Jenjang pertama adalah Asisten Ahli, jenjang berikutnya adalah Lektor, jenjang ketiga yaitu Lektor Kepala dan jenjang tertinggi atau jabatan fungsional tertinggi dosen adalah Guru Besar. Mekanisme penilaian pada jenjang jabatan fungsional Asisten Ahli dan Lektor dilakukan oleh tim penilai angka kredit (PAK) sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 92 tahun 2014 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Penilaian Angka Kredit Jabatan Fungsional Dosen dan Angka Kreditnya (Permendikbud RI-PAK) di setiap perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) atau di LL Dikti dimasing-masing Wilayah untuk Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang berbeda dari mekanisme penilaian pada jabatan fungsional Lektor Kepala dan Guru Besar yang dilakukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) dan Pendidikan Tinggi (DIKTI) Kemendikbud. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun dari laman https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id/, pada . Februari tahun 2022, UM Sumbar memiliki Jumlah Dosen Tetap Yayasan dan DpK PNS sebanyak 198 Dosen dengan Rincian Fungsioanal: 28 Tenaga Pengajar, 74 Asisten Ahli, 79 Lektor, dan 16 Lektor Kepala.Pada tahun 2030 nanti UM Sumatera Barat hanya akan memiliki 7 dosen dengan jabatan Lektor Kepala. Disisi lain, UM Sumbar memiliki dosen dengan jabatan Lektor sejumlah 79 orang dan dosen dengan jabatan asisten ahli sebanyak 74 orang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa UM Sumbar memiliki potensi jumlah dosen untuk dapat menutupi gap kehilangan dosen dengan jabatan Lektor Kepala dan Guru Besar. The nature of this Cybersex act itself is a non-violence crime where this crime causes the victim to be invisible or invisible, thereby reducing the fear of this crime. even though the consequences of cybersex itself are very large. In order to protect the victims and deter the perpetrators of this cybersex act, good laws and regulations are needed. In this case, Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions is the main regulation in mediating cybersex problems that are happening in society. However, whether legislation no. 11 of 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions has been efficient in tackling cybersex problems that occur in the community or is the regulation made only as a mere formality and has not been able to become a government effort in tackling cybersex actions. The purpose of this study was to examine the efficiency of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions in dealing with cybersex problems. In this study, the researchers used a descriptive analytical method, which relates the current rules and relates to the problems that the researcher has described. In the inflamed tissue, will have changed in the structure and number of goblet cells. Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE) staining is a standard stain used to examine the histological structure of tissues while Periodic Acid-Schiff (PAS) is a histological stain other than HE that can stain carbohydrates and carbohydrate-rich macromolecules. The purpose of this study was to observe differences in the structure and number of goblet cells in the inflammatory colon using HE and PAS staining. This study used 27 samples of paraffin block of rat colon tissue which were divided into three groups, namely the normal group, acute intestinal inflammation, and chronic intestinal inflammation. The tissue samples were then stained with HE and PAS staining techniques. In this study, statistical analysis of an independent t-test and Mann-Whitney test was used to observe differences in the number of goblet cells in inflammatory colon tissue using HE and PAS staining in each group. Anemia in pregnancy is a body condition with hemoglobin levels in the blood <11g% in the 1st and 3rd trimesters or Hb levels <10.5 g% in the 2nd trimester. Fe in the work area of the serial health center. The type of research used is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The research population was 86 respondents and the sample was 46 people. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. data analysis using univariate and bivariate. The activities of the Department of the Environment include: formulation of policies; policy implementation; implementation of evaluation and reporting; administrative implementation; fostering the UPT and the Environmental Service Functional Group. In a government agency, information exchange activities cannot be separated from correspondence activities. Letters are used by the Environmental Service as a means of communication in collaboration with other individuals or agencies. The letter filing system at the Environmental Service still uses paper media as the main archive so that it often experiences difficulties in finding data, errors in data writing, and data loss. The purpose of this study was to produce an information system for archiving incoming and outgoing letters at the Environmental Service of West Sumatra Province. This study uses the Waterfall method, where user needs are the main point in making the system. Natsir Solok Hospital is that the officers cannot see many drugs used by the patient, but can only see what drugs the patient has received, so researchers will research so that officers can see what drugs are used by many of them. these 3 diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of drug data clustering based on the 3 most common diseases using the k-means algorithm. