Abstract
The concept of "quality" is fundamental in the education system because the improvement of the training process and the identity of the school, allow the verification of results and provide a guideline for research and continuous improvement. Evaluation and quality have become major policy issues in education around the world, simultaneously act as strong governance mechanisms at the national and transnational levels.
