Culture cannot exist outside of groups, communities or societies. In the process of socialization, parents play an essential role; sociological research discovered that there are four styles of parenting: authoritarian, permissive, authoritative and uninvolved. But this typology can know a series of nuances regarding the way in which the role of parents in educating their own children is perceived in various cultures. This, in turn, leads to the implementation of financial and economic measures for recovery and economic stimulation, as well as for mitigating the effects on the population and the business environment by organizational management, particularly by their leadership. Analyzing the effects that these crises generate in both the economic and social domains allows for a better understanding of how they arise and develop in the current context. The role of organizational environmental management is crucial in adapting society and organizations to be capable of navigating these crises with minimal economic and social costs while ensuring social cohesion at all levels. The systemic and continuous nature of the crisis through which society has passed requires the application of a different concept of organizational management, using innovative means to eliminate volatility and lack of predictability. In this context of risk and uncertainty, leaders are considered most effective if they act promptly and decisively without projecting their own stress on their subordinates. Our case study is based on a military operation in which participated a detachment of instructors whose mission was extremely complex as it involved: the participation in the process of building up and operationalizing a new army force, the training of the tank battalion and the mechanized battalion of the national army and also the inspection and the maintenance of the technical equipment of the two battalions. The purpose of our article is that of exploring what are the ethical risks posed by the deployment of such new technologies in education, with a specific focus on research. We will first begin with a brief overview of how AI is used in these fields. Secondly, we will analyze the normative framework for these new technologies highlighting why the dual-use dilemmas framework might be appropriate. The study was conducted on a sample of 193 operational employees from hospitality and other related industries, testing three hypotheses related to the abovementioned variables using the partial least square structural equation modeling. Our findings have shown that the transformational leadership style has a strong and positive influence on organizational culture and employee performance, and, at the same time, organizational culture strongly and positively influences employee performance. Through a robust methodology involving data analysis, case studies and stakeholder consultations, our research aims to provide valuable insights into the complicated dynamics of these lands. Our findings emphasize the critical role of labor utilization and the integration of innovative knowledge in shaping the competitiveness of agri-food models in mountain areas. We also examine the management of innovative agri-food technologies specific to these regions, from cultivation to market distribution. In addition, we propose a new approach to mountain agricultural production, emphasizing the importance of agri-food resource networks. In the light of our research, we recommend the establishment of an international framework for the classification of mountain agrifood resources in order to standardize the assessment of Romania's agri-food potential in these areas. In addition, we advocate for the development of a Romanian and European roadmap for 2030, with an emphasis on the integration of mountain agri-food resources into wider economic structures. This integration requires a re-evaluation of management methodologies, especially in response to unpredictable events, and the incorporation of technical and technological changes in mountain agri-food systems to shape the domestic economic landscape. Thus, our study highlights the need to rethink the agri-food sector in the mountainous regions of Romania in the context of sustainability and resilience. The fundamental objective of the paper consists in highlighting the importance of the development of educational well-being at the level of each entity, as a trigger of performance, in direct correlation with authentic leadership, which is responsible for creating a positive socioemotional microclimate favorable to ensuring well-being in every school. The research methodology is based on the scientific investigation in the specialized literature, through the analysis of numerous articles, studies, indexes related to this field, published between the years 2020-2023 and indexed in international databases.