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative data. The population of medical record data taken is 1 month, namely in January 2020 as many as 366 medical record data, and the sample is total sampling where all the population is sampled as much as 366 medical record data. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection by observation, and Data analysis using yahoo k-means. The results of the study obtained were the determined clusters of 3 clusters. Among them are Clusters of Low Drug Use, Medium Drug Use, and High Drug Use. Low drug use in cluster A with low drug data use there are 5 types of drugs with a percentage (6%), cluster B high drug data use, there are 74 types of drugs with a percentage (86%), and cluster C moderate drug use data, there are 7 types of drugs with a presentation (8%). It is hoped that the M.Natsir Solok Hospital can apply classification in processing data based on the most diseases so that the hospital can classify types of drugs based on the lowest level of use to the highest level of officers so that they can provide drugs before the drug stock is used up, and can assist officers in reporting SP2TP in M. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 127 employees of BPKP Representatives of West Sumatra and the sample in this study amounted to 56 respondents. While the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis Y = 4.058 + 0.516X1 + 0.345X2 + e. The t-test with the results of the motivational variable test has a value of tcount > ttable that is (3.975 > 1.674) and significant (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted while the competency variable test has a value of tcount > ttable that is (4,298 > 1.674) and significant (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. F test with the results of Fcount > Ftable (38.371 > 3.17) and a significant level (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. While the value of the coefficient of determination produced is 0.576. The problem in this study is related to the legality of electronic transactions on virtual objects in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia and the legality of electronic transactions on ideal virtual objects in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia. This type of research is normative legal research. Judging from its nature, the nature of this research is descriptive analytical which is a study to describe and analyze existing problems and is included in the type of library research. Electronic transactions for virtual objects in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia, such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), and Call of Duty, are declared valid if the subjective and objective conditions of the electronic contract are met, namely there is an agreement between the parties. The legality of electronic transactions for virtual objects that are ideal in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia is that online games that are legal and not illegal to be played and prohibition of any illegal transaction patterns in legal online games, such as gambling simulations (roulette) in the game or other gambling simulations that have an economic advantage for online game owners. {"title":"THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE FAMILY HOPE PROGRAM IN REDUCING THE STUNTING RATE IN CHILDREN IN KAMPAR DISTRICT, RIAU PROVINCE","authors":"Pivit Septiary Chandra","doi":"10.33559/eoj.v4i3.333","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33559/eoj.v4i3.333","url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak: Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri PPN/Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Nomor Kep 42/M.PPN/HK/04/2020 tentang Penetapan Lokasi Pemekaran Kabupaten/Kota Sebagai Fokus Intervensi Pengurangan Stunting Terintegrasi Pada tahun 2021 Kabupaten Kampar menjadi salah satu lokus Intervensi Pengurangan Stunting. Kabupaten Kampar memiliki jumlah penduduk miskin yang cukup tinggi, yaitu sebanyak 65,30 ribu jiwa pada tahun 2020, dengan persentase penduduk miskin sebesar 7,38 persen. Pemerintah telah melaksanakan gerakan nasional pencegahan stunting untuk menekan masalah stunting dan bermitra dengan multisektor. Salah satu program yang telah dilaksanakan dalam Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Desk Study dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode Desk Study dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui pemeriksaan dan analisis data informasi menggunakan data sekunder, baik dalam dokumen, undang-undang, peraturan, laporan, data statistik, studi literatur, dll. Berdasarkan kegiatan fungsional, Charles O Jones menyatakan efektif atau tidaknya pelaksanaan program. Standar penilaian yang dapat digunakan adalah organisasi, interpretasi, dan Aplikasi. Kesehatan ibu hamil/menyusui, bayi, dan balita. Dan masih ada pelaksanaan PKH di beberapa bagian Kabupaten Kampar yang belum sesuai prosedur, sehingga pendampingan PKH masih belum maksimal tepat sasaran.Kata kunci: Program keluarga harapan, stunting.
