sebagai analisa dari kerusakkan jalan, dan pentuan nilai CBR dari test DCP, dan metode Perbaikan Standart Bina Marga 1995 digunakan sebagai perbaikan kerusakan jalan sebelum dilakukan overlay, dan untuk desain overlay digunakan metode Analisa Komponen 1987 dan MDP Jalan 2017.Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan didapat total angka kerusakan adalah 17 sehingga nilai Urutan Prioritas (UP = 9 7) dengan program pemeliharaan rutin. Perhitungan nilai CBR adalah 3,625% dan nilai DDT adalah 4,105. Untuk perbaikan jalan sebelum dilakukannya overlay mengacu pada metode Perbaikan Standart Bina Marga 1995. Desain tebal overlay dengan metode Analisa Komponen 1987 didapatkan tebal overlay 10 cm dengan bahan Laston sedangkan hasil dari MDP Jalan 2017 didapat tebal overlay 10 cm dengan bahan AC BC normal atau AC BC modifikasi, sehingga solusi overlay digunakan hasil MDP Jalan 2017. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode brainstorming booklet dan leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu balita stunting di puskesmas malalak. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan pretest-posttest design. Penelitian di laksanakan pada 11-25 November 2021. Populasi penelitian seluruh seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita stunting di Desa Malalak sebanyak 112 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang ibu balita, dimana terdiri dari 2 kelompok yaitu 16 orang untuk kelompok dengan metode brainstorming booklet dan 16 orang untuk kelompok dengan metode brainstorming leaflet. Hasil penelitian didapatkan selisih rata-rata pengetahuan metode brainstorming booklet 20,72 dan metode brainstorming leaflet 12,28. Sedangkan selisih sikap metode metode brainstorming leaflet 9,78 dan metode metode brainstorming booklet 23,22. Penelitian ini menggunaka uji Wilcoxon dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan nilai p-value=0,00 yang berarti adanya perbedaan antara pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi tentang stunting pada balita. Untuk itu kegiatan penyuluhan gizi dapat diberikan sesuai dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana agar dapat mendukung terselenggaranya kegiatan ini agar efektif dan efisien. Red Pitaya Fruit can be used as a balancer of glucose levels because it contains a variety of 2 kinds of antioxidant that is vitamin C, betakaroten dan flavonoid (quercetin, kaempferol, and isoramnetin). The purpose of this research is to find out The Effect of Red Pitaya Fruit Juice on Reducing glucose Levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Melur Public Health Center Melur, Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City. Research design with quasi-experimental. This research was conducted from Maret-July 2021, population of 482 people, sample of 30 people, intervention group of 15 people, control group of 15 people. Intervention group gets Red Pitaya Fruit juice in the afternoon regularly for 1 week and control group was given an examination on the first and last day. The measuring instrument was Autocheck GCU 3in1. Data Analysis used dependent sample T-test test on the intervention group p value 0,000 (< 0,05) while the control group p value 0,068 (> 0,05). It can be concluded that there are differences in glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus who are given red pitaya fruit juice with those not given. Of the 10 medical record files selected at random, 6 (60%) files were found to be coding inaccuracy, while 4 (40%) files were in accordance with ICD-10. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the diagnosis code for acute bronchitis in inpatients in the internal medicine ward at Mitra Medika Batanghari Hospital. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population is 95 medical record documents for inpatient acute bronchitis. This research was conducted in July 2021. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data analysis used bivariate analysis with SPSS program. Pembuatan beton normal diinovasikan denganusing Dharmasraya sand and palm shell as a coarse aggregate against the strength of normal concrete press. Palm shell waste is mostly used as an alternative fossil replacement energy commonly used as fuel in steam power plants, and Dareh River is a river where it is made into gold and sand mines and this research is experimental which is carried out in the laboratory of Padang Institute of Technology and UPTD Laboratory of construction materials of the Public Works Office of West Sumatra Province, the object of this research is the minimum quality of concrete K-250 that uses sand from Dharmasraya and palm shells. The average concrete press strength result at the age of 3 days.from the use of mixtures for normal concrete with an average press strength of 207 kg / cm2, from the use of mixtures for concrete with an additional 2.5% palm shell obtained an average press strength yield of 163 kg / cm2, from the use of mixtures for concrete with an additional 5% palm shell obtained an average press strength yield of 136.3 kg / cm2, fromthe use of mixtures for concrete with an additional 7.5% palm shell obtained an average press strength yield of 146 kg / cm2.
