The development of a machine learning process for a predictor identified with a high degree of precision is done with the help of a discriminatory paradigm. A generative-type approach is developed, using the hypothesis that the underlying distribution used for the sampled and interpreted data has a parametric structure exploiting the so-called parametric density estimation. This choice has the advantage of avoiding learning processes for the distributions underlying the business models, resulting in rigorous predictions. For the economic models, we consider that the VANIK principle has a relevant degree of efficiency, using a well-defined amount of information. The originality and solutions proposed in this work come from the idea that in order to manage economic organizations, we must turn to innovative technological concepts and paradigms, such as machine and deep Learning as part of Artificial Intelligence. To be clear, the paper focuses on employer-based mandates and not situations when public authorities impose some form of compulsory vaccination. The first section of the article presents empirical data about the implementation of workplace vaccination in the case of influenza and COVID-19 and the positive economic effect that vaccination can have on business. The next section argues that employer mandated vaccination puts companies, from an ethical poin of view, in front of a difficult moral dilemma involving the careful balance of both employers’ and employees’ rights and obligations. The most important part of the framework discusses the relevant factors that need to be taken into account before such measures can be adopted in business and the complications involved by religious and philosophical exemptions. Transport is a strategic sector of the EU economy, which directly affects the daily lives of all EU citizens. Transportation services provide about 11 million jobs. They are a cornerstone of European integration, with fully interconnected and sustainable transport networks being a necessary condition for the completion and proper functioning of the European single market. The transport of goods and goods is carried out by road, rail, sea and air. Each of these transport routes has particularities that are suitable, depending on the group of goods, for the movement of goods. The European Union has adopted its own strategy aimed at developing and harmonizing the transport network in each Member State, so as to achieve a single transport network at Union level. In this context, using the data provided by Eurostat, the authors carry out a detailed analysis of the perspective of transport developments in the European Union. The volume of passenger and freight transport in the EU has increased in recent decades and this trend is expected to continue, albeit at a slower pace. Csipkés","doi":"10.24818/imc/2021/01.13","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24818/imc/2021/01.13","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to analyze the behavior when making the decision to become entrepreneurs of young people aged 21-23 (economics undergraduates in their final year at universities in Romania and Hungary). The tool used in the analysis is the questionnaire applied that revealed the factors making up the behavior when deciding to start a business. Knowing their motivation will allow them to understand action decisions, development plans, as well as the perception of today's world and the new reality. Similar studies have highlighted the link between the behavior of the young generation, including starting a business, and access to the Internet using new technologies (43% of young people aged 21 to 24 spend between 4 and 8 hours a day in front of screens), lack of financial resources, difficulty in accessing funding sources, lack of career counseling or moral support from those close to you. Compared to the needs of students in Hungary, the study underlines, in the case of Romanian economists, the link between their behavior when facing the entrepreneurial decision and funding sources (lack of own funds, difficulty accessing funding sources), but also lack of career counseling.
